Amazing Vietnamese food! They have a huge selection of food. Their Wagu dishes are delicious and the quality of the meat is good. The Bulgogi fries is a great choice for appetizer and also good for sharing. The fries are soft and crispy with a sweet glaze on top. Their spicy wontons are not spicy, but has a great red chili flavor to it. These came out hot and perfectly cooked. The lomo saltado/shaken beef is a big dish. The garlic noodle is good and wasn't over cooked. You can definitely taste the garlic. If you're looking for less carb dish, the sizzling wagu beef in mushroom sauce or black pepper sauce are a great choice. They come with egg over easy as well as a scoop of something that looks like pate. These smell so good and you can hear and see the sizzling sauce over it. These were probably my favorite out of all the food I ate here. I'm always a fan of pho and the portion here is huge. I'd tried both the wagu pho and the back rib pho. Both have decent portion of meat and lots of noodle. The price for the food here is pretty good. It's not too expensive, and the portions are huge. Restaurant is clean and spacious. There is parking lot and super easy to find parking. They have amazing staff here and gave us really good service I love the presentation of all the food. Also, you must try the lychee rose tea. The food here is not bad, but pricey. My grievances with this store is that I've been here 3 times and requesting to make my drink LESS SWEET. Avoid this place at all cost if you're ordering drinks. It tastes like they dumped cups and loads of sugar into their tea. I've requested 50% less sugar and it was still sweet. From there the next time I came back I asked for 20% sweet only it still tasted the same. This also time I asked for 10% sweet so 90% LESS SUGAR and it still tastes the same. The carrots were like long stringy noodle - Unexpectedly good and totally aesthetic addition. Order this too. All our entrees had nem and we all agreed it could have been seasoned more. I order to go here all the time. Food is always consistent, and the wait is never too crazy even when they are super busy. I also appreciate that they are open late. As a restaurant worker myself, i get off late when most places are closed and tire of eating fast food. This place comes in clutch all the time! I've personally never dine in before but I always order on delivery apps! I usually get the chef recommend lomo saltado and the popcorn chicken! My partner and I came to support this place after I saw their advertisement on Facebook and the photos of their foods look really good. Unfortunately we were left with disappointments. The foods was ordinary. We ordered the Thai Tom Yum FC special hot pot and the bò né (sizzling beef platter). The hotpot was very spicy and salty. I understand the spiciness but usually tom yum soup should be sweet and sour as well. There was no warning that this soup was very spicy even though there was spicy warning labels for other soup base. My partner can't eat spicy food but luckily I can and was able to finish it for him. The steak/meat on the bò né was cooked very well-done to the point where it was chewy. The service was average to below average. There was no greetings when we come in, no checking in during the meal, and no good bye when we left. In fact in one of our meals they completely forgot one of the sides. The staff also did not ask if we were finished with the foods before taking the plates away and that was a little bit rude. The pro: Their promotions. If you spend over a certain amount they will give you a free drink or food. The minimum to get this promotion is $15+ which most of their foods are at this price anyway. We were able to get 2 free drinks easily with two items ordered. They also sell boba type drinks (included in the promotion) which are pretty good so that's a plus. My advice to management is to re-evaluate the taste of your foods and to treat all customers the same with respect and compassion whether they're young or old. Even though this is my first time here I noticed the staff paid more attention to the older people and not the younger folks but yet the restaurant is decorated and advertise as hip/trendy. With so many similar food options and better services in the OC closed by, we don't know if we'll be back. read more

Overall the restaurant is clean and the decor is nice, although they do have those sticky wood tables, I'm not a fan and I'm wondering if its just the cleaning solutions used. But overall cleanliness is an A. The broth for each entree was the standout. I have to mention that there is no obvious MSG flavor. The broths are smooth and clean, so that's a big thumbs up. My wonton noodle soup with shrimp was filling and satisfying. Add a little of their chili oil for a strong kick. The hotpot was delicious as well, delivering strong yet clean flavors not masked with hard MSG flavors, just natural. The meat and seafoods tasted fresh and the wontons seemed to be handmade. Fusion corner is one of my family's favorite go to. I'm Vietnamese and theres not too many spots north of oc that has food that I can say is comparable to the "Bolsa" area. Service is quick and the menu has a decent variety. Whenever we feel like bun bo hue or pho this is where we are if the trip to bolsa is out of the question. Portions are on the larger scale and they sure do not skimp on the meat. I like that they have 3 different noodle variety for the pho noodles and they have plenty of side dishes which aren't costly and perfect size for kids. For dine in on 10/2/22 We were looking for a place with outdoor seating that served pho to have lunch. When we got to the restaurant, we saw that the outdoor seating would not work. Daughter wanted the hot pot with mushroom and tofu and miso seaweed soup with steamed rice and add on of jumbo shrimps. She had a large lychee rose tea with crystal boba. Finally, my husband went with our server's recommendation of steak skillet and bread. It's a generous portion of pad thai that is two meals for me. Niece's bowl of pho was large with plenty of meat. She almost finished her medium strawberry peach tea with crystal boba and said that she should have ordered a large. A personal hot pot was delivered to the table for my daughter. There was a nice assortment of mushrooms, tofu, and vegetables. The shrimp were jumbo sized. My husband preferred to call them prawns because of their large size. Husband's bread was warm and fresh.
