Griddle with hubcap sized pancakes cooking

Wow! What a gem in downtown Springfield! Had a 20minute wait on Saturday morning. Worth it! Got seated at the counter overlooking the kitchen. They were in constant motion! Decided to split with my partner. I ordered Lox and Bagels and he ordered Eggs Benedict. Perfect plates to share half and half. All portions were generous. Service was attentive even though they were slammed. So good! Go try it!!

This is a very cute cafe located in the heart of Springfield! Parking is on street, so you might have to walk. The interior of the restaurant is very large and can seat large parties as long as it's not during their rush hour time. They have a liquor license, so this place would be great for after work happy hour (Wed-Sat). The food we had a great and cooked well. We would definitely come back again!

Absolutely a home run place for breakfast! Service is solid, cool vibe. Plenty of space and the breakfast portion is ridiculously massive! Good quality of food and fair pricing! The bear hug is amazing! Only complaint if you can even call it that is it doesn't open till 7am and wished it open earlier! But definitely a must eat at!

really good breakfast! large menu with lots of variety from the norm. Cool vibe in the old building. our waitress Destinee was amazing as well. prices are on par with everywhere now avg 12$ a plate but worth it. food was cooked as ordered (unusual anymore ) tasted great.

Loaded Build Your Own Burrito with sweet potato hashbrowns

I was in the mood for breakfast at lunch, so we stopped in here to give it a try-and yes, we will be back! We arrived after the lunch rush, but there were still several diners still eating. Our server was Connor and he was very helpful and attentive (another reviewer commented how he wasn't attentive to them- maybe just having a bad day that day?). The food was amazing. My son built his own loaded burrito with the sweet potato hashbrowns, which were surprisingly good. My granddaughter had the French Toast and I had the country skillet. Normally, skillet meals are too much food for me, but I was pleasantly surprised that the portion was perfect. We all tried the banana foster pancake, which was good, but having had one at an Iowa diner last year, this one just couldn't compare. There was nothing wrong with it, just not as much if a "Wow" that we've had elsewhere. The place was clean and all the staff were very friendly.

Steak and eggs

Staying downtown and we were lucky enough to have a great breakfast place right across the street. Eggs Benedict - english muffin was tender and I didn't have to saw it with a knife! Ham was thin and I wish it had more with the meal but luckily I ordered a side of bacon with it. Steak and eggs were good. Steak a little on chewy side but honestly what do you expect from a breakfast steak. Overall the meal was good and the service was great. No complaints here!

True; I'll be a lower rating than most other people on Yelp. BUT, there isn't anything special/great in what they make here. And it is expensive for what you get. Our problem in Springfield, is we (do not) have any top notch breakfast places - they're all pretty much "meh" places. This place tries to be trendy and cool. And I do love the old Gailey's drug store / hotel building. But the place isn't "amazing" by any means...and not for the price. Country Fried Steak: their pre-fab country fried steak itself, tasted ok enough. Certainly no hand ponded out fried steak. The gravy is some doctored up package gravy, that is nothing great at all. Hash browns: Not sure where these things came from - but I could (not) come close to cutting thru these hash browns, (with) the side of my fork. Then, bland and no seasoning. No onions, peppers etc. Eggs: Who screws up eggs? Well, this place didn't come close to "over medium". Today, and the last time I was here (people make me go here; it's not my choice), the eggs have good portions of uncooked egg whites. Cost of the county fried steak, hash browns and two eggs: $15. Really? lol. Chili: I tried the chili, to see what it was like. This was the best thing on this day. I would get that chili again, as it was chunky/hearty and had ok flavor, for what it is and how it looked (when it first came). Flavor profile wasn't too too flavorful...:but hey, considering the other stuff they serve, it was good enough. Conclusion: I would never dare wait in line for this place. Do I go here at times? Yes, people want to meet there and it's (not) a dump. But that said, it's nothing special at all and how it is (now).

Service was great. Food so-so. Mediterranean Omelette was very dry. Chili was dry as well, did not look freshly made.

Ozark, MO Okay,…read morereally really good Buffet... I'm not typically a buffet guy but would definitely do this again... Everything (except the Cinnamon rolls were great). Note to the culinary team, the C-rolls are dry, something to expect at the Courtyard Marriott free continental breakfast - not at your place... upgrade or 86 this item. Service was exceptional... Then of course the views and grounds were amazing... would definitely recco this place to anyone going to Springfield or Ozark.

Finley Farms is the Ozark Mill along the Finley River that was purchased by the daughter of Johnny Morris (owner of Bass Pro Shop). They did a huge renovation and conversion to include a restaurant, country store, fine dining speakeasy style bar and restaurant, coffee shop and gardens. We started with brunch at the Ozark Mill restaurant. Then walked the grounds, including an old bridge. We headed out for a few hours and returned for dinner at The Garrison (speakeasy vibe bar and fine dining). We had reservations on the patio and it was simply gorgeous. The food and cocktails were amazing. Service was exceptional - We cannot wait to go back!

Came here on a Friday night after dinner for one more drink before our friends had to go back home…read moreto their kids. When we walked in, it was surprisingly dead for a Friday night. The space itself seems large enough to host several large parties, and there are some TVs for sporting events as well, but it must not be very popular. The server came up an ass what we wanted to order and we told him we already had dinner and only wanted one more drink. Once we ordered our cocktail flight, we were anticipating to receive a flight meant for one person... similar to a beer flight. Especially because I told the server I was in between one specific drink or getting a flight as well. Needless to say, we were very surprised when each of us received 4 full-sized drinks. This looks great if you want to drink heavily, but we told the server we did not want more than one drink, so I would have expected him to call this out when we ordered. Even if we wanted to get tipsy, all the drinks from each of the flights tasted very watered down and with little alcohol. Receiving the bill for $55 afterwards for what should have been two drinks, was wild. I mentioned this to the server at the end once more and he just turned around and walked away without any care.
