I happened by Gabacho while in Glendora and I saw their lovely outdoor seating and their menu. Once I saw their menu, I decided to try them for lunch, and I'm glad I did. The ambience is just lovely. Big plush booths inside, great music. The service was very friendly and cordial. But the food...because I was having lunch, I tried the BBQ burger, which was delicious. The salad it comes with was superb, it included fresh fruits and garnished with a flower. Instead of the French fries it comes with, I chose the gratin potatoes, which was delicious. I will definitely be coming back for another meal.

    Great lighting.

This is a nice, pretty French inspired place in a quaint side of town. I didn't eat here but the menu is extensive. Recently opened and based on my first impression it'll be around for a while. I had a beer. No food. Although the menu is extensive I just wasn't hungry. I will say that $9 for a blonde light beer is pricey. The gentlemen behind the small but nice bar were very nice. (I recommend having a couple of stools) Aesthetically pleasing and so clean. I'd come back and try food next time. Specially since they serve "Croquet Mesieur." If you know, you know. Hope you're all enjoying your summer.

We came back today and the service and overall experience was still top notch. Robert took our reservation and accommodated our 2 families. It was lovely to be able to reserve brunch time on a Sunday. We were looked after by Joseph! Joseph was attentive, very helpful and our other guests were late so he gave us some tips on menu items. We had some amazing food here again today. The presentation and quality were outstanding. We would definitely recommend a visit if you're in Glendora. Thank you for a great experience. Our friends who were visiting were impressed with the quality, ambience and service. A great establishment for Glendora!

Tried Gabacho for the first time a few weeks back for my MIL'a birthday dinner. The new decor is nice and so is the lounge area. We were greeted nicely by the staff and promptly seated. I would consider Gabacho a higher end dining choice for Glendora and with that comes higher expectations, at least for me. My experience was above average but could have been better, thus the 3 star out of 5. Here is my summary of the food and some photos. Started with the Escargot and the artichoke dip. Both were delicious. My MIL ordered the Salmon and it came with an AU gratin type of potato and salad. Salmon very good and sauce too, Salad was great. The crispy edges of the potato had parts that were very hard, almost unchewable The flavor was good though. I ordered the La Diabla pasta. It was really really nice with great flavor. My wife ordered the Onion soup which was so salty it was inedible. In hindsight we probably should have let the server know. I would order again to see if it was a one time thing because we love onion soup. Had the crème brûlée for dessert and it was very good. Service was great and we'll try again and order some different items. Give them a try, share your own experience. Note: edited my take on the chips based on chefs info. They are made in house!

great new spot at the end of the downtown glendora strip. Got the lemon salmon with au gratin potatos. great food and a nice interior and sidewalk patio seating make this the perfect date night spot. friendly staff. Good to see a new place in town that does not disappoint.

New to the area. We tried it, and it was just ok? For the price point, it's a bit over priced. The food was half and half, in regards to there are bits we liked and bits we didn't like. We got the chicken mushroom, the chicken with mushroom sauce was great! The side of potatoes and super dry salad was just ok. Not worth the price, I would want like a bougie salad but was just a plain salad. The potatoes were like scalloped potatoes, it was small and generic. We also got this seafood pasta. The seafood was cooked well, but gave the tiniest piece of salmon with no skin. The cream sauce was so watery and the pasta was bland. Again, not trying to be that person but for that price point maybe fresh pasta or something. The dessert dish leveled it out. We got the crème brûlée French toast, that was superb. It was done well to where you don't even realize they used a French baguette as the toast instead of the usual brioche. I would recommend this dish. Because of this dish, we thought about maybe coming and giving a second shot at the breakfast because half the menu seemed like breakfast. Restaurant was clean, staff was nice and tentative. Manager was very active to some of the other tables. All in all, I don't think it's worth the price.

Gabacho in Glendora Village is such a great addition to the area. The restaurant is beautiful inside with a welcoming, upscale vibe that works for both brunch and dinner. We started with an Arnold Palmer and strawberry lemonade both refreshing and well balanced. For food, the mango goat cheese salad was fresh with a nice mix of sweet and tangy. The Vache sandwich was the standout for me super soft, juicy steak with a rich mushroom sauce that brought everything together perfectly. The La Diabla pasta was also flavorful with a nice kick. We ended with the French toast, which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside definitely a great way to finish the meal. Overall, a really solid dining spot with unique flavors. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.

Omigosh, EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD! A little pricey, but scrumptious. The ambience is lovely in a bougie way. Everyone in our party of 7 loved what they had. FYI, if you're going for frog legs I'd call and check first... I believe it's no longer on the menu

Made it out to Gabacho for their opening day dinner!!! Absolutely beautiful revamp on what was Glendora's Village Eatery location! Loved the warm lighting and decor and the beautiful wall murals. Would've preferred some sort of French café inspired music for the ambience, but instead we were listening to what sounded like wedding dinner music. He got the chicken breast plate with mushroom and it was plated beautifully!! The au gratin was delicious, but lacked a lil seasoning. The salad could of used more dressing. I ordered the carbonara pasta and it was rich, and creamy, with the egg yolk to mix in to my pasta. Our waitress was lovely and very attentive! And we enjoyed being greeted by Nelson, as well as Chef David! Been stalking Gabacho for awhile now on INSTAGRAM and I look forward to coming back for breakfast soon!!! Welcome to Glendora Gabacho!!! You were delicious!!!

Great tasting crepes from sweet to savory. Service is friendly and quick. It's a nice place to go and unwind, chill, enjoy the outdoors in their outdoor seating area or enjoy the inside area with nice decor. Staff is attentive and professional. Food presentation is beautiful. Will definitely come back again.

We have passed by many times and today I am so glad we decided to stop. Everything was delicious; perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. The omelet was full of fresh vegetables and had just the right amount of spice. The crepe was thin, buttery, and beautifully made, filled with vegetables that were still crisp, and full of flavor. The goat cheese and candied walnuts were a perfect combination too. The service was friendly and attentive, and our booth was cozy. The copper water glasses were a nice touch as well, keeping the water nice and cold. It all made for a great breakfast. We'll definitely be back and wish we hadn't waited so long to give this place a try

This steak omelette is delicious. That sauce was yummy.

This was my first time visiting, and I've been meaning to try this place for quite some time. I'm glad I finally did. The food was excellent. I ordered the artichoke dip and the steak omelette, and both exceeded expectations. The artichoke dip was rich, flavorful, and a great way to start the meal. The steak omelette was delicious, the steak was tender and cooked perfectly, and the sauce really brought everything together. It was easily one of the highlights of the meal. The ambiance is comfortable and inviting. The exposed brick walls, lounge-style seating, and overall character of the restaurant give it an authentic feel that makes you want to sit down, relax, and enjoy your time there. What stood out to me most, however, was the difference in hospitality among the staff. When I arrived, Adriana saw me walk in but never greeted me and instead, walked past me. After I was seated, she walked past my table several times, looked in my direction, but never smiled or acknowledged me. My server, who unfortunately was not wearing a name tag, was helpful and took care of what I needed, but the interaction felt more transactional than welcoming. Then there was Ivan. Even though I was not seated in his section, he stopped by my table, greeted me with a smile, checked on me throughout my visit, and made me feel welcome. At the end of my meal, when he saw I had placed my credit card on the table, he came over to make sure everything had been taken care of, asked how my experience was, and even encouraged me to bring my family back. Those may seem like small things, but they make a big difference. I believe this restaurant deserves to become a staple in the Old Town Glendora community. The food is certainly good enough. The ambiance is certainly good enough. The opportunity is in making every guest feel like they're being welcomed into an extension of the owner's home rather than simply being served a meal. People may come in for the food, but they come back because of how a place makes them feel. That said, I am still happy to give this place 5 stars. I genuinely enjoyed my visit and will absolutely be back. Running a restaurant is not easy, and finding great people is not always easy either. My comments are shared because I want to see this restaurant succeed and become a place the community embraces for years to come.

Made reservation for Friday dinner and glad we did, as the place was quite popular and almost every table was full. Gabacho has been open for less than two months and still working on kinks but has lots of promise. We had seafood risotto, salmon tacos, la diabla pasta and salmon ala almendra. The diabla pasta was quite spicy and lots of meaty ingredients. I requested the seafood risotto without cheese, lots of seafood though the rice tasted less than arborio and more like calrose rice. Salmon ala almendra was very large portion though a bit overwhelming with the sweet orange sauce. We shared a creme brulee, tasty and reminded me more of a crema Catalun. Overall, we enjoyed our meal at a nicely decorated restaurant.

It was my first time at San Fernando Coffee Company, and it won't be my last! They have great coffee, breakfast options, and an awesome team making it happen. I went on a Sunday around 11 am, absolutely needing a hot coffee and a breakfast burrito. They have both here, thankfully! I've always known they were here for a while, and I finally remembered I wanted to try it out. They were packed and had multiple customers inside, so I opted for using their digital kiosk so I can calmly browse their menu. I got a Hot Vanilla Latte and their Breakfast Burrito (Egg, cheddar, hash brown, bacon) for myself, and a BLTA (Bacon, tomato, greens, avocado) sandwich for my fiancé to-go. They have an awesome, well-thought-out menu. It's not too overloaded with options that I couldn't make up my mind (like me most of the time), and had everything for anyone who wanted a drink and a meal. Everything was ready in about 10 minutes. They also had comfy tables to the right of their entrance if we wanted to sit down and eat, or sit and wait for our pick-up order. Their breakfast burrito tasted great, I just wish it was just a smidge bigger for the price, especially since Azusa has a lot of huge burrito options for less of a wallet burn. Buuuuttt that may be because I spoil myself with huge burritos I can't finish when I want to treat myself. It still tasted great, though! Their take on the BLT was their BLTA with bacon, tomato, greens, and avocado, which I thought my fiancé would like, but he is much more of a classics guy and said he wished they made the classic bacon, lettuce, tomato sandwich he wanted with mayo. Its a preference thing, and we just have to try other things here! I definitely want to come back here and try one of their lattes again with cold foam this time, and one of their waffles!

Employees there are very kind and seem to take an interest in everyone who walks in the door. Recently an incident occurred that I have nothing but respect for how the staff handled. A now former regular, who I will be keeping anonymous for obvious reasons, was banned from the store for openly racist remarks and verbally harassing staff. I was not personally present for it, but that is accurate to my experience with said person. They have repeatedly made racist and classist comments and have pretty heavy handedly push their ideological views to me. After banning said customer, they proceeded to threaten and harass the staff, from what I saw in regards to the banning, the manager Adam handled it with more respect and elegance than I believed necessary. Despite his tact, she took that as an opportunity to go on a tangent of excessive profanity and slurs. Over the years, I've spent…read morethousands of dollars here and have recommended the shop to many friends and others in the coffee community. Unfortunately, my experience with the shop changed because of repeated interactions with the store manager, Adam and the event that had just happened. I want the owners to be aware of concerns I have regarding the atmosphere created by management. On multiple occasions, I have heard Adam speak negatively about the owners and other baristas in front of customers. I have also experienced him bringing personal and political opinions into conversations while working, which I feel creates an uncomfortable/unprofessional environment. He works every Monday so I can't even sit on the only couch and drink my coffee in peace, he's always talking nonsense and forcing his personal opinions down my throat. He never stops talking, and if you try to share your opinion, he talks right over you. He has a veryyy hard time accepting viewpoints that differ from his own. He's honestly on some sort of power trip. The most concerning incident occurred recently when Adam yelled in my face while inside the coffee shop!! Then the other barista, David got involved with his encouragement during this interaction. They surrounded me and were trying to intimidate me together and at that time there were no other customers in the store, and when I tried to speak to them to tell them to stop yelling at me- they went at me harder to the point I had to literally run out of the shop bc I didn't feel safe there. It's the first time I have ever had two men corner me and yell at me- it was honestly traumatizing. After leaving, I informed David that I would never be returning. I believed that would be the end of the situation. However, David provided Adam with my personal phone number without my permission, and Adam contacted me by text after I had already left the store in an effort to intimidate me further. During that exchange, Adam also accused me of being racist. I found it completely inappropriate that my personal information was shared without my consent so that a workplace conflict could continue outside of the store. I also want to address an issue with David. Throughout my visits, you have repeatedly attempted to hug me or touch me when I came into the shop. Regardless of your intentions, this made me uncomfortable. Customers should not be touched without their consent. I also work in the business of customer service, and I understand the importance of professionalism. I would never speak negatively about my employer to customers, push personal or political views on people supporting my business, yell at a customer, or use a customer's personal information to continue a confrontation after they leave. It's disappointing because I did like this coffee shop and wanted to continue supporting it. However, my experiences with Adam and David traumatized me. I hope the owners take these concerns seriously and address them so other customers do not have similar experiences.

It's also extremely affordable, chill, and thirst quenching. It's a satisfying drink on a hot day. I arrived at Yoxi Teatime (Glendora) on Tuesday (around 1:14PM). Parking is easy since the parking lot is BIG and spacious. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Staff quickly answered any questions. Customers can order at the counter or self-service kiosk. My drink took two minutes and five seconds. Quick! As mentioned, I liked the Blushe ($5 -- 70% Sugar). It's a tea with good ingredients, but personally I'd recommend selecting a lower sweetness. Also, if you're not a fan of rose or perfume-like drinks, this might not be fit your palate. Still, it's prepared thoughtfully, and the price is ridiculously competitive. I sipped with a small smile. On ambiance, Yoxi Teatime (Glendora) is an AMAZING option for study/work. The location is well-maintained and generous! The air condition is STRONG, and the location is chill and refreshing. There's also about four electrical outlets. And there's customer internet with password; details are proudly displayed on the Game Corner counter and the Ordering counter. There's also a gender neutral restroom in the back. In addition, Yoxi Teatime (Glendora) is charming and very clean. This business has fun colors and aesthetic decor. There's about five tables, and there's a Game Corner (etc: Chess, Guess Who, Mancala, Etc). There's even two mini crane games to play. I also enjoyed the soft, upbeat pop music. It's a charming, hidden local gem. Overall, Yoxi Teatime (Glendora) is a local business that still has heart and passion. The drinks are also ridiculously affordable and refreshing. If nearby and searching for a comfortable study/work spot, this is an easy recommendation. 4.5 out of 5

Forgot to take pics of our drinks (terrible memory!). Oh well...maybe next time. Parking is easy even though it is in a semi-busy plaza. Recommended. Will return to try another drink in the future.

She looked at me and said, I don't know. And she just sat, like I was bothering her. I said, you don't know? Is there a way to check? She asked if I wanted to know the ingredients. I said yes. She finally got up, went into the back and took a picture of the ingredients. Ingredients were acceptable. I ordered 30% ice. My daughter ordered 100% ice. Same flavor. At the end of our drinks, I had more ice than my daughter. How does that work? I picked up the drinks and said, just showing you. I have more ice left over than my daughter. Her response? Well, it keeps the drinks colder, longer. I drink fast. I just wanted a little ice. (Here it is, 4 hours later and I still have ice! ) I was given the option of how much ice I wanted. I gave my choice and it was ignored. Then, I was met with rudeness. I am sure she has potential. She just needs to learn to listen to customers and not be rude. And it might help if your store was better staffed. Oh, and the drink was good.
