The chili was watery ,like soup.. She returned with my half tuna sandwich.. It was unappealing ,the taste was not at all like I have had many times. It was on a white plate, no pickle or chips, no silverware, to eat the tuna falling out of the sandwich.,not from too much tuna. I tried eating it but it was not tasteful ,and as I said, not visually acceptable, sloppy.. I picked at the meal, maybe eating 25%. I told the waitress. Initially she said she was sorry. Then coming back she asked if she could get me something else, I said no thank you. I was given my bill, and she said she deducted $6.00 . I feel like I shouldn't have received a bill.
