We had a wonderful evening aboard the Silver Dollar City Showboat. We upgraded to Captain's Club tickets, and it made all the difference. From where we started at the White River Landing, everything was smooth and well organized. The landing itself is charming, especially in the evening with string lights and a couple of shops designed to match the showboat's vintage aesthetic. There was a dedicated priority boarding line for Captain's Club guests that started on time and before general admission, so we avoided any wait. Staff efficiently guided us through boarding (complete with photo opportunity with an option to purchase later) and to our seats in the dining area. The dining experience was outstanding thanks to our attentive server and other dining staff. With Captain's Club, we enjoyed a menu to choose from, were served ahead of the general admission guests, and the food arrived quickly. During dinner, the show with the Rivertown Ramblers was energetic, also well-organized, and highly entertaining. The talented vocalists and musicians delivered a fantastic performance. The combination of the scenic cruise, great food, priority service, and live entertainment made for a memorable evening and one of the highlights of our Branson trip. A meal of baked chicken, pot roast, green beans, mashed potato with gravy, Mac n cheese, salad and roll are all enjoyed during. Menu looks like it might be updated seasonally with the spring dessert being a vanilla cake with berry sauce and cream. I added coffee and our wonderful server brought it promptly. The Rivertown Ramblers are now the headliners. Seeing them perform before at Silver Dollar city I knew they were good but they have really put together a great show for all ages. Truly appreciate the way the honor birthdays, anniversary's, and veterans. A 40 minute intermission and the invitation is given to explore the boat meet the captain and take in a truly beautiful table rock lake sunset. They told us to arrive an hour before our ticket time but we I think we would have been okay even coming 30 minutes before. It's well organized but having that extra time for our first visit was fine. After dinner and disembarking we tried the trail around the lake because we were still full. Would 100% do it again. The boat bathrooms were a little different and stopped flushing but staff were quick to respond. Overall staff were great and attentive! Nice big parking lot. My only advice is avoid the 2nd tier side seating. Go for the floor or 2nd tier facing the stage. The side seating visually cuts off half the stage. read more

I loved this experience!! We went on the Showboat Branson Belle for my birthday and I ensured that I bought our tickets 3 months ahead since seats were placed in the order of purchase. We ended up in second row from the stage. Check-in was a breeze. You go through a metal detector and they scan your tickets either from paper or your phone. They scan the premium tickets first and then allow general admission. The Showboat is highly maintained and looks so gorgeous! Our server at dinner got our table's drink orders and explained the fixed menu. The food was plentiful and delicious. The musicians play during dinner and then there's a break between dinner and dessert to clean up. During the break, you can walk up to the decks and see the lake and landscape. It's so gorgeous but we only stayed on deck for about 15 minutes before heading in since it was just so hot outside even in the shade. This was fun! Well worth the cost. We arrived JUST as they were about to push off so we barely made it onto the boat (running late with a baby) but we made it! Our waiter and service was wonderful and the food was actually very good. The main entree of chicken and pot roast was delicious and the mashed potatoes and green beans were good too. Dessert gooey butter cake was decent but not spectacular - but, overall, the food was better than we expected and the entertainment, gift shop, and wandering around the boat as we cruised around Table Rock Lake was cool. I enjoyed the brief video they showed about the history of the dam and creation of the lake in the area - I learned things I definitely did not know prior to that. Only con would be that it's billed for two-hours but we returned to the dock at 5:20 and left at 4:00 and then just sat for the last 39 minutes of the performance. I would have preferred we spent more time on the lake - returning 40 minutes prior seemed a bit much. read more

We enjoyed the Branson Belle Showboat. Today was the second time in 4 years that we've went on the Branson Belle Showboat for a dinner and show. We opted for Captain's Club seating this time which put us on the second floor in the row facing the stage head-on. It was a really good location with a perfect stage view, comfortable seats and not as crammed in as the main floor seating. The food portions seemed larger and there were dessert choices. Our server had a smaller number of patrons, so he was by often. We enjoyed the food and ended up taking over half our food home. They provide to-go containers but you're not allowed to bring in coolers or soft-sided bags. I did have a plastic bag in my pocket that we were able to put our to-go containers into. Then in the truck, I had a soft-sided cooler with cold packs all ready. The show was great. There were 13 performers in total (including the Magician/Comedian/MC guy and 3 musicians). Video was not allowed but I snapped a number of still photos with my phone. They didn't turn out great as I needed to zoom in for the shots, but it's good enough for a memory. Between dinner and entertainment, I walked around the 2nd floor outside deck and took pictures of the lake and landmarks on shore. I assume it's allowed as there were people smoking outside on the decks. There were bathrooms at the front of the boat on all 3 levels. There's a large gift shop with lots of Branson Belle, Table Rock Lake branded souvenirs, drinkware, apparel etc. The parking lot was very large with plenty of spaces for all guests. From the parking lot to the boat, the grounds are lush and beautifully decorated. I got plenty of shots of all that as well. Near the box office are several gift/apparel/souvenir stores and the box office - plus restrooms. To get from the box office / stores area, onto the boat, you walk down a ramp. Wheelchairs and walkers can use this ramp and there are wheelchairs available for those that may need one. As for dinner and sho pricing, here's what I captured: General Seating: $71 Adult (12+) / $44 Children (4-11) *Captain's Club: $101 Adult / $64 Children * Captain's Club includes: - Priority Boarding (shorter line - like a fast pass) - Premium View Seating - Chef's Menu Selections I don't anticipate coming back to the Belle in the future but I'm happy we've go to her twice. read more

We were here on Halloween, so in Branson, that means the beginning of Christmas season. The show was absolutely top-notch. I was not expecting the quality and professionalism with all of the acts throughout the show. Loved it! There was a music through the decades set, a movie set, magic show and a Christmas set, with audience participation on the 12 Days of Christmas. And the food! In our group, we each got the ribeye steak cooked a variety of ways for each one in our group and each steak was perfect. The sides were a tossed salad, green beans and small baked potatoes. For dessert there was coffee if you wanted it and the choices for dessert were cheesecake, chocolate cake, Ooey Gooey Butter Cake. Loved it all! At intermission, you had time for a restroom or souvenir shop break or to go outside on the deck and watch the land go by. One of our group went up to the pilot house to talk to the captain and second officer. This was a wonderful experience on a clear day. We're really glad we did it. read more

Last time I was on the Branson bell was in the 90s when Jeff Dunham did the show with his puppets and they had baked Alaska for dessert. We sat Captains table this by far was the best experience of our trip to Branson. Staff was friendly and the food was amazing I had the ribeye and my friend had the pork chops. We had a intermission show on the rooftop and singers and a band played the. Shortly after we had the main show on our way back to the dock. I highly recommend the Branson bell it's the staple of the community that you should not miss out on. read more

The magician/comedian was entertaining too but spent a little too much time on the audience participation sketches. There was an intermission that allowed time to head up on deck and enjoy the beautiful views of Table Rock Lake. However, I spent much of that time waiting in the bathroom line. It would have been nice if more bathrooms had been available. The meal I ordered - chicken (which was one of the premium upgrade meals) was just okay. It needed more sauce or seasoning. But Anna, our Table (B21) Server made our experience welcoming and fun. Anna even got Captain Chris to serve my salad to me. We went into this for $160 for 2 people. The salads weren't good and mine had no croutons while everyone else had them (weird). The chicken was extremely dry and the green beans were undercooked. Mashed potatoes were okay and the beef pot roast was actually wonderful. Not worth the money in terms of the food. The bait and switch with the photos as soon as you get on board to have your picture taken and then they come in later to your table fully printed during break to upsell you on two packages to buy your pictures is scummy. We paid enough to get in, don't need to feel wasteful because they printed the picture to entice you to buy it. The entertainment was actually pretty good. Wonderful dancers and great singers with great song choices. Something for everyone. Magic was witty and fun. The indoctrination at the end with the religious music was out of pocket and pandering to only one religion and not taking into consideration that they need to be inclusive to everyone. We're not the only ones who walked out during this and ended our show just a bit early. For the price, if you're not hyper Christian or over 60, I would skip this one. While the atmosphere on the boat was nice, the entertainment didn't quite meet our expectations. The MC fell short of entertaining. Such a shame. I understand that they used to have a great program. It's a fun family experience, the magic show is awesome, the view is awesome the weather was nice. Bathroom is clean. But a big draw is the dinner experience. The servers are trying but still are somehow slow. I just think they have too many guests per server. They should have 1 row per server instead of 2. There's pretty long durations of time where guests are super low or empty drinks. When you arrive at the boat they also do group photos, when they brought the photos there were people in it with their eyes closed. Why would you deliver that as the paid image to the client ? You didn't make sure the photos were good before telling the group to finish posing? The food itself is kinda mediocre. Really bland, just not really impressive. My husband and I attended the lunch cruise and show. The boat was beautiful and well kept. The staff were all super friendly and polite. The food and dessert served was delicious! The wait staff was attentive and quick. Our waitress Crystal was so sweet! The only down side was the seating. The regular seats are super close together so I would highly recommend paying the extra for the Captain's Club seats. My husband is a bigger size man and it was quite snug in the regular seats. Although we made quick friends with our neighbors and very much ended getting to know them. The show itself was fantastic!! There was magic, comedy, singing, dancing, tap, ballet and so much more. Absolutely amazing show, I loved every bit of it and it is absolutely worth your money! With the general package deal you get a chicken and beef dinner with the already included show that combines three major acts: A game show type opening, the main singing and dancing show, and a magic performance grand finale. All the performers did an amazing job and included the audience in every act, I cannot wait to see what the future holds for their growing career! The food was pretty good, nothing too crazy to brag about but definitely filling that's for sure and the waiters and waitresses did an amazing job tending to your needs. the Belle did not ring it for us! My sisters dined on the Showboat Branson Belle and were disappointed to say the least. Our VIP entrance to the ship was only until the dock then VIP mixed with standard fare passengers. We were then directed to our captain's table ( which really isn't a table , nor a captain present). Others who were on the boat were already eating which seemed rude to all parties. Food quality was what you would expect for a lake cruise in Missouri. I was impressed with the amount of choice of entrees. I was not happy regarding beverage options as being served flat soda from a pitcher was not my ideal beverage. However Joe, our server, was 5 stars! He was outstanding! Attentive, kind, and always one step ahead, Joe made the evening feel special! He also helped guide us to the best exit to beat the crowd as we had a tight window for another show. The show however, was a snooze fest. The MC was not much of a Master of anything except listening to his own voice. He lacked humor, engagement, and a lack of originality. The best part of the cruise was the lake, which let's be honest with almost half of the cruise without entertainment, what else is their do what look at the lake and the lakeside. The show entertainers did their best to elevate the show beyond what was planned. The boarding process was simple, easy, and quick! The boat itself was beautiful inside and out. It felt as if you were on an old timey boat sailing away, although i was disappointed in the fact that the show never made it outside and that it was all inside. We went for New Years Eve. A party of 10. Spent $933 on tickets plus $200 in tip for server. I was thinking it would be night to celebrate with a nice dinner, entertainment and fireworks. Food was like cafeteria food, Entertainment was not really good. It Felt like a teen pop concert. But the worst was the fireworks or the lack there of. We were told there would be 20min show. But if it lasted 3-5 minutes. Probably more like 3 minutes. It was horrible. On New Year's Eve you expect to see fireworks. Sadly that was a joke. I would never do this again. The only negative was a photographer with a nasty attitude. We had no problem last year taking a cellphone photo for the group along with the professional photo. This year our tour leader was yelled at by the photographer and it was not allowed. Just a note: Our photo would have actually been posted on our social media and website to promote the cruise. A dinner cruise at sunset on Table Rock lake? Sounds good to me! This was my second time on the Branson Belle- both times I chose the cruise that would coincide with sunset.(8pm) Loved being on the top deck looking out over the lake after the sun went down. It was so relaxing. I actually skipped part of the show so I could enjoy the view on the top deck. :) If you want to do dinner but singing and dancing aren't your thing, head to the top deck to have a peaceful boat ride and enjoy the twinkling lights around Branson. Something to keep in mind when getting to the showboat -GPS sent us to the wrong parking lot (and we weren't the only ones!). Make sure you actually see the sign for the showboat before turning off the main road. A three course dinner is included with the price of your ticket. The seating inside of the dining hall is super tight... hardly any room to move, but it's doable. If you're vegetarian make sure to mention it to your server before dinner. The vegetarian dinner consisted of salad, an Italian entree (red sauce, pasta, cheese filling), and desert. (It's nice that they have meal options when booking your ticket.) Also, the show changed quite a bit since the last time I was here, and now is a journey through many decades and the hit songs. The singers/dancers went through MANY outfit changes. There were a lot of people in the crowd singing along to many of the songs. The dancers had SO much energy. Amazed they do these shows more than 7 times a week!
