During all of this we were actively setting up the warehouse with heavy machinery, racks, and workstations and Cris had no problem working with and around us so there was no interruption in our daily operations. His knowledge was invaluable in evaluating products and general IT configuration. He was always on time and stayed in contact regarding re-scheduling when there were multiple roadblocks on our end - like not having a ramp to get the lift outside. The initial sales call went super well, they got out to replace our vivint system within a week which is where the problems started. The install work was incredibly sloppy, and we had to have painters out to repair all teh damage they did to our walls.
