I recently purchased a home for which this company installed mini splits into. I called Brian about…read morea month or so back to have him come look at the lines that connected the head to the condensers. They are exposed to the elements and require attention. The outside units themselves were not even bolted to the pad laid under them. He told me they weren't supposed to be. He cancelled and never reached out to make another appointment. Here a few days ago one of the units began to leak into my living room and onto my floor. I called him, and after much back and forth he told me that issue was probably a clogged condensation line. I said OKAY, but I need it corrected as I do not have the equipment or means to do it myself. I iterated that the problem was not on me, but him and he tried to blame the contractor who remodeled my house. He then told me there would be a charge, not how much, or anything, just that there would be a charge. I reminded him that his invoice which I was reading to him stated one year of free labor, which doesn't expire until next year. He then stated okay I'll come up but just so you know this isn't my problem and I don't deal in condensation lines and we would argue price later. I hung up, called a local HVAC team and was assured that it definitely was his job. I called him back to speak with him on the issue, but he never picked up. No surprise there. Today, I reached out to a local HVAC company, and they unclogged condensation lines, reviewed the layout, sloping and complete mess of lines leading up the house and laying on the ground. They will be fixing these issues right away so that the lines do not become damaged. They, as well as I saw the mess, discussed the phone calls between Brian and myself and other than his poor professionalism, his shoddy at best. It will take some time and money to take care of my issues, but with all the hours they spent there to just clean clogs and troubleshoot was well worth the meager price I paid. Do not use this guy, he will say things like "trying to save you money," "it's not my problem" and that was someone else's responsibility, when it's all him. He also told me that we would argue about payment when he got to my residence. Needless to say, I will forgo free work which I'm entitled too, but under no circumstances should he be installing or working on your HVAC system. I found the professionals.

These guys are awesome, they're honest. If they come to your house to service your HVAC system…read morethey actually "service your system" (shocking). I was a commercial construction executive for almost 20 years and I've seen A LOT of shady stuff. ********If you see an ad for a low cost ($50 or less) service special RUN......RUN AWAY from that company as fast as you can!****** Here's how these guys work......their technicians are on 100% commission, if he doesn't sell you "something" he doesn't get paid. If he doesn't consistently sell customers "something" he gets fired. No company can afford to come to your house for free (do you really think you can trust them?). A company can't even be profitable having a technician drive a van to your house for $49 and be profitable. For $49 they're not "servicing" anything, they're just visually looking for things to sell you (see 100% commission above). So don't fall for that BS! I figured it was going to go out any time so I asked for a quote on a new 3 ton. Bobby came out and decided to inspect the current system and found that it was not wired properly. He fixed the wiring and estimated the AC will last us a little longer. It's running great and cooling the house better than ever. Also we are happy that we don't have to spend thousands. My fiancé's AC stopped working during extreme Arizona heat, and OneGuard scheduled Airamedics for Monday. With a OneGuard representative still on the line, I called Airamedics only to ask whether they had experienced any cancellations or could possibly come sooner. Mark said nothing was available, so I calmly told OneGuard to leave the Monday appointment as scheduled. I did not curse, threaten, demand service, or berate anyone. Shortly afterward, I learned that Airamedics would no longer handle the service request because Mark claimed I had berated him. The call was recorded, and I have formally requested that OneGuard preserve and review the complete recording. Airamedics also blocked both phone numbers used to contact them, which made their response feel even more unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. Given how quickly a simple scheduling question was turned into an accusation and followed by the company declining the assignment and blocking communication, it left me with the strong impression that they were looking for a reason not to accept this home-warranty job. I cannot comment on their technical work because they never came to the property, but this interaction caused unnecessary stress and delay during an already urgent situation. If a company does not want to accept home-warranty work, it should simply decline the assignment not mischaracterize a customer's conduct and then block further communication.
