BEST AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE I'VE GOTTEN SO FAR!! I think I found my go to mechanic shop from now on. So a few days ago my check engine light turned on my 2016 chevy volt and I happened to be at the gas station (that is on the same property as G-tech) and decided to have them take a look at my car. The catalytic converter on my Honda CRV was stolen. Albe was very prompt and professional in dealing with my insurance representative. They sourced and replaced the converter and repaired the damage that was done during the heist. He helped me source options to protect the converter against future theft, recommending a garage that can weld a cage. We ultimately decided to install a Cat Clamp. He must have taken mercy on me because he changed my oil and replaced a broken door lock for free. These guys have been my go-to for the last two years, have also replaced my breaks, and it's always a good experience. Attentive and reliable service. Gerard is the greatest! Extremely knowledgeable, honest and courteous, and thorough with his work, I first came to Gerard at G-Tech based off of a recommendation from a trusted friend. At first I just came by for my routine oil changes and maintenance, but then got him to replace my damaged gas tank after he gave me an estimate. I think it's important to note that he didn't pressure me just to proceed with the work which I appreciated. That and the fact that he was able to identify the source of a ticking sound that had bothered me for years (it was the fan clutch motor) that four other mechanics had been unable to figure out really sealed the deal for me to make him my go-to mechanic. An example of his thoroughness is that he walked me through the work that was done with the gas tank replacement and showed me the damaged parts and what they had fixed. As I don't know much about cars but want to take good care of mine, I was grateful for the extra time he took to educate me. In all, your car will be thoroughly inspected and taken care of when you bring it in, and if you don't know what's up with your car, Gerard will figure it out! read more

He was able to quickly get my car in the shop and diagnose what the problem was. He also found some other issues that were causing the problem. He never pressured me, but instead had me come over and showed me the defective parts and gave me options of how to handle. Awesome service with 100% satisfaction. We brought our 1999 Lexus in for various issues (regular service, a time belt change, a check engine light to diagnose, etc.) over the past year and Gerard always did an excellent job of immediately identifying the issue and fixing it efficiently, being 100% honest and even offered on different occasions labor at no charge. Now Albe (whom Gerard knows well) has taken over, and did just as wonderful a job when we brought in our car recently for a regular service. He also fixed an issue with our airbag at no charge.
