We have called Chase Plumbing for a variety of issues from broken toilets to steam boilers and this week it was a broken garbage disposal. They are the best-- professional expertise, excellent scheduling and communication, and good results. We think you will be glad you relied on Chase Plumbing rather than a big corporate rip-off company. Chase is local and reasonably priced. read more

We had numerous plumbing/heatings items to be done which in the end was 2 days worth of work and wanted an estimate to understand the cost and what we could afford. Most plumbing contractors didn't respond to our online request for that, the few who did would not give an estimate for such work just for it to be done on an hourly labor plus materials. Chase Plumbing came through and responded. Coordinating with Joanna in the office she scheduled Ian to come out within a week, he promptly produced the estimate and it was scheduled within 2 weeks. The plumber Kurt and his helper Robert worked diligently, neatly coordinating with us when needed. Work was completed to our satisfaction with the price agreed too. read more

Fast, excellent service. We just bought a house, and water started dripping out of the kitchen ceiling (directly below the bathroom) after the first shower. Tried at least 5 companies before anyone would even come by the house, and the first one that did offered to cut a hole in the ceiling ($600) and cut a hole in the shower tile and replace all the plumbing in the bathroom ($3500), all without even looking at the shower at all. They then tried to sell me a heater boiler, hot water heater, and all new plumbing for the rest of the house. Seemed excessive, so I called Chase. They came, took a look at the shower faucet, replaced the valve in about an hour without cutting a single hole in anything, and charged a fraction of the previous estimate. They are professionals, so their labor is not cheap, but they do excellent work and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. read more

I found Chase a few years ago because I would often see their trucks in my neighborhood. Here's why I love them 1) So responsive. Never have to wait long for an appointment 2) The office people are kind and so polite 3) The plumbers are professional, always cover their shoes before the come in, polite. 4) Work is done right the first time. As it relates to pricing I don't think they are too high. The services I need seem reasonable. I was always counseled on the phone prior to the visit on what the base costs are. Super happy and highly recommend. read more

First time user. Fixed a shower that needed a new diverter and a valve put back on. Another plumber had disassembled it. I had a bunch of parts, old and new. Dorin arrived and figured out the correct parts to use. Was courteous, professional and thorough. Will certainly use them again if needed. Highly recommended. read more

Please do not do any business with Chase Plumbing. I have been disputing an invoice and they have somehow accessed my bank account to fraudulently send a bill payment to Chase Plumbing which happens to be in the same amount as an Eversource payment made the same exact day. These guys are fraudulent and I would caution you about using their services. read more

You know all those "horror stories" you hear about plumbers who over-charge, or leave a mess, or do sloppy work? Forget all that, and hire Chase. The main case-iron waste pipe in my basement developed cracks in two places. Luckily the cracks were on top of the pipes so they weren't leaking yet. I decided to have essentially all the cast-iron pipe replaced with PVC - about 30 feet in total. This was the thick, heavy, 5" iron pipe. Not a small job. Chase came and did a no-cost estimate. I'd used them before for some small jobs so I trusted them and decided to have them bill me for time and materials instead of a fixed price. They arrived on time, got right to work, and finished the job in 3 hours flat, including clean-up and testing all the new plumbing. The new plumbing is neat, clean and, well, perfect. And their price for the materials (all the new PVC pipe and fittings) was incredibly reasonable. I don't think I could have bought it for less on my own! They cleaned up the basement thoroughly - sweeping and vacuuming. As a homeowner, it gives me peace of mind to know that I can call Chase and know that they will do excellent work for a fair price. read more

Once again Chase Plumbing to the rescue. We called this morning for a plumbing problem in kitchen and bathroom. They arrived by mid-day, were efficient, effective, politel and quickly resolved our issues, and the price was certainly fair. Dorin was easy to work with - a pleasure to have in our home. read more

Over the last year Chase did the complicated plumbing for a new washing machine set-up in our basement, and replaced our hot water heater. They're cheerful, professional, competent, clear, show up when the say they will, solve problems that arise quickly to minimize issues for the customer. Their prices are fair and their billing is straightforward. Altogether a stand-up organization. Ian's been our contact there--he's great. So nice to work with people who care about their work and their customers. read more

Outstanding service on the water heater. They accommodated my request on a very busy day (right after storm). Came and dealt with the water heating company to get the parts as the heater was under warranty. Thank you Chis for doing a great job! Much appreciated. read more

I had a major exiting sewer pipe break. It was discovered during the winter. I had Chase Plumbing come out and give me an estimate. We just completed the repair. 1) They were right on with the estimate, even though most of it was underground and we were not quite sure what we'd find. 2) They came and met with my landscaper to co-ordinate digging up my patio. 3) They arranged for a mason to come out to cut thru my foundation, when the landscaper hesitated to do this AND still kept the cost in line. 4) Their employee Chris was awesome. He triple checked the new pipe to make sure there were no leaks. 5) They worked with my insurance company to complete the paperwork necessary. 6) Made sure that the correct permits were in order so that there were no issues with the insurance company. I have nothing but good things to say about Chase Plumbing. The ONLY plumbing company I will use. read more

I just used Chase Plumbing today for the first time and I am very happy with the service and price. Chris was here on time and he was neat/clean, worked quickly, and was informative about my systems and what I needed. He fixed two toilets and snaked the tub drain. I have had issues with other plumbing companies that tried to charge me too much or upsell things I didn't need. That was not the case here. I feel like they are honest and trustworthy. I will definitely use them again. read more
