Erick just finished fixing my shower pan and sink. The shower pan had cracks and needing support added to prevent further cracking and my sink had a light spider crack only on the surface. Both look amazing!! His response to my Yelp inquiry was fast. Thorough and very knowledgeable. He was quick to set up a time- thorough on instructions and arrived on time(actually a few minutes early). He jumped right into by covering the work area to prevent dust from spreading and reduce the smell of the epoxy(or whatever he used- it's a strong smell). Done in 4 hours and looks fantastic! This company is amazing! I have never been so impressed with the quality of this type of work. The two tubs which I had reglazed look pristine! They were able to change the color of the roman tub. They can also do custom colors! And they also provided the most economical quote. Each tub was $400, which was the best price I found. One company on YELP wanted $1200 for both tubs. Initially we were happy when first got our bathrooms refinished 2 years ago. Since then surface has stained and chipped permanently in several places after following care instructions. Denied fix of the stains (under warranty) since it was caused by the tenant, which I can understand. Was also tried to be up sold for refinishing an entire surface because spot fixing "won't look good" but chips are fixed with "paint"? For the chips covered under the warranty, you will be squeezed into his existing schedule, and like said before, it'll be fixed with paint rather than the epoxy it's finished with. This meant that I was told a day several days in advance to then be told he'd come at 8pm that day, then try to schedule another day. I was up front about our own time crunch. Recommend to go elsewhere for quality concerns and a faulty warranty when it fails read more

I just purchase a condo built in the 70's. Never been renovated. There were pink tiles in the kitchen and beat up bath tub. Erick was very responsive and professional. One thing that caught my attention was how punctual Erick was. It's very rare that when come says they are coming to your house that they actually show up on time. This was a 2 day job for Erick and he showed up right on time both days. I tried to refinish my tub myself but it didn't last more than a month before it started peeling so I hired Erick to redo it. I went with Erick because his price was fair and he offered a 3 year warranty when no one else offered anything as long as that. Erick told me my job didn't last because of the type of tub I had needed to be chemically etched, not sanded for the primer and paint to stick. I'm a bit late on my review! We needed our tub/shower combo surround patched and reglazed. There were some pretty significant cracks on it from previous owners and I really didn't want to have to replace it because we love the tube size. From start to finish Erick was very professional and friendly. I'm always hesitant to pay for any service with cash for worry of getting screwed over. I'm happy to say there was no issue with that here. I was heavily pregnant when Erick came over so when he was finished with the job he asked me to go check it over and see if I was satisfied. Unfortunately I wasn't feeling well and was chasing after my other kids so I just told him it was fine and I'd look at it later. So he left and several hours later I finally managed to look at it and noticed a few small drips of glaze in the corners. Worried he wouldn't honor his work, and especially because it was my fault for not checking, I was hesitant to reach back out to see if he could fix it. He got back to me right away and apologized profusely for missing the drips and immediately scheduled a time to come back and fix it. A few days later he was back and it was taken care of. I'm so grateful for his kindness in that matter. We will definitely use him again to reglaze our kitchen sink and any other future projects. read more

We needed our one piece bath/shower refinished. After looking at the highly rated reglazers, we be put out a request for bid on Yelp. Erick Polanco from West Coast responded promptly and, after checking our photos, turned in the best bid. We set a date and Erick and his brother arrived on time. They fixed the minor imperfections, taped off everything and sprayed (it's a 2 part process) and were on their way in 2 hours. It's stinky but worth it. Temps are cool so it will take an extra day or two to cure, but will be ready in time for guests. read more

Friendly team of two, very quick and efficient. They grind out the bottom of the tub and repair the rust with bondo. They then spray a primer coat followed by one top coat of glaze. Plan to allow at least two days for your tub to dry, the smell is very very strong. Tons of ventilation helps. We kept the bathroom door closed and ran the fan for about 4 days. Once it's fully cured (no off gassing) about 6 days. The surface looks good as new. Very timely and responsive. Cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend. read more
