First off this place rocks how many nail places do you know that have been owned by the same people for I believe 20 years. I love coming here everyone is always so nice and professional. I always have a hard time choosing a color and Leon my nail tech always picks it for me. Even when Chris does my nails he still picks out my color. They know how to make you feel comfortable and tell them what you like. It's nice to go some where and see the same faces, not new people every time you go. I highly recommend futures nails. Very friendly, they really take the time to make your nails perfect. Most of the time I get my eyebrows done here and they do such a good job and it's super fast too. Sometimes when their busy it takes a while for them to get to you but thats at every salon right? Their prices are pretty good and they're very nice people. read more

they Did not do my nails right they messed up my set and made each nail is a different shape and it was not a good experience and I have to go on vacation 2 days and have no time to fix and we're getting mad or annoyed if I asked them to fix it my nails and they did not do my design right j wanted a Mickey head and it looks nothing like one read more

They charged me extra for a " callous removal " that was just dry skin. They burnt my feet and left cuts in two places. I wanted my nails trimmed down a little and she told me they were to short to do that and finally she trimmed my cuticles to short and I started to bleed. read more

This is the only nail salon i like to go to. They are so kind and speak fluent english. They do an amazing job!! I got my nails done almost 3 weeks ago and my acrylics are still on and i could probably go for another 3 more if i wanted. Can't imagine going anywhere else! I've been getting my nails done by Tina for about 2 years now. I travel 25 minutes to go see her. She takes her time with your nails to make sure every nail is the same shape and size. I started going there and had her do acrylic because my nails are too oily and thin to hold shellac. As soon as they started the dip powder I switched over and I have never been happier! My nails are now longer, stronger and healthier. Dip powder costs $40, lasts about 3 weeks, so worth the price! I wish I had my old phone to attach all the pictures of my nails. People constantly ask me where I get my nails done, I will recommend this place to everyone! Chris, Leon and Stacey are amazing as well, but Tina will forever be my #1! read more

I got a pedicure done by an older lady, who did a horrible job! The water itself was lukewarm at best and the lady rushed through the process. She made no attempt to slow down or be gentle when I physically flinched in pain as she cleaned under my nails. She didn't ask me what length or shape I wanted and proceeded to give me an ugly straight across cut (not a square cut, but just a straight cut across the top). To separate my toes while applying polish, she used a couple bits of paper towel, while the lady doing my friends toes gave her foam toe separators; they clearly had a box full of separators but she chose to use paper towel. While applying the polish, she made no attempt to stay on the nail, and proceeded to get polish all over my skin, and to remove the polish on my skin, she used a paper towel soaked in acetone (as opposed to brush like most places) and dug into my skin. And when I got home, I found bits of polish all over my skin and 1/4th of my little toes unpainted. I paid $25 for this hack job. There are so many other places around here that'll do your nails; do yourself a favor and don't come here read more

So I have been a frequent client of Future Nails for a long time now. I come every 10 days for a fill, I get my brows done twice a month, I bring my daughter once or twice a month with me for her nails to be painted, and I always have a couple repairs here and there.... so I have been very regular for at least 2+years now. I have always left a happy client, up until the last few times. Yesterday was the very last time I will ever be stepping foot into Future Nails. There are a few technicians that do a great job, but if you don't get one of those three you are in for a rude awakening! I am so very disappointed, it's very convenient for me being so close to my house and it started off being such a great place. I had to argue with the lady yesterday to get her to do the type of French that I wanted, before arguing with her to fix the The nail that was incomplete, also pointing out the 4 Nails that were clearly crooked that she was going to paint had I not pointed them out. I'm sorry, but aren't I paying you to do my Nails the way I want them?? So immediately after she FINALLY started to fix all of her mistakes, she started talking in her language very fast. Uhm, I wasn't born yesterday, obviously she's complaining about me and talking shit! C'mon, a little professionalism please. I have never left a nail place without leaving a tip, until yesterday!! I was appalled! The reason I left the last nail spot was simply for convenience reasons, so they will be happy I'm returning I'm sure. And I am a very generous tipper, I'm a bartender. Went there on Friday after work and I walked in and this guy who barley spoke any English didn't even say hi or anything. He gave me an attitude when I told him that he didn't clean my nails or cut the extra skin around my nails so I asked for a color and he couldn't find it so I pulled a picture from my phone so I can help him get a better idea of what the bottle looks like and he still couldn't find it and then he asked his boss and she said that they didn't have this color so I said that's fine let's do this color by Opi and he grabbed the wrong one and he was trying to paint my nails when I told him it wasn't the right color and his boss raised her voice on me and said stop confusing him. Like I'm I really confusing him all I did was help him out because he doesn't even know what he's doing anyways she said sorry, but after I was very upset and I stayed until my horrible shellac was done and paid the very next day my nails were already chipped. Never going back to this horrible nail salon. Please take your business elsewhere. read more

My nails always ladt weeks longer than they do from any other salon. The staff is phenomenal. They even are very understanding and accommodating with my service dog which is a smallish German Shepherd, but still 60lbs. They're very gentle but I like a strong heavy pressure massage with my pedicure. I always get cool omens about my nails even two or three weeks later! read more

if you value your eyelashes - do not go here - i am warning you stay away from this place - i got my eyelashes removed here and the girl pulled out my eyelashes - i had bald spots in my eyelashes and they still have not grown in a month later!!!! i don't even think the girl has her beautician certificate - she can't even speak english i told her to be gentle and she was not at all - she didn't even apologize - the manager apologized but the girl looked very angry and did not apologize at all - stay away from here read more
