Marc took his time with the transaction. WCE store front is like a messy garage but the service is world class. While I was there I ended up booking WCE for the cleanout of my mothers home. 1-800-got junk had quoted me $500/truck load, WCE team ended up doing the job and even broom cleaned the home for well under that quote. I went to the Warminster Cash Exchange today to sell some items as I needed to sell off some extra things to fill a gap to make ends meet. What I took in were some figurines, some Militaria that was in very good shape . One with providence of being a museum piece and a tablet in perfect shape. The items were worth in excess of 500+ dollars in any market and the offer was 150.00 and they would not budge one cent above that stating that they would not make enough money if they paid more. BUYER BEWARE. Awful. Bought an eBay item and they didn't even bother to put packing material in the box, just threw the item in an empty box and sent it.., which destroyed it. Only response was "that's what insurance is for, it's your responsibility as a buyer to make a claim." Carrier refused the claim since no packing material was used. Refused any kind of service whatsoever until eBay got involved and forced them. Then, reported my negative feedback as "feedback extortion." Absolutely could NOT care less about customer satisfaction. read more

Place is crazy. Brought in about 10 near mint cards ranging from soccer to baseball to football. I had done the appraisal thing months ago to check out how much they go for (roughly $500) so going into our conversation at the pawn shop I had asked for $250. Half of what they retailer for. All were numbered, relics, patches, autos, rpa, etc. mark then laughs at my price and tells me he'd give me $20 for all of them about ten included. I wouldn't just be selling scrub cards here. I've been collecting all my life. I found it offensive and walked out shaking my head. Good way to do business! Will never come back and it's sad too because two months prior I brought mark a Scotty Cameron putter worth well over $350 and he got me down to $80. Stupid on my part. So he knows I bring good things into the shop. Authentic things. And this was just a slap in the face. To almost wanna make me throw my cards out that I've been collecting for 15 years because he said they're worthless and "not sure he even wants them for $20. Awful awful awful experience. Went here with a friend who's mom had passed. We brought jewelry items and a few collectable items she had. We considered selling the items online ourselves doing research into how much they usually SELL for on eBay but decided to find a reseller instead. The guy that helped us offered us about 20% of what they usually sell for and even less than that for the jewelry. It got a little heated and he kept saying that HE wouldn't make ANY money if HE paid more. What a jerk. We're going to try to sell the items ourselves. Turned off by the whole experience. read more

I took my fiancee here to get a pre-owned engagement ring. We had just read a whole book about diamonds and diamond rings to prepare for our purchase while I was saving up. The middle aged guy there used every trick in the book on us that we were prepared to watch out for. The color, clarity and cut were all exaggerated. He couldn't show us a certification, even though he was asking almost $5000 for the ring. He used a cheap tool to measure the diamond and did the measurement in the wrong place, just like the book warned about. Long story short, we left and I was a bit embarrassed in front of my fiancee about going there. I gave it 2 stars because it could have been a lot worse. read more

I've already been here 3 times bringing in a variety of knickknacks. The prices were pretty on par with what you'd get at other exchange stores. Don't expect top dollar you'd get on CL possibly because they also have to sell and make a profit so there is a middleman but it's easier. I definitely recommend it and no matter what it is you'll at least get an offer. I have a lot 2 get rid of but since it's hard to have people bite on Craigslist, I'll continue using this new gem! read more

I brought in my mountain bikes, a GT comp and Diamondback Recoil, and they literally offered my $50 for the GT. The bikes were in EXCELLENT condition. One guy said "oh a Chinese made GT?" He was very insulting and even told me that my bikes could be bought at Target or Walmart!!! What a joke this place is and the guys that run it are worthless pieces of crap. They low ball on everything we have brought in. I even brought in 4g of gold and they tried to give me $50 WOW don't waste your time with these fools. They know nothing about what they are selling or buying, even though they think they do. read more
