Insulation Co gave me the best price out of all. The owner, Jo, was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. He was always willing to jump on the phone to answer any questions, which I appreciated a lot. My house was built prior to 1989 so I received a nice PSE rebate for the work. On the day of, Jo's crew were quick and efficient and provided Before and After photos. They removed my old vapor barrier and insulation and replaced with new one, added new dryer vent duct and flapper, and added new roof vents for all my bathroom fans, and much more. I was able to ask them questions during and provided water and snacks to them for their hard work. The crew respected my home and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. After the work was completed, I thanked Jo for making this all possible and being easy to work with. We went over some of the After pictures together over the phone to help me learn about everything and ask additional questions. They even sent a crewmember to come back for a 2-week follow-up on the work to make sure everything still looks good. I would recommend Jo and the team at Insulation Co to my friends and family for attic and crawlspace cleanout services again.

I went up and checked before, during and post work and we are so pleased. We are now properly vented and have airflow, have all areas sealed, vent fans sealed correctly and enough insulation. It took only about an hour for the estimate, including the 1/2 hour the gentleman took to write it up and provide photos, work to be done and costs (in a color pamphlet!). He also reviewed what was found and what work should be done and why. We were really impressed. The actual work was scheduled week later and took 2 days (did not take an entire day each day). They were quick, clean, put up plastic barriers to protect the walls, house and floor. No leakage of any debris or old soiled insulation occurred. 10/10 would hire again. Note: they took care if the PSE rebates and were recommended by PSE.

After the work, I discovered an unusual amount of dust accumulating in my house and tracked it down to the attic intake duct not being sealed and the new blow in cellulose insulation being sucked into my air system. I removed the blow in insulation to seal it and found all the shoddy work done by the Crawl Pros crew: unsealed ducts, horribly sloppy foam spray sealing, wrapped ducts with large gaps where insulation is missing, old rat droppings not cleaned up, sand from blasting not vacuumed, bent blow in depth gauge to mislead about actual insulation depth, old insulation re-used and buried, loose staples from a failed staple gun, and damaged hardwood floor near attic entrance. Whatever you do... look elsewhere for attic or basement work

I was shocked, with the PSE rebate, which NW Insulation takes care of, the estimate was thousands less than I thought it would be! I signed up, and a day or so later I got a call to schedule the install, again, surprisingly, they could do it right away and I scheduled for about a week out. The installers got to my house about 8am and were very polite and professional. They basically worked all day, got the job done, and were on their way. They left everything clean and it is amazing to me how the house looked when they were done. They blew in the insulation from the exterior and the method that they used left no trace, they removed a course of siding, drilled holes, filled the walls, plugged the holes, and replaced the siding. You can't even tell that they were there. I have only had a few hot days to determine if there has been an improvement and honestly it really does seem to stay cooler inside, looking forward to winter for the real test. All in all, this has been a great experience, I very highly recommend NW Insulation for your project.

Representative was confident and work was done to the tune of $6000+. Periodically checked immediate area and had exterminators down there bi-monthly with reports of minor moisture but overall OK. Orkin sent out a guy to perform an inspection and he reported the exact situation I paid to resolve. It was beyond 1 year but it is obvious they did not perform work I was promised. I asked them to honor the warranty 22 months after work, which I do know is beyond, but it is clear that they did not do work promised and I believe they should back up their work.

They came on 3/6 in the provided time window, and did a good job of cleaning from what I can tell. On their website, they mention they provide a before and after report of the duct cleaning, though the only report I've received so far is the indoor air quality one. It would be nice to see the before and after, but that's not my biggest concern with their service. Unfortunately after they completed the service and left, I noticed floor new vibrations on the floor that is right below the furnace (which weren't there before the service). At the time since this was still during the day, I figured it might be from some construction work outside and ignored it. The vibrations continued into the night at which point I was getting concerned. I call them on Monday 3/9 and the earliest they can send someone to check it out is Friday 3/16 -- not ideal, but appreciated nonetheless. It's the same tech who did notice the vibrations on the furnace with the blower compartment open and fan running. Unfortunately he doesn't have an idea on what could be causing the vibrations from a cleaning. I suspect the vibrations to be from the blower going out of balance (perhaps from something settling on the blower during the duct cleaning). He goes to call his boss and returns saying the boss isn't also sure of what could be causing the vibrations, that the blower could be cleaned but AirGanic doesn't do it and that the boss would reach out to me with details of a company that cleans furnace blower. It's been three full business days and I've yet to recieve a call from the boss. I removed, cleaned, and put back the furance blower myself in the mean time which did resolve the vibrations -- it looked like there was stuck on paper on the blower fins. No idea where that came from. I'm not particularly happy with how my situation was handled -- if I am told someone will reach out to me, I expect to be reached out in a reasonable time. If I'm hiring a professional for a service and something unexpected happens, I expect help from the professional -- that's why you hire a professional. I was left without help and had to guess and fix the problem myself. Everyone makes mistakes, that's not what I have a problem with, I'm only interested in how well the mistake is remedied. I imagine this was something that doesn't happen frequently. In all probability, you'll hire AirGanic for cleaning, everything will go great -- I certainly don't contest that the cleaning itself was poor or unsatisfactory -- but if something unexpected happens, you might not get the help you are expecting.

After calling Attic crew, they delivered a standout experience and have seemingly solved our issue. Specifically, Juan Grattan led our project and I highly recommend him. On the initial consultation he came out and did the most thorough inspection I had seen. Looking into every possible space for many hours and delivered us a quote that was itemized so we knew exactly what we were paying for. We payed for the rodent proofing with a warrenty and this was a great value. They were true to their word. It was a process of continually finding new entrypoints, closing them off, and identifying changes. They came out numerous times to inspect and make improvements over the course of 2 months and finally got it under control. Each time they came out, they did not charge anything additional. Juan made sure to keep a very high bar for the work being done and earned my trust.

First, my work started with Tom, a great gentleman who showed up right on time, thoroughly inspected the house, gave me all the details, and walked me through the entire process with patience and clarity. He made sure I understood every step and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. His professionalism set the tone for the entire project. We then had two days of work scheduled. Both project managers, Eric and Greg, were wonderful people. They were attentive, communicative, and did their absolute best to keep everything running smoothly. I really appreciate how well they coordinated the work. The crew overall did a fantastic job -- they worked clean, were respectful of our home and space, and showed up on time every single day. You can tell they take pride in what they do. What truly sets Super Attic Solutions apart is their sense of ownership and level of commitment. They didn't just finish the job and walk away -- they followed up not once, but twice to make sure everything was top notch and that I was fully satisfied. That level of dedication and care is rare to find. You can tell this is a company that genuinely stands behind their work and treats every customer like they matter. For an $8,000 investment, that kind of commitment gives you real peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Super Attic Solutions and will be using them again in the future. We chose Super Attic Solutions based on their strong BBB rating, positive reviews, and the sales pitch that emphasized thorough follow‑up and post‑project support. We received three quotes for our attic and basement work; Super Attic Solutions was not the cheapest, but the promised inspections and customer care were the deciding factor for us. The crew that performed the work was respectful, efficient, and left the space clean. However, everything that happened after they left has been the opposite of what was promised. The sales rep assured us that an "inspector" would return a few weeks after completion to verify that: No rodents had re‑entered the home All work met code Any questions or concerns would be addressed He even mentioned a 6‑month follow‑up to ensure long‑term satisfaction. None of this happened. When I asked the project manager to walk the space with the crew, he was hesitant. I'm glad I insisted -- four ceiling lights were sealed incorrectly and left hanging an inch from the ceiling. I was told an "inspector" would come fix them, so the crew left and I was left with blue tape holding up my lights. A week later, our AC wouldn't shut off. I discovered the furnace (located in the attic) had been wrapped in insulation -- a fire hazard and not to code -- and no clear path had been left for HVAC access. When I called urgently, I was asked to send photos and then told a "supervisor with tons of experience" reviewed them and everything was fine. It wasn't. I had to pay an HVAC company to confirm the hazard, and only then was I told they might reimburse up to $500 because they didn't think they could send someone out. When the "inspector" finally arrived, they were not inspectors at all -- it was two members of the original crew. They fixed the lights (well no disrespect) and removed the insulation, from the furnace just laying on the air ducts. However, as we were communicating via technology translator, I could not get any answer to any questions and was told to call the office. Since then, I've left multiple messages through their AI system and sent two emails. I have given this company over 4 weeks to uphold the customer service they say they hold themselves to and I still haven't gotten a single phone call, let alone an "inspector" to look over the work, but they my check cashed. Bottom line: The initial work was fine, but the promised follow‑up and customer care simply do not exist. Once the crew leaves, you are on your own. For the price we paid and the safety risks involved, this company is not worth the money read less
