Politeness and care was taken into consideration when talking to the owner of shop. I am a survivor of stroke that took place March 12, 2022. The only thing that is lacking is short term memory loss and that is challenging me when talking about mechanical issues regarding my Fiat 500L Trekking model. This is a 2014. My only main concern is driving to Plano because I am currently fighting dehydration and a sinus infection. With no air in car that poses a big problem with my own body and trying to push fluids is difficult enough.

Upon arrival I was greeted and we agreed that with $ 5000 my car will be fixed and didn't bargain regarding pricing at all. After two week the car was ready and before accepting the job I did check the car and I see the engine light of the car is on!!? The owner which has no clue and history of running a business as mechanic shop tells me that don't worry I know people who can pass your car through inspection!!!! I said noooo!! This is not the way it works. We make a deal I have paid you what you asked I this needs to be fixed. He said that my mechanic say the issue is not related to you radiator fan and etc .. that you brought your car for!! And the added extra charge for changing the O2 sensor , after two weeks I noticed there is an oil leak under my car in the parking lot garage, and took the car back, owner says it not related to your accident that oil filter leaks, which all were related because my radiator was punctured, well there it is another charge for oil filter washerin two week so have to bring the car back because the temperature gauge is above normal!! He too much rely on his mechanic since he purchased the business from previous owner with the mechanic and he wants to keep the mechanic for this reason against my workweek another charge for oil filter washer also my head lights which were replaced had too much blind spot and whatever they to fix I t failed and I did accept. After another two week that started to make a squeaky noise which I had to have the mechanic to listen when I was moving the car when was Turner off , and found out when were the front bumper and radiator the did not secure the battery harness when fixing the front of the car. Making the story short with all the problems with paining and more the going back to the shop after 12 times to the shop even on time which the owner told the mechanic to check my vehicle and he said he can't because he didn't like me since I was making the right comments!! I did gave it way even the owner Ray made a comment the he will buy me a complimentary gift so I forget all the issues that happened. The assistant manager (Ashton) is well aware of all pain and suffering that I have been through. I did thank them and refused to ask for any thing. The last word of the owner was that I knew that you were trouble from the beginning (I wish people who runs a business had a clue what they are getting in). So so today after two years I just wanted how respectful they are and I had a problem with my other car, called the owner and he said I don't have time this week (we are fully booked)and I since it's not and urgent matter it can want for next week and he never responded back.. I did test this business for two times and they failed. I do not recommend this business since they are looking for easy and lucrative jobs.

I tried showing him the paperwork from the dealer and was told to disregard the check engine light and if it is not working this time it's the engine. Needless to say I'm filing a complaint w/ bbb and will seek civil penalties. Đem qua sửa thì ổng nói '' không có gì hết, không thấy bị leak oil''. và chiếc xe tôi đem ra hãng honda lẩn carmax check thì họ đều nói rất nhiều issues trong cái xe này. I advise everyone to boycott this repair shop. Mr. Diep is dishonest and scams his customers. I used to go there for repairs many times because someone at the shop recommended it. About a year ago, I went there again for a repair, and he said my Honda's transmission was leaking and that I risked the engine dying on the road. He then convinced me to buy a white 2003 Honda from his body shop. After driving it for only one day, the warning lights kept flashing. I went back and forth three times, trying to return the car, but he refused. I bought the car for $3,400 USD. He only reduced the price by $100. Later, the "check oil" light kept coming on. When I took it back for repair, he said, "There's nothing wrong, no oil leak." I took the car to both a Honda dealership and CarMax for inspection, and they both said the car had many issues. Mr. Diep is a dishonest and unethical businessman who sold me a car that was practically falling apart. Later, when I bought car insurance, the agent said the car had been a total loss and the title was marked "rebuilt salvage." Mr. Diep, dishonest business practices won't last. Karma will catch up to you, and your daughter will bear the brunt of your actions.
