The fridge came damaged and then took a while to get a replacment which was a bit of a pain due to supply issues but they communicated with us and we finally got the kitchen of our dreams completed! RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THEM! This company sold my elderly mother a $450 refrigerator that does…read morenot work. They promised and advertised a Maytag refrigerator with a working ice maker. My mother clarified with them, via Facebook that the model they had listed was the EXACT model she would receive. When they arrived they had a KitchenAid fridge. My mother said that it was not the fridge she had purchased, but they talked her into keeping the fridge, saying it was an upgrade. After adjusting all of the settings she found that the freezer was not keeping items frozen, and the ice maker did not work. The item was sold with a two-month "guarantee" and when my mother asked for them to fix it or give her the money back and take the fridge away they originally told her it would cost $125 for them to come and fix (!). She said she could not put additional funds into repairing the item (since it was not as advertised and promised). Only after we threatened a civil suit did the owner claim that he would send someone to fix it on the 18th. Less than an hour later he blocked her on Messenger. She is mostly deaf and the owner does not speak English so any hopes of resolving it via telephone are impossible. I feel like he made his intent clear when he blocked her, however. Please note that the "positive reviews" are from the owner and friends and family. This "company" is a 100% rip off, preying on people that are good and trusting and taking advantage of them.

Their delivery guys were so helpful and professional, too.

The only criticism I have is, when he was finished with the call, he was walking towards the door, I followed him asking for an update (I had been in the other room when he was working), he mumbled something about parts and practically ran out the door, and sat in the driveway for 30 minutes. I'm not upset, just thought it was weird and I was a little confused as he didn't explain the issue or give me next steps. But overall, I was happy with the service and would use them again!
