I really appreciated Ken's easy-going demeanor, and sensed zero interest in him trying to sell me a repair service that wasn't needed. Ken is just an honest guy offering his experienced opinion - in no doubt, putting yet another homeowners' unwarranted concerns to rest. Chris did arrive on Friday as promised, but a week has now passed and I have received neither a bid nor any follow-up communication from anyone at the company. Shortly after the appointment, their Thumbtack profile was also removed or hidden. While I can't say why, the timing was odd, as it prevented me from leaving a review on the platform where we originally connected.
