We were brought the wrong appetizer & waited a long time for the correct one. Then we were overcharged and didn't realize it until we left the place. We came right back & asked for the mistake to be corrected & were told that the manager was the ONLY person who could fix it & he was too busy to talk with us! We were told to come back within the hour & maybe he could talk to us then! We had other plans that evening & couldn't wait around for another hour! The online menu drew us in. Once there, we were told the online menu is incorrect. We wanted the pork chops with the apples as listed on the online menu. Nope. Not an option any more the waitress said. The menu they have inside the restaurant says pork chop and waitress said you get two sides. The menu says baked potato is listed as a side option. However the waitress said no baked potatoes... they are only for dinner options! (It was 2:30PM) No where on the menu says that. She agreed. They refused to offer mashed potatoes loaded and said the only option for loaded mashed potatoes was gravy on them. (It does not take much to just add cheese and bacon and sour cream and even charge the customer for the upgrade.) My husband and I have anticipated trying out this restaurant for quite some time. We're back in Branson for the week and gave this place top priority on our first day. Five stars for the build, decor, seating and cozy atmosphere. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. Here's where it went downhill... 4:30 in the afternoon on Sunday... We both ordered drinks. My husband ordered the Reuben, I ordered the Alaskan Salmon. The salmon comes with 2 sides. I wanted a baked potato and the Smokehouse beans. When the waitress took our order, she let us know there were no baked potatoes, so I ordered mashed potatoes. After 10 to 15 minutes passed, our waitress returned to let me know they did not have salmon. She offered anything on the menu for the same price. I chose the BBQ Boss Burger. I figured we would have another wait and was about to get up and find the restrooms but the waitress has already returned with our food. I'm not sure where the burger came from but that was lightning fast and I got the idea that my burger had been sitting around a while. Sure enough, it was awful. First of all, it didn't have the onion straws on it. The cheese was congealed on one side. The "brisket" that is on top of the burger was nothing but a huge chunk of fat. The burger was so overcooked and dried out I couldn't cut it. I also received the original 2 sides that were supposed to have been for the salmon: Mediocre mashed potatoes with slightly warm congealed gravy, pork and beans. Everything was just thrown onto my plate. Not appetizing at all. As for my husband's Reuben, it was so soaked with grease he had to eat the filling and toss the bread. I do give kudos to our waitress. She knew we weren't happy and brought the manager. They made it right by comping my meal. Half a star added for that. Has anybody heard of a wind curtain for the front door. stops all bugs from coming in. Should be a law at all restaurants. The service here was absolutely horrible!! We went for Breakfast and it wasn't even busy but they told us 10 minutes. So we waited 35 minutes because they apparently forgot about us. We were sat down and were served cold coffee. Our waitress was just telling her whole life story with the table next to us and could care less about us and her other tables. The only thing good about this place was the atmosphere and ambiance. The food was mediocre at best. It took an hour to get our food! Beautiful place & whiskey is good. Bypass the food. The table & menus smelled like sour old bar rag, which we smelled the entire visit. Food was expensive for small portions. Green beans had no taste & we're mushy. Chicken was chewy. Salmon did not arrive with peach whiskey sauce. Brisket was full of fat. Mac & chz had no flavor. Fries & mashed potatoes were cold. Half of our table got their food, and then 15 minutes later the other half got theirs and the food was cold (there were 9 of us). Very disappointed with this experience. read more

Just finished eating here, in fact still here. The atmosphere is very nice. Our waitress was new (Rebecca R) but she was personable and was very attentive. We had the pretzel (highly recommend but know upfront, it's bigger than your head) and our food was very good. I had burnt ends and wide brisket and both very pleased. There were 6 of us in our party. The place is super cool. Great Merch. Moonshine tastings. Coffee shop. They have all the ways to get your money covered. Was so excited when we saw this place under construction; the building/ambiance is great. However, save your money. We have been there 3 times now, expecting things to only improve, but will never go back again. We went last night and ordered a cheeseburger to split and a chicken quesadilla; simple, right? Not! Asked for burger to be pink and server said she would request medium-rare. It came well done with one side completely chared, thus it was extremely dry (didn't finish it). The burger was hot but the fries were cold (luke warm at best); seemed the fries sat while the burger cooked and cooked. The person we went with got to sit and watch us eat. Her quesadilla finally came after we were done for awhile. The poor server had to be the one to deal with the situation and did take the quesadilla off the bill; of course, it was turned away since the wait was so long. I feel that should have been the manager's duty. The last time we went, we literally waited for an hour for our food. We will NOT be going back to this place. read more
