Food is good, but, my review is about the service. It's so inconsistent, no one is happy, takes forever to get serviced.

This place is great. My wife and I usually stop in once a week. Barry always takes care of us and makes sure our visit is positive. With many places lacking in customer service, He is attentive and always knowledgeable on US trying new menu items and drinks. Keep it up! read more

Here currently- it's very busy and the cashiers are doing their best; running around and delivering food/etc. I went to the pick up spot to get a fork and the female manager, who was just standing around, very rudely pointed to the silverware without specifying which container held forks. Meanwhile, another manager is standing next to the food pickup yelling at a cashier right in front of everyone. I've been here for awhile and the female manager has done next to nothing- there's been a line to the door multiple times and she has not helped anyone. read more

I cant eat spicy so I am always nervous when trying mexican food. There one sauce is all vinegar and i had to dump it on my food to make it have flavor. This is one step above taco bell and when I got home I got sick. Their world famous queso is white cheese sauce you would get at 7'11. This is one of those places people come to drink get drunk and don't get realize the food is blah read more

Phenomenal service and food. We have been to fuzzys in colorado and the service at this location was above and beyond. They were slammed (Saturday night) and they got everything out quickly and it was made perfectly. Drinks were also amazing. read more

We tried this restaurant tonight and were surprised it wasn't that busy on a Saturday night at 5:30. That should have been our first clue. I can't say anything we ordered was good. The tacos were meh. Brisket was super dry. The beans and rice are clearly pre-packaged and processed. The hot sauce is no bueno. There are so many other good Mexican options in the area, so we will definitely NOT be back. I'm surprised this place stays in business. It was kind of dirty, flies everywhere. Just overall a HUGE disappointment. read more

I used to love Fuzzy's. I've been going here since they opened in san tan village and it's just gone down hill. However yesterday/today was the reason why I'm not sure if I will go back. The person that took my order, decided to tip themselves. And not that I didn't tip them(I never received a receipt even when I asked) but when I called today, I was told the GM would call me back in an hour or two. Waited an hour or two and then had to leave to get my children from day care which is down the street, I walked in and asked for the GM, waited another 15-20 mins for GM. He asked me a few more questions, and I asked for the SIGNED MERCHANT COPY of the receipt. It couldn't be provided. Strange... read more

One of our favorite spots! The vibe is fun and fresh The food is amazing and the beer is cold! The staff are all so friendly Do yourself a favor and add this place to your list read more

I ordered takeout from this spot on a whim - not expecting much because of the Yelp rating but man, this place is good! Breakfast all day? Awesome! That's garlic sauce they add? Spectacular! I'm going to be a regular here for sure! read more

The food was AMAZING! PERIOD! The wait was a bit long as I watched my food sit under the warmer but the server was great (and good looking!) Definitely going back! read more

Very disappointing experience... Dined Monday afternoon: placed orders for a shredded chicken burrito, spicy pork loaded nachos and a shredded chicken bowl. After cleaning a table we sat doom to a 20 plus minute wait for our selections. Once the buzzer finally sounded to pick up food from the Expediter who barely acknowledged any of the patrons trying to pick their orders returning to our table with the food. We found the food to be lack luster in flavor and cold. Your time and money will be better spent at another establishment. read more

Tacos are okay. Mahi tacos very fishy!!High fructose corn syrup plus many additional additives in their salsas! Beans very dry. Margarita was a no goStaff was nice, place is clean! Just not a fan of their food and drinks. read more

The food was a solid three star Mexican grill food that you can have almost anywhere. The set up is difficult when busy because you have to go looking to find a table. Now for why it is a 4 star experience. The queso cheese. With chips or on a meal, it makes it a 4 star meal. It must be made with heroin cause I could go for some right now. Give them a shot. read more

Love this place and the service. Anything on the menu is good. Birria is my Favorite !!!

Fun place to hangout with friends! Outside seating was comfortable for our group of 10 and the waiters were so friendly. Cashier was a little grumpy, but maybe she was just having a bad day. Overall, good food and good vibes. read more

Save your money. Taco Bell is a better value. I would give a zero for stars. But it won't let me save it that way. The only difference is they have liquor. Take it from a guy who eats tacos five days a week. Save your money. read more

This place is like finding the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow! I absolutely recommend this place. They have excellent tortillas. Their breakfast burritos are amazing and good any time of day! We typically stop in for lunch on Sundays. They have a bar with several beers on tap and a full bar. I absolutely recommend. Side note...less expensive then Someburros and other places around! read more

Great food and drinks! This is the second time we have eaten here and will continue to do so whenever we are near the mall.

Great ambiance and seems like a good place if you just want some drinks. It's weird that you you have to go up to the kitchen to get your food from the heat lamps. Even Panera brings your food out to you when they give you a buzzer. Seemed like plenty of staff to handle this. Food was all very salty and greasy. Not a fan of any of it! Explains why the calories are so high for everything. Rice and beans were blah and the salsa was not great especially since you pay for everything ala carte. May try again in a few months for drinks and see if the food is any better. read more

Good, just wish the dining area was larger and not so cafeteria like.

I loved the outdoor seating. Reasonable pricing and the beer was cold in frozen mugs. Stay away from the steak tacos. My 8 year old described the steak as tough as eating 84 gummy bears at the same time. I took a bite of his taco and I got to say... Spot on little guy! read more

Great new spot at San Tan Mall! Great food, great drinks, and great prices! They have frozen alcoholic drinks and kids meals are about $3 each! A good spot for any crowd. We will definitely be back! read more

I have had the food from here a few times and it has been amazing. Tonight not so much. My friend and I both ordered fried fish and shrimp and it was so over cooked we couldn't even eat the fish in the taco. Disappointed in the quality of food tonight. read more

Came with a friend and the margs were pretty cheap for how much you got and were soooo good!! I mentioned I had just turned 21 recently and the girl who took my order came over with these cinnamon sugar covered pastries and said it was on them and wished me a belated birthday! Service was good, and the nachos were good too! read more

I ordered the grilled shrimp tacos. yuck...they were served on a cold, uncooked, corn tortilla. The shrimp was minimum and not even warm. My second taco was tempura mahi, same siruation with this one. These people should not be in thecrestaurant biz. read more

Horrible experience , something simple like a beer with a fuzzy salted rim was done incorrect 3 times. I got two beers with tajin not fuzzy salt and 1 with cinnamon .. yes cinnamon. The staff took no accountability or offered any apology they actually went as far as to engage with another customer who didn't like that I was sending my drinks back and complain to them. read more

I cannot stress enough how great the service here is! Me and my buddy Dylan went to Fuzzy's for lunch and you wouldn't believe how friendly the employees are. Barry was the guy that took our orders and was super attentive the entire time we where there. The whole restaurant had the feel of an awesome bar in Rocky Point. Highly recommend trying Fuzzy's tacos whenever possible! read more

The service was great! The food was good and fresh. We came for a quick bite and it did not disappoint.

Adequate food but very underwhelming. First of all, our group started with an order of chips and salsa; the salsa tastes like marina sauce. Too tomato-y & thin. Then, I ordered the cheese enchilada plate (one green sauce, one red) with a side of refried beans & mix-mex rice. My husband ordered the veggie taco & cheese enchilada plate (queso sauce) with a side of refried beans & cilantro-lime rice. We ordered first in our group & our food came out last. When it did come out, my husband's taco had meat in it and had to be swapped out for cheese. Lastly, the flavor of our food was just okay. Not bad, but not great. read more

Solid food, good margaritas. Looks like their system needs to be improved a tad. We were told by the cashier to take our ticket to the food expediter, but she seemed to lack basic communication skills. All ended up being ok, we liked the food (had fajita burrito, queso with beef and a margarita). We will be back to give it another chance. read more

Cool atmosphere here but unfortunately the food just isn't very good. Tried the mahi and the shrimp tacos. Another disappointing new taco shop in Gilbert. Very dry tacos and free chips and salsa was meh. Oh, in the wrong restaurant, they have the messages. read more

Wow perfect timing, stopped by San Tan to go to another store and came across the gem on opening day and glad I did! Tried 2 tacos that were amazing, the California Heat and the Fajita Beef. It's National Tequila Day and I had to have a Margarita! So heading to Fuzzy's my first time! We hopped up to the bar, loved they had this option for us. Ordered a Skinny Margarita and a Maui Taco with Grilled Pineapple! AMAZING! The Margarita was a perfect easy skinny and a great size. Perfect size taco and we were on our way. Great service, clean, and family friendly for sure! read more

If I can give a no star that would sum it up! Terrible food. No taste and the frozen Margarita needed a spoon to finish. But sorry would not do that. read more

The food is tasty and they have a gluten and dairy free menu which is nice ! Although what's the point of the menu if they don't actually bring you the right product. I stated I had a gluten & dairy allergy & they brought me out flour to titillate, I only noticed because my bf got flour and they looked identical. When I brought this to the supervisors attention, he didn't apologize in any way just said this is flour did you want corn? Came back several minutes later with corn tacos with nothing inside (no lettuce or toppings) so then I had to ask for those. Very rude workers. The guy at the front who took our order was nice though . read more
