Came with group of 9 and food was a little bit off. Bun Bo hue looked great but taste didn't get there. One member ordered Thai tea that never came out and when we asked for that item to be removed, they said they can't and so had to get it in Togo cup. That is not acceptable. Wow, I think I got misled by the good reviews. Unfortunately, this visit was really disappointing. Service was extremely slow. we waited about 15 minutes just for someone to take our order, and we were the only group of three in the restaurant at the time. Once we finally ordered, the food took a while to come out and ended up being very bland and not worth the price. No one checked on us during the meal, and when we needed a water refill, we couldn't find a single staff member. We even went looking ourselves and had to call out just to get someone's attention. In the end, we didn't finish our food and decided to leave. Even paying the check required waiting at the front for someone to come out. Overall, it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than customers. Very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend it. read more

We tried a total of three dishes: grilled pork garlic noodles, lomo saltado, and spicy wontons. The spicy wonton sauce was great, but the dumpling wrappers themselves were dry and relied heavily on the sauce. The grilled pork was tender and well-seasoned well but again the garlic noodles were a little dry and stuck together. I did remember liking the fries in the lomo saltado it had a good blend of spices. Just unfortunate the food wasn't quite up to par this time. Went to have dinner at Fusion Corner last Friday evening. There is plenty of easy parking and a lot of tables to choose from. The ambiance is relaxing and a perfect place for dinner with family and friends. They are also open until 1am almost every night. A great late night spot! We had the lychee rose tea which was light, sweet and floral. I highly recommend this drink. We also got a passionfruit macchiato. Give the drink a good shake to blend it. It is rich, creamy, sweet and refreshing. Another drink I highly recommend getting. For an appetizer we got the spicy wonton. The wonton were light and bouncy with just the right amount of heat. For our entrees we got the pad see ew with beef. I loved the noodles as they remind me of chow fun. The generous portions of beef were flavorful and so tender. We also got a lomo saltado with shaken beef. The fries and garlic noodles were both delicious and play well off one another in terms of flavor. Lunch with friends. Another great meal. One of the things we like about this place: is they let a bunch of ladies hang out & enjoy a lengthy lunch. This comes in second to their great food. This time we had their Bun. Number 62-bun thit nuong tom cha gio. Luckily living in SoCal, we have a multitude of very good Vietnamese places to choose from. Fusion's version is very good as well. Passion Fruit Macchiato - It's served layered, but once you mix it up it's a very creamy and refreshing drink! Plus all the passion fruit seeds at the bottom was great! The fries were good, the beef was cooked well (not dry) and the garlic noodles with the onions garlic and tomato chunks were tasty and not too soft. The workers tended to me quickly and was very nice especially with the amount of customers coming in and out. I went in with a bunch of foodie friends to try out some of their Asian fusion cuisine, and every single dish was off the hook! Everything they post on their social media is exactly what you get. This place has a casual vibe, and it's a great place for family and friends to gather. We started off with the Fried Roe Fish Balls and Popcorn Chicken. The fish balls came out hot and fresh, and they were slightly crispy on the outside with the soft texture you'd expect on the inside. The chicken was really good, crispy, and not greasy at all. I liked the dipping sauces they both came with, too. Next up was their famous Lomo Saltado Fries. O M G!!! This had me salivating when I saw it from afar before they even set it down on the table. The shaken beef on top of those perfectly fried, crisp fries was a party in my mouth all by itself! The final dish was the Back-Rib Pho, which has got to be the sexiest, beefiest bowl of pho to have ever hit my palate! I mean.. do you see those humongous beef ribs?! We had so much food left over AFTER we tasted everything. We each got to pack a doggy bag when we couldn't finish it all. You already know my motto: "Don't waste!!" LOL! The Popcorn Chicken ($7.95) was crispy and juicy, yet not overly greasy. Try sprinkling on chili powder for a little kick! Loved the Fried Roe Fish Ball ($7.95)! First time trying these and I couldn't get enough of the bursts of flying fish roe filling! The Slow-Cooked Back Ribs Pho ($14.95) was enormous! The meat was so tender, it fell off the bone. So happy to have found the spot right off of Beach Boulevard in Stanton ! Parking was easy and there was and there was plenty of seating. it was a rainy day, which was of no hindrance to enjoy our time. The food was perfect, actually, for a rainy day ! Environment/Ambiance: Fusion Corner is literally located in the corner of this small plaza. They have a large menu filled with Vietnamese-Thai foods and drinks. As you walk in, you'll be greeted, asked how many is in your party, then you'll either wait for a table or be seated immediately if there's an open table. It's very spacious inside with a warm, welcoming, and modern ambiance. Service: Servers are very friendly. They constantly check on you to ensure you are enjoying your food. Kitchen staff is also quick and efficient. We waited under 20 minutes for our food and drinks. Food & Drinks: 1) Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings - I usually don't go for lemon pepper, but I heard it was one of their popular appetizers so of course I had to try it. I actually really enjoyed it. They were seasoned very well, wasn't too salty, and super crunchy. Make sure to dip them in the ranch for more flavor! 10/10 2) Spicy Wontons - These were my absolute favorite appetizers! If you like spicy foods, this is the perfect way to start off. Don't forget the extra sauce at the bottom. 1000/10 3) Beef Bulgogi Fries - I also tried one of their popular main dishes. It's a combination of both sweet and savory flavors. It's similar to a Lomo Saltado dish but with beef bulgogi of course. This was my second favorite dish. 9/10 4) Pho Tai Bo Vien (rare steak, beef balls) - Every time I go to a restaurant that serves Viet food, I must try their pho. Their broth is simmered for 12 hours. You're able to choose your choice of noodles. Add ons are extra. They only have one size, and I would consider it a large. They're very generous with the meats, and the broth is delicious. 8/10 5) Signature Milk Tea - If you're a milk tea person like me, try their signature milk tea. They serve basic milk teas. Not sure if they offer boba. Their signature is regular milk tea topped off sea salt foam. 9/10 6) Lychee Rose Tea - If you need a refresher, try this fruit tea! Not too sweet. You can definitely taste the lychee; not much of a rose taste. But it's topped with dried rose petals. 9/10 Pricing: Since they serve modern Vietnamese-Thai dishes, prices are $$$ than average. The restaurant is very modern with lots of tables and booths. The owners are super helpful and friendly so was our waiter. Parking is shared with an apartment complex and wasn't difficult when I arrived around 3pm but noted that the lot was full when I left.
