They had a great variety of shellac colors which were color coordinated so it made it easier to find what I was looking for. I was also offered a soft beverage, water, or mimosa. Then, once seated in the massage seat, the water was warm with rose petals, an orange & lavender powder. There was a liner to help prevent the spread of bacteria from previous customers which is very important! Tracy did a great job on my pedi. The deluxe pedi included a shoulder massage that felt amazing for quick shoulder pain relief. Meanwhile, Ann worked on my shellac mani. She took her time & did a great job. She carried conversation well. Once finished with my mani, she finished with a relaxing arms & hands massage. Overall, I'd give this new place a 10/10! I feel like they fall off quickly because they rush through the process. Lady was done with my daughter in 30 min maybe a bit more. My acrylics weren't smooth.
