We had a pretty poor experience here tonight. The man who served us wasn't wearing a name tag, but he was the only person wearing a blue Fuzzy's polo so I assume the manager? and he didn't speak a word to us. Crazy, considering he took our order?? No greeting, no here's your total, nothing. The only thing he said was "we have no fish" when my husband ordered the fish tacos. As someone who's worked in customer service roles I get it, at the end of your shift you're tired, people have been obnoxious all day, coworkers suck, etc. I totally get it. I just feel like there's somewhat of a baseline here, just say hi at least. Just really bad vibes. Also, the tables were so grossly sticky, my phone got stuck to it. And then, there was no one to bring the order to our table and I saw our food sitting up in the window, I just went up and grabbed it myself. Kind of a disjointed review, but if you want a good experience go to the Fuzzy's on Hess. Much better service, employees who acknowledge your existence, and cleaner tables. read more

First time here. Saturday lunch with my little. When we arrived there was no one in line so we were able to be assisted immediately. The server at the counter was pretty chill, almost so chill it didn't seem like you wanted to be there . I asked about tacos and if there was a taco plate and he said yes and so that's what I ordered. The taco plate comes with two tacos of your choice and two sides your choice of rice and beans. I ordered two ground beef tacos on soft corn tortillas with lime rice and black beans. My little ordered a shrimp taco and said it tasted good. The hot sauce that's on the table has a pretty good flavor. It seem like it was a mix between hot sauce and taco sauce. We sat on the dining room side, there was plenty of seating. Overall it was a good experience, The food was good And there's plenty on the menu to try. There is a patio area and a bar area with TVs. Looking forward to trying more on the menu. read more

My visit to Fuzzys was just okay. It's a middle of the road casual spot for just okay food. The immediate parking lot is small. You walk in and go up to the order counter and order your food and you get a number to sit on your table , if you order a fountain drink they give you a cup and you get that yourself. They will serve you your cocktail or beer immediately afterwards of your transaction. If you sit at the bar they give it to you on that side of the casual dining area. It's a weird set up really. They have TVs playing random stuff. The margarita drinks are really sweet in huge goblets. They have differs cocktails too. They have great happy hour prices $5 or less. The tacos and salsas are to be desired. Similar to Del taco but not disgusting. It is edible. Salsa is not that good , it is bland and on the sweet side I guess. The place is clean and after you clean up your own tables , I think . That's what I did. Oh , the chips are so good and seasoned. The servers and counter service was great, everyone is quite nice and friendly. I don't think I'll be back. read more

We were in the area, which if you don't know they do have other establishments within walking distance. And an amc theater near by too. The parking lot at the time, was not completely full. And a separate parking area from the amc theater. This is the first time we eaten at this establishment. The set up is different from the other one. This time we ordered three tacos. Two steak tacos and chicken for him. Nothing fancy just meat and cheese. We sat one of the booths and waited to get buzzed. At the time there were a few people but all and all not too loud for lunch crowd. They also have a few flat screen tvs. The establishment seemed clean and I did witness one of the employees cleaning while we were around. Which is a deal breaker fp me. What happened to this place? I was craving for enchiladas. The kind that is topped with melted cheese with lettuce and tomatoes with delicious fillings. Fat chance here! What ended up on my plate was flour totilla with warm filling folded over and topped with brown gravy. Yes, supposed to be a red chilli. Chili lime rice was still hard to chew from not cooking. Customer service was poor, we waited at the front for several minutes while the employees talked to each other and did not acknowledge us. We waited forever for our food and it was terrible. My friend ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was extremely soggy, it was literally dripping. Would never come here again. read more

I don't know why all the bad reviews? We came here on a Wednesday night and there was practically no one there which was great. We sat at the bar and ordered a margarita, chips with queso, burrito and a taco. The margarita is a lot and super strong and will get you lit! My friend was pretty buzzed off just one and she can usually take her alcohol. The chicken burrito was a good size and tasty. It definitely filled me up. The chips were nicely seasoned and crispy but light. The queso dip was good but somewhat thin. The chicken taco was just ok. The bartender Jasmine was awesome and so friendly! Not sure if I've ever heard any hype around this chain, but I thought I would give it a shot. The vibe is certainly fun here. I love the décor, setup and upbeat music. The staff were friendly and got people through the ordering line quickly. The menu was a little daunting, but thankfully there were several people in front of us which gave us enough time to scour the menu. Once you order, the cashier will give you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready. Then you bring it to the kitchen counter when the buzzer goes off. Quick, easy, simple! Honestly, the food is pretty bad. I got the taco plate and all of it was a disappointment except for the black beans. The mahi taco was overly fishy, extremely dry and hardly seasoned. The shredded chicken taco wasn't even shredded and again extremely dry with no flavor. There was barely any meat compared to all the lettuce, tomato and cheese that was there. The cilantro lime rice left something to be desired and was hard. Not to mention, all of it came out cold.. My mom and I shared the drunken pig appetizer which was probably the best part of the whole meal. Although the spicy pork wasn't spicy there was lots of flavor, the pork was juicy and everything worked so well together. However, there needed to be more than 5 chips and the whole thing was rather small. For lack of a better word, the food here is whitewashed. The drinks look to be where the parties at! There were several slushy machines that had different flavors for frozen margaritas. The candy apple sounded so good. Unfortunately, I didn't try any, but that just gives me a reason to come back for happy hour. I sat right under the 3 neon signs where it says fresh, fast and fun. Yeah, the place is fast and somewhat fun, but fresh is reaching. Yes, everything might be made the day of, but it's all probably cooked in batches rather than made to order. Sophia greeted me as I came in and my day went from bad to excellent in a matter of minutes. I'm a retired Restaurant Manager and I was lucky enough to find, on a rare occasion, a team member who was as perky and friendly as her. She told me it was Taco Tuesday and half price tacos except for fish tacos, which is understandable with the price of seafood right now!! She also told me that there was a Margarita special and also chips and salsa on special. I was so happy that I ordered 4 tacos on soft corn tortillas, 2 were brisket and two were ground beef. All were tasty I will be trying more next Tuesday and their hot sauces were excellent as well, (original version and habanero). Those margaritas are life. They are so decadent and delicious and boozy. And they are so reasonably prices for what you get!!! Hands down best part about fuzzys. The food is great, when they get it right. I find my order quite often isn't correct (cheese related incidents most often). But man when it is.... It's heavenly. Some highlights...oreo churros. Baja soup. Roasted potatoes. The two varieties of rice they offer. And the tacos are heavenly, however if you are a tortilla snob you better make sure you specify what kind of shell you are after otherwise it will come on soft corn. The soft flour is so good. Overall a really good value. Nothing wild here, just standard yummy Mexican food with outstanding margarita options. read more

Hello, I really didn't like customer service here. I went here with my beautiful mother and they over charged her! we of course asked for a receipt after not giving us one. Then we compared the receipt to the menu. Of course, some items did not add up. We noticed that the chicken and some other items were more expensive on the receipt than the menu. They then told us that the prices on the menu have changed. I informed them that this was inappropriate because part of them menu is to see the prices! The manger did nothing and when we got our food I found a loogy in my mothers taco! gross for the total cost of two meals and one fountain drink to be over $30! read more

Stopped for lunch on opening day. From what I understand, there are several locations of this taco shop across the Denver metro area. However, this was my first experience. I was hoping this could be a closer option than Torchy's Tacos. The menu options here were impressive. Everything from bowls to burritos, tacos, salads, and lots of beers on draft. I ordered the chips & queso and the taco plate. The chips & queso were okay. Lots of chips. Smallish amount of queso. The queso left a lot to be desired. It definitely is not made in house. It has the consistency of the nacho dip you get from a can or at the movies. The taco plate was better. I got a fish tempura taco & the California heat with tempura shrimp. The California heat was great. Good spice, crunch, and topped with yummy avocado. The fish taco was okay. I wish there was a bigger piece of fish on the taco. The plate also came with two sides. I got the barracho beans & Mexican rice. Both were ok--like you would find on the side of any fast casual Mexican place. On the food alone I would probably give only a 3 star rating. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Also, with such an extensive menu, I'm sure I could find something else I'd like better. read more

We've wanted to try this place for a few months now and since we saw an earlier movie today we decided to try it out for dinner. I personally can't recommend this place and if I had someone from out of state visiting I would not take them here. The food was mediocre at best. The queso was bland, the tacos weren't anywhere near as good as I've had elsewhere, and the sides were low quality. The best thing they had going for them was their hot sauce- I would stop by just to buy it. In my opinion you can find better food for your money somewhere else. Better off at Taco Bell. read more

Two words Ruby Relaxer. We stopped here on date night, not really sure what we were in the mood for and being a new place gave it a try. It's a bit confusing when you first walk in, there appears to be a line for take out and then seating in a bar area. That take out line seemed to never end the entire time we were there. Might help to have someone there to direct traffic or help the new comers get things figure out. We were able to find 2 seats at the bar so we made out way to try to figure things out. I was in the mood for a cocktail and I was pleasantly surprised by my first choice The Ruby Relaxer. Ruby red Vodka, Peach schnapps, Pineapple and Cranberry juice. It was lovely and refreshing and went down a bit too easy. This is certainly something I may partake in frequently. We ordered a few tacos to try. I will say the ground beef didn't hit the mark completely with me. I did enjoy the shredded brisket very much. The big winner of the night was the Oreo Churros, My goodness those are little bites of joy. We made the even more joyous by dunking them in a shot of Bailey's. This was the brilliant idea if my date. Alcoholic version of cookies and milk. I highly recommend you give that a try as well. They have a great patio as well that will be nice in the warmer weather.
