I bought our 2021 Gulf Stream Travel Trailer in Oct. 2019, the actual process of buying the TT and price was great. I do have a few complaints/area's of opportunity for Fun Town and all TT sales. I know they are slapping these things together as fast as they can right now. People have been buying RV's like crazy since Covid. I found several little things such as water leak on the pump the first time I used it. Took 5 mins to tighten the hose connector, the out door kitchen shock bracket was not secured to the frame of the opening. I had to remove frame, drill holes in bracket and mount. This should have been captured during inspection when trailer was received in. Rear jack stabilizers were bent, it was obvious that someone pickup up the trailer with a fork lift and turned it while the stabilizers were down! Fun Town did warranty the repair but it did take 10 weeks to get the parts! I understand that parts are short due to the over whelming demand on new trailers. I did find a few other issues, sloppy work, loose/missing screws/brackets/bolts etc. All that I contribute to the manufactures slapping these things together as fast as they can. I was a first time buyer and was not sure what to look for, I encourage everyone to do a thorough inspection before you purchase. Turn on the water pump and let it run at least 5-10 mins while inspecting the trailer to see if you find and lose connections/leaks. Inspect under the trailer, brackets etc. Check how the compartment doors align up, my out door kitchen compartment door was way out of align. I also had some wiring under the trailer that was hanging down and could catch on something, I zip tied it all up so I did not have issues in the future. Most of these things you can fix yourself and avoid the long delays with service due to the amount of trailers they have to work on. When I was there getting my jack stabilizers switched out, they told me they had a "Back Order" list of over 400 parts. So keep that in mind when you want to take your trailer in for repair. I would have them order any parts you need and take your trailer in once the parts have arrived if you can. I do not think most of these issues are "Fun Town" issues but are done during assembly, Fun Town just needs to do a better job inspecting, treat each trailer like it is your own before giving to the customer! read more
