an open box of sushi rolls

The brown rice option might be gone but the rolls still remain ahhhmazing! 10.50 to create your own. I keep coming back for these ten pieces of joy. Always friendly service and quick. Still loving their paper boxes though there's no spot for a dipper holder anymore. You can order on their website to speed up the processs but if you're a newbie go inside and look at your options to build your own. It's fun. It's healthy. Plenty of seating. Not a roll fan? You can make a salad or a bowl. If I could eat lunch here every day, I would!

The curry bowl was amazing. I'll have our time getting anything else besides that but everything else was good. We got the tuna Poké bowl, California roll, and shrimp roll with a bunch of sides. All delicious

I got a custom sushi roll with shrimp tempura, cream cheese, and avocado. It was pretty good. Wasn't busy for a Friday night. It was my first time going and a bit different than what I was expecting but overall it was a good shrimp tempura roll. I'd prob get it again if I was in a rush.

I've been to this Fusian location a couple of times now. Both visits were great experiences. It's clean, friendly staff etc. Fusian curves my sushi cravings that I occasionally have. It's the fast food of sushi I call it. The only negative that I would mention and why I left one star off is the prices. My wife and I stopped for lunch and it was over forty dollars. I was taken back a bit. Good food but be prepared to cough it up for "take out style" food.

Counter where you place your order and watch the magic happen.

Had me at "There's a few minute wait on rice", because I do get excited when you're next in line at a counter and they bring out a new fresh food item! Well if your in a hurry waiting for rice might not be ideal but I was like "hey sounds good to me, fresh cooked white rice heck yeah!" Plus we were offered free drinks for the wait. So no complaints there. Did not have to wait long and got in line with some other people waiting. Counter is set up like a Chipotle, you get to watch them make your food and see all the ingredients you can to choose from. You can order from their signature bowls and rolls or make your own. We took our bowls home and they were great! All the ingredients were fresh even the avocados! We had to wait a bit at the end for them to cook/heat up the gyoza, sadly they were not worth the wait. You can order chicken or veggie, we picked chicken and they were just so-so, did not really taste like anything and a bit mushy. Service was friendly, may have been some new people working as they were focused and listening for the orders. Who I am assuming was a young manager was very professional and keeping things moving all the while having fun with her staff. I look forward to going back and trying the rolls!

I used to come here often when I worked down this way and always enjoyed eating here. Since I was nearby I thought I'd stop in and try it, Post Covid shutdown and all. Still great tasting, fresh, and very clean! 5 stars for a quick fix sushi/fusian lunch.

So many improvements at Fusian! Now serving rice bowls and warm coconut curry. They have so many new veggies too, like sweet potato or kale Always a pleasure to eat here. I still like the unconventional sushi roll with cooked steak and tofu on a soy wrap .

    My custom sushi roll (10pcs)

I eat here every time I go to kenwood and I recommend it to everyone and today it was just so bad that I don't know if I will be coming back :( 4 people up front and not a single person helped me for at least 5 minutes- I know they are busy prepping and making online orders so it's no biggie. My roll is inedible. It is drowning in sriracha to the point there's a puddle on the bottom of the box. In addition to this, not a single piece of sushi is connected. I tried to be optimistic but the pieces I tried not only couldn't stay on my fork but were so salty from the sriracha that I was unappetized. Every single piece is falling apart. Im so sad. This is literally my favorite restaurant.

Tasty and very good service. I got a beef roll with soy wrap and it was fantastic. Their lemonade is delicious.

Not so impressed tonight as my roll fell apart as they skimped on my veggies and didn't even care when I mentioned it

Excellent sushi in a plain jane dining room in a strip mall out building. Been dining here for…read moreyears and have never had a bad meal. Big typical sushi menu, thankfully free of most inauthentic items containing cream cheese. Fast, efficient service. I think they do much more carry out than dining in but the to go items get home fine. Reasonable prices and decent portion sizes.

The menu looked sooo good for takeout but I was a little disappointed with our order for a couple…read morereasons. I would try it again, but would probably seek out a different place to try first to compare. First, I found the ordering process a bit confusing. Their website advertises BOGO rolls but it's unclear how the second roll is taken off the bill. I was expecting to see a second roll deducted from my bill but didn't, so I called and found out that there is a plus icon under every roll that indicates a second one. I could see this after that, and it made sense. I was coordinating an order for 6 adults so there were several different rolls in our order plus all the free ones. When we picked up the food to split, it was all on one giant platter. This was fun (and I'm glad it saved waste) but we couldn't tell which roll was which and which was the second free one. I wish I would have known to ask for takeout containers to split up the extra also. Another note about the ordering- there is nowhere on the website to enter a pre-set pickup time (only default 25-30 minute option) so you'd have to either order right before pickup or call the restaurant like I did to change the time on your order. I also ordered vegetable fried rice and green gyoza. The fried rice was good but not great. It was hot and fresh, but just not as flavorful so I topped it with more of my gyoza sauce. The green gyoza were not good. The skin was dry and stiff, and the inside was a starchy filling, almost like chickpea or another starchy bean. It was not the soft wrappers with smooth fresh filling I expected, and I was bummed cause I was looking forward to them so much. Our order was on time and the restaurant had easy parking and entry. But besides that, I found all of the aspects of this takeout experience to be just okay.

I believe the food tastes significantly better than Kyoto, just down the street. It's a good bit cleaner inside too. However, on take out orders, be prepared to wait. 4x takeout and the order has NEVER been ready even close to when promised. Tonight said 35 minutes. Approaching an hour now and no signs of being ready.... So if you're interested in takeout here, (the food has been good) I suggest you show up 30 minutes after the promised time... even after putting in review still not ready....

We are in Mason OH for a sporting event and my daughter was craving sushi. After a quick search on…read moregoogle and Yelp she found this restaurant and based on the reviews decided to check it out. It's located in a strip mall next to Kroger. It's a smallish restaurant that has six 4+ top tables and a sushi bar. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by a nice woman who was also our waitress and prepared food. The menu included some basic sushi rolls, a few speciality rolls, hibachi items, rice bowls and appetizers. It's small but includes a lot of classics. We ordered two house salads, miso soup, gyoza, crab Rangoon, spicy tuna roll, tempura California roll, and Thai boba tea. (We were hungry!) We had read a few reviews that service was slow but we had the opposite experience. The food came out extremely fast! Our salads and soup arrived first and then almost everything arrived at once, hot and fresh! The restaurant only had 2 other seated tables but they had a fair amount of togo orders while we were waiting. Let's start with salad and soup - traditional hibachi type salad and soup. The salad had the dressing on the side in cute heart shaped bowl. The soup was traditional and was hot and tasty. Next up appetizers - the menu didn't indicate the gyoza was deep fried but it was very good too. Crispy on the outside and moist and filling in the middle. The crab Rangoon had been mentioned in previous reviews and I'm so glad we tried it. It's on the sweeter side but filling is very creamy with pieces of imitation crab. I'd recommend them both. Finally onto the rolls - my daughter loved her California tempura roll - packed with traditional California roll filling and perfectly fried. My spicy tuna roll was extremely delicious, a little spicy and packed with flavor. Our total was $45, but we had a really great and extremely filling meal. I'd highly recommend dining in or ordering togo. Service was excellent and our waitress was so nice. One last detail, they have wooden chairs with smiley faces cut out.
