Super easy, just filled out a couple forms on the day of and they already had our kayaks loaded up for transportation. They gave certain points of reference so we would know where we were on the river. They had us call while we passed Lillies landing, so they knew it was time to head out to pick us up. Timing was perfect, as soon as we lifted our boats out of the water, Louis was backing up the loading trailer. There were couples still waiting (looked like a while) for their chosen outfitters to come pick them up. Very happy with this company. We will definitely go back to them

I had some minor equipment problems with my own equipment. He worked around the problem. most dive shops would have ended the dive but he was willing to go back and get the needed items. I highly recommend aka diving for training and recreational diving. Ask for Dave he is amazing! I have had diva dives over seas. This far exceeded my expectation!! Ask for Dave, He is beautiful inside and out! I guarantee you will love it!!

I got a boat to just cruise around a little and the marina folks were very accommodating. We jointly picked a boat appropriate for me, they gave me a thorough explanation of boat controls and protocols, and pointed out a couple places to see. The pool is heated and right outside the Tiki bar, which was very convenient. There was live entertainment even in the morning and afternoon. The restaurant was closed (late in the season) but they did serve some food in the Tiki. All in all, a very nice stay.

First, the hotel is under renovation--a major inconvenience that was never mentioned on the website. The room we received looked nothing like the photos online. It was outdated, worn down, and honestly felt dirty. There were roaches in the room, the bathtub was disgusting and clearly not cleaned properly, and the couch was so dirty it was uncomfortable to sit on. It was easily one of the most unhygienic hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. On top of that, the front desk staff weren't friendly or helpful. We weren't given any information about the property or amenities, and they seemed uninterested in offering any kind of service. The parking lot was mostly closed off due to construction, and we weren't warned about that either, which made getting in and out of the property a hassle. This place advertises itself as a "resort," but charging $600 for this experience is unacceptable. It felt more like a rundown motel than a relaxing getaway. I don't usually write negative reviews, but travelers deserve to know what they're getting into. I would not recommend staying here. Was called by someone who works here saying "we've never had anyone complain of the rooms being gross. And the exterminator came and didn't find anything". And they were throwing it back on me for not calling to complain. Well in my experience, that tub, carpet, couch and roaches aren't going to be cleaned over night. So what exactly could they have done? The cleaners shouldn't have left this room like this.

I under estimated this boat ride. These boats have huge engines that move so fast on the water…read more Then they give you a warning that they are going to spin the boat in 360* turn. You can pay extra to sit in the first 3 rows. They say, "You will get wet." Well, when they did the turn, everyone on got a little wet. They also do this maneuver where they hit the brakes hard. When that happens, the front of the boat and the first 3 rows get a tsunami of water that literally feels like getting 50 gallons of water dumped you. I was awesome, but wow, you got 100% soaked. They pulled move 4 times. I will be going again but don't wear your hat or sunglasses. Also, if you bring your phone, I suggest putting it in a ziplock bag in your pocket. What a great time we had!!!
