Calls and texts from us -- and even from their own subcontractors -- frequently went unanswered. We were rarely informed when workers would arrive, and there were days with no communication at all. This occurred the day before Thanksgiving, which made the lack of communication and scheduling clarity especially disruptive. The subcontractors themselves were professional and did good work, but they repeatedly told us they were unable to reach Bill and were unclear on scheduling and materials. Due to the prolonged delays, lack of communication, and disruption to our work schedules, we requested a billing adjustment. No response was provided until after work stopped, and we continued to wait for a corrected invoice. The project was never formally closed out. No final walkthrough or inspection occurred, and excess materials were left in our home. Payment was made for the work performed to date, and the remaining balance was disputed in writing due to these unresolved issues. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company and encourage others to review details carefully before hiring.

We've been wanting to add real backsplash to our kitchen for quite some time. Initially used the…read morepeel and stick stickers which started peeling off days after and making our kitchen look unsightly. I knew it was time to hire someone to do the job. Reached out to George who was responsive and professional. He came to our house the following day to give us a quote and had us on the schedule for the job. He suggested to remove the existing couple of inches of backsplash for a cleaner install and to position the tiles vertically to highlight the design. He also suggested to use dark colored grout to accentuate the streaks on the tile. He used the upstand he removed and cut it to make a window sill for our kitchen window too. I can tell George is a very artistic person and it shows in his work. For someone like me whose creativity is almost non-existent, I'm grateful that George gave his suggestions along the way. The install was very clean and he laid protection on the floor and the kitchen surfaces. In my opinion, the quote was fair when you consider the level of worksmanship and his professionalism.
