The prices were reasonable, all the items were priced with clear price tags, just some of them were missing the tags, but team members who were working in every room were very helpful in providing prices and descriptions of an item. The company offers moving services for purchased items and it was very helpful for me when they delivered a piece of furniture that I bought. They were very professional with Covid guidelines. PROS: The company seems to run very professionally and is attentive to Covid guidelines. They only allowed a few people in at a time, masks required, good signage, out front, etc. CONS: Most things were not priced to sell so much as they were priced for profit. Also, a staff member was with you in every room kind of hovering (if they weren't initially in the room, they followed you into the room). As a customer, this felt awkward and uncomfortable.

We were married in March - the ring is one whole size too big - the lady asked me if I lost weight since then - the answer was no. We asked if we could be re sized for free - they said no , and instead of charging near the initial sizing fee of $60+ - it was $179. The whole ring itself was $450 , so why in the name of Jared would I pay that much to have it sized again. I'll never go there again - and I might add this review to every possible review site that I am able to. Now I have to pawn my ring before I lose it in the toilet the next time I go to wipe.

I was wearing my ring which contains diamonds and an Alexandrite gem (ring by Mark Henry). Alexandrite is an expensive but hard to notice gem. :) It looks like a normal stone except it changes colors in the day/night light setting. A beautiful gem for those who want to spend a small fortune but not show it. Needless to say, I'd say they know their stuff from that alone. Wish I remembered her name. ^^' On another note, I actually bought two diamond rings on vacation (Marc Henry and LeVian) and stopped by to inquire about appraisals. They appraise it in front of you!
