Incredibly happy with the project. Erick and his associate were on time and patient with our questions and very friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently and I am thrilled with the value for the quality of work. I am glad to know the 5 star ratings on yelp mean something. You can trust these guys and I will use them again Highly recommend to anyone looking for reglazing, tile repair or grout work. read more

Erick just finished fixing my shower pan and sink. The shower pan had cracks and needing support added to prevent further cracking and my sink had a light spider crack only on the surface. Both look amazing!! His response to my Yelp inquiry was fast. Thorough and very knowledgeable. He was quick to set up a time- thorough on instructions and arrived on time(actually a few minutes early). He jumped right into by covering the work area to prevent dust from spreading and reduce the smell of the epoxy(or whatever he used- it's a strong smell). Done in 4 hours and looks fantastic! I highly recommend!! Price was competitive with the other responses I received. I'm very happy! read more

Eric arrived on time and he did a great job with the tub/shower combo refinishing I would highly recommend West Coast for any reglazing work read more

This company is amazing! I have never been so impressed with the quality of this type of work. The two tubs which I had reglazed look pristine! They were able to change the color of the roman tub. They can also do custom colors! And they also provided the most economical quote. Each tub was $400, which was the best price I found. One company on YELP wanted $1200 for both tubs. West Coast Reglaze was very professional. I would recommend you have the work done in the morning and leave the house for the day. The post-fumes were very strong! Thank you for an awesome job. Initially we were happy when first got our bathrooms refinished 2 years ago. Since then surface has stained and chipped permanently in several places after following care instructions. Denied fix of the stains (under warranty) since it was caused by the tenant, which I can understand. Was also tried to be up sold for refinishing an entire surface because spot fixing "won't look good" but chips are fixed with "paint"? For the chips covered under the warranty, you will be squeezed into his existing schedule, and like said before, it'll be fixed with paint rather than the epoxy it's finished with. This meant that I was told a day several days in advance to then be told he'd come at 8pm that day, then try to schedule another day. I was up front about our own time crunch. Recommend to go elsewhere for quality concerns and a faulty warranty when it fails read more

Nothing but great things to say about West Coast reglaze Erick and Fernando are amazing. We recently bought a house and the first thing that was on our list was to reglaze the tubs. Our bathrooms are a little outdated we could say their original and a quick reglaze gives the bathroom a facelift without having to do a full expensive remodel. They were so professional from the beginning. Sending us a great quote being very responsive and even working with our immediate schedule. We weren't here for them to do the reglaze, we gave them a key they came in texted us all throughout the process sending us pictures letting us know extra things we could do, and sending a suggestion all throughout the day. 10/10 recommend Erick and Fernando! read more

Received a quote via Yelp service request. We didn't use them so I can't speak of their service but the quote was reasonable and in line with other service providers. They responded promptly via messaging. We needed the tub resurfacing done with very short notice and went with the provider that best fit into our schedule. read more

Reached out to Erick for a quick quote on bathtub refinishing, he was responsive on texts and walked through the process and impacts, best price in the market right now Overall satisfied with Erick and his team's work, just a very minor comment about putting back the fixture caps and removing some of the masking after the work completed, I understand they can be put only after it has all dried up but just a heads up would've helped read more

I just purchase a condo built in the 70's. Never been renovated. There were pink tiles in the kitchen and beat up bath tub. I didn't want to spend time ripping out the pink tiles and replace bath tub. Thankfully, I found West Coast Reglaze. Erick made the whole process super easy. I was not present during the whole project. Erick let himself in, did the job super quick, and left the place clean. I'm super happy with the reglaze, my kitchen tiles had big cracks in them and to my surprise, Erick repaired it without charging me for more. Their work and customer service is on point. Highly recommend! read more

Erick was very responsive and professional. One thing that caught my attention was how punctual Erick was. It's very rare that when come says they are coming to your house that they actually show up on time. This was a 2 day job for Erick and he showed up right on time both days. I tried to refinish my tub myself but it didn't last more than a month before it started peeling so I hired Erick to redo it. I went with Erick because his price was fair and he offered a 3 year warranty when no one else offered anything as long as that. Erick told me my job didn't last because of the type of tub I had needed to be chemically etched, not sanded for the primer and paint to stick. I will update my review if it starts to peel within 3 years. read more

WHAT AN AMAZING JOB Erik and his team did on my kitchen counters! I am so happy I found West Coast Reglaze for my Murrieta home! Every step of the job was handled in a professional and caring manner. They showed up on time, properly protected my other surfaces, did thorough prep work, and delivered an amazing finished product!! I posted a few photos for everyone to check out, because I am so impressed with these guys. Thank you Erik for doing a great job!! read more

I'm a bit late on my review! We needed our tub/shower combo surround patched and reglazed. There were some pretty significant cracks on it from previous owners and I really didn't want to have to replace it because we love the tube size. From start to finish Erick was very professional and friendly. I'm always hesitant to pay for any service with cash for worry of getting screwed over. I'm happy to say there was no issue with that here. I was heavily pregnant when Erick came over so when he was finished with the job he asked me to go check it over and see if I was satisfied. Unfortunately I wasn't feeling well and was chasing after my other kids so I just told him it was fine and I'd look at it later. So he left and several hours later I finally managed to look at it and noticed a few small drips of glaze in the corners. Worried he wouldn't honor his work, and especially because it was my fault for not checking, I was hesitant to reach back out to see if he could fix it. He got back to me right away and apologized profusely for missing the drips and immediately scheduled a time to come back and fix it. A few days later he was back and it was taken care of. I'm so grateful for his kindness in that matter. We will definitely use him again to reglaze our kitchen sink and any other future projects. read more

We needed our one piece bath/shower refinished. After looking at the highly rated reglazers, we be put out a request for bid on Yelp. Erick Polanco from West Coast responded promptly and, after checking our photos, turned in the best bid. We set a date and Erick and his brother arrived on time. They fixed the minor imperfections, taped off everything and sprayed (it's a 2 part process) and were on their way in 2 hours. It's stinky but worth it. Temps are cool so it will take an extra day or two to cure, but will be ready in time for guests. read more

We recently had our kids' bathroom remodeled. Our contractor said the tub was in good shape and high quality so we shouldn't replace it. He suggested we reglaze it. I found Erick at West Coast Reglaze on Yelp. I sent him a couple pictures and dimensions of the tub. He was able to provide an estimate online. Very competitive pricing. He scheduled the reglaze for a couple days after the new tile went in. Erick did such an awesome job. The tub looks better than brand new!!! It made the remodel complete. So happy I found Erick. He was super professional and left the bathroom super clean. You never would have known he was here except that the tub now looks amazing!! If you're looking to have your bath reglaze, call Erick!!
