They offered a free estimate, and the technician, Kenny, was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which put us at ease right away. After a great experience with the estimate, we moved forward with both the duct cleaning and Aeroseal (especially since they offered a discount if we booked both services with them)! We had the duct cleaning done a few weeks ago, and just two days ago, we had the Aeroseal service completed, and the results have been amazing. We've noticed a 5-degree temperature difference in our child's room-- the change is absolutely noticeable! Our system seems to be running much more efficiently. The senior technician, Edwin, and his associate were outstanding. They were not only professional and timely but also kind, courteous, and really took the time to make sure everything was done right. It's rare to encounter such a high level of customer service these days. We are beyond happy with the results and the overall experience. We live in a 120-year-old house that's heated and cooled with what I'd call a "vintage" duct system. After seeing a segment on This Old House about the Aeroseal duct sealing system, we called around looking for a company that would tackle our situation. After being told a few times that our house was too old, we lucked on to Duct Kings. They first sent a technician out to inspect the system. He did a complete review and provided a detailed estimate that was well in line with the standard cost of the Aeroseal service. Once we booked, the communication was excellent. The tech team that performed the service was polite and explained every step. They went above and beyond, fixing a section that had been disconnected by previous contractors plus several large gaps and carefully sealing all of the dozens of antique registers. The results of the Aeroseal have been dramatic. The house is noticeably warmer. Some ducts where we previously could not even feel the air flow are now blasting out warmth. I wish we'd done this much sooner and highly recommend Duct Kings. We'll absolutely call them first for any insulation or duct work we need in the future. read more

I struck out several times while searching for a reputable company to clean my air ducts, mostly because I couldn't get anyone to call me back and schedule an appt! When I called Duct Kings, Chaz was beyond friendly and accommodating, scheduling my appt within a week's time and even giving me a discount when I shared my frustration with finding a company. On the day of my scheduled appt I received a call to let me know one of the technicians called out sick so he offered to reschedule to a weekend day (which they typically don't do as they are closed on weekends). This was beyond accommodating and I happily rescheduled, no qualms here! On the day of my Saturday appt, the technician arrived on time, and I feel terrible because I cannot recall her name, and worked independently for hours to complete the job. I was extremely impressed that there was no mess left behind or even any trace at all that she was there! I had Duct Kings clean my ductwork and then return to seal them. They showed up when they said they would, did a very professional job, treated my home respectfully, cleaned up after themselves, and were very polite. They tested the leakage in my ductwork before and after. The before results showed 4 square feet of leakage (like I had a 2 foot x 2 foot window wide open). After the sealant was applied they tested again and they cut those 4 square feet down by 94%! The leakage now is about 3 square inches. My home was built 63 years ago, so I feel like 3 square inches of leakage is pretty darn good. I highly recommend Duct King if you want either the cleaning, or the sealing, or both. read more
