Wow, I think I got misled by the good reviews. Unfortunately, this visit was really disappointing. Service was extremely slow. we waited about 15 minutes just for someone to take our order, and we were the only group of three in the restaurant at the time. Once we finally ordered, the food took a while to come out and ended up being very bland and not worth the price. No one checked on us during the meal, and when we needed a water refill, we couldn't find a single staff member. We even went looking ourselves and had to call out just to get someone's attention. In the end, we didn't finish our food and decided to leave. Even paying the check required waiting at the front for someone to come out. We tried a total of three dishes: grilled pork garlic noodles, lomo saltado, and spicy wontons. Went to have dinner at Fusion Corner last Friday evening. There is plenty of easy parking and a lot of tables to choose from. The ambiance is relaxing and a perfect place for dinner with family and friends. They are also open until 1am almost every night. A great late night spot! We had the lychee rose tea which was light, sweet and floral. I highly recommend this drink. We also got a passionfruit macchiato. Give the drink a good shake to blend it. It is rich, creamy, sweet and refreshing. Another drink I highly recommend getting. For an appetizer we got the spicy wonton. The wonton were light and bouncy with just the right amount of heat. For our entrees we got the pad see ew with beef. I loved the noodles as they remind me of chow fun. The generous portions of beef were flavorful and so tender. I liked the dipping sauces they both came with, too. Next up was their famous Lomo Saltado Fries. O M G!!! This had me salivating when I saw it from afar before they even set it down on the table. The shaken beef on top of those perfectly fried, crisp fries was a party in my mouth all by itself! The final dish was the Back-Rib Pho, which has got to be the sexiest, beefiest bowl of pho to have ever hit my palate! I mean.. do you see those humongous beef ribs?! We had so much food left over AFTER we tasted everything. We each got to pack a doggy bag when we couldn't finish it all. You already know my motto: "Don't waste!!" LOL! I am really sad to give this place 1 star because we used to love it so much! The last 4 times (because we like to give multiple chances) has been absolutely horrible. The garlic noodles are literally just noodles with a dash of Parmesan cheese. I didn't even taste garlic this time, their spring rolls were made with what looked like the garden salad mix from the grocery and not fresh looking I might add. Totally forgot to take photos but it was so delicious here. I thought it would be mediocre because of the name, but it taste super authentic to me. The store is pretty clean. They get the food out quickly too. Service wasn't bad. I'm not the type to expect a lot, I just like to order and mind my business.
