My daughter and I took a tour with Chopper Charter. I was a little nervous at first, she was excited from the start. We absolutely loved every minute of it. In between her and I, the helicopter tour was our favorite attraction, and definitely mine out of all of my attractions/tours in Branson each summer. If you're afraid of heights or claustrophobic, this is not for you. I am neither of these things, so I found this enjoyable. But, I'd like to think that my kids enjoyed it more than I. If you've never been up in a helicopter, it may be worth while. It's a little costly, but it's probably pretty expensive to own and maintain a helicopter. read more

We took a family vacation to Branson where we took full advantage of Chopper Charter. I was so impressed with the preflight safety briefing/orientation before the flight. Seeing Chopper Charter's safety focus made me feel at ease putting my teenagers on their aircraft. The pilot was friendly and professional. Fantastic! A must do! This was the best experience to enjoy in Branson. The views are amazing and the pilot and crew are so helpful and informative. I had never been in a helicopter, and I was slightly tentative, after watching the video and getting in the Chopper all sense of apprehension dissipated completely. We opted for the longer 20 minute ride and it was so worth it! I also recommend the video so that you can just enjoy the ride and not worry about missing out on the views because you are taking pictures. The pilot was a terrific guide, pointing out sights and landmarks for us. I highly recommend this company and their service. Outstanding!!! read more

The tour was beautiful but expensive. Purchased the Go Pro video and was told we'd get a text when it was ready. Gave my number to the girls inside and the pilot.... never got a text. Went back later in the evening and they were closed. Called the next day before our flight home and never received a returned call. read more

Feeling very ripped off!!! we were told when we went there that $30 only gets us 3 minutes of flight so we bought the $45.00 ride which we were told by the ticket girl that it would be about 9 minutes. I timed the flight, we took off at 11:50 and were back by 1154. When I complained, I was told that it takes 3 minutes for the helicopter to take off. The pilot flew to the lake and back and did not say much about the flight. Not very informative. Very poor customer service!!!! read more
