In 2 days he had the part from the distributor and made the repair. He was knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. Guess what he puts in the report - manufacturing defect of drain pump. Of course AFC Home Club is very happy to tell me that manufacturing defects are not covered by warranty. Also, I completely forgot that when I first called, I had asked about mounting my dishwasher properly (The previous owned never mounted it because the counter top is granite.) so when I discovered that he had taken the time to properly mount it, I was pleasantly surprised.
