My family and I stayed here in the summer of 2020. it was under different ownership at the time. we…read morereally enjoyed our stay. we decided to stay here again for our vacation. The evening we arrived, after showering, my feet were black and filthy. no big deal. we mopped the floors with a washcloth. Then the 3rd night, my sister and I realized the couch had a pull out bed. The mattress cover over the mattress was FILTHY!!! There were blood or rust stains, moldy spots. just absolutely disgusting. same with the pillows and bedding comforters in the bedrooms. the furniture (couch, chair and ottoman) were also very old and dirty. we sat on towels if we were sitting on the furniture. the house keeper and mentioned that a guest recently complained about their room being dirty and gross and they were refunded. I tried going to the office a few times to speak with the owners. I was unable to reach them so I sent them an email. the only response I received was "I will send the housekeeper down to investigate ". I polity told the owner I would rather he or his wife come take a look. I never heard back. for paying $100+ a night (just shy of $500 for 4 nights), I was very disappointed. We will not be returning to the Marina Inn. the only positives about the place is the pool and location. I will be happy to remove this post if the owner is willing to respond back and resolve this.

She made sure we felt at home and comfortable during our stay. She was always close by if we needed anything or just to check-in on us. The salt water pool was amazing! The children loved it! We love that the location is close by restaurants and other businesses, but not too close to where there is a lot of traffic. Great room sizes and plenty of space to sit and relax outside! We will definitely come back again!

Beaver Creek is an awesome spot for a cowboy - style cookout! We enjoyed taking our kayaks and paddling down the creek for about 4-5 miles. Tiffany makes some beautiful metal art which we enjoyed purchasing a lovely photo frame. We spent a second night here as well. It was wonderful having brand new full hook up available ‼David and Tiffany were wonderful hosts who were very accommodating in helping us with our campsite. The surrounding scenery was beautiful and we particularly loved the gorgeous sunset over the Ozarks. We would highly recommend other campers to stay here and experience the beauty and tranquility of this quiet place. Although due to a prior injury, I was unable to go on the Clysdales but we saw several happy customers who enjoyed these rides!! Ifwe are ever back in this area, we would definitely come back here ‼

First things first....call dibs on the master bedroom!! We had the OTHER main floor bedroom, and it was the smallest of the ones we saw, plus only a shower. The master is huge, with a huge bathroom and jetted (and huge) tub. There are TVs in every living space and bedroom (there are 5 bedrooms, I think). The cable stations are a bit out of whack, but that's the area, not the house. The home was decorated very tastefully. The bed was fairly firm, but that's better than being too soft. The home was very clean, and had some decent views, although with the new construction nearby, some of the area's grounds were a bit torn up and unsightly. It wasn't far to the lake, and I wouldn't consider it being ON the lake. The clubhouse was fabulous as well. I could list all the amenities, but they are all listed quite accurately on their website. DO bring your own shampoo and soap of course. There was a small sample of some wonderful shampoo, but barely enough for me, let alone anyone else. The prices are VERY reasonable; you can't stay in an upscale hotel for the price you get the house!! It was fairly simple to find, despite arriving just before dusk and the sun in my eyes the whole time. Just make sure you don't stay on 265 when given the option...go to Highway P a few feet past that turn.

The home is just minutes from Branson, which worked out great to accommodate for nap times. When we weren't out on the Branson Landing, or visiting hot spots in Branson, we could relax in the spacious home nestled in a wooded area near the lake. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook a meal and just relax. When our son went to sleep, my wife and I played pool, watched TV or just enjoyed the calm on the back deck. We found great restaurants in Hollister where we could avoid some the hustle and bustle of Branson. We had the best night of sleep in a long time on the comfortable beds. I will recommend this vacation home to anyone visiting Branson. The house has five bedrooms and we will visit again with family and friends.

Tour is very well organized. The Bear Creek Winery is in an amazing location with great views from the deck. Driver was very friendly although I'd recommend being proactive about asking questions about the area as the tasting and dinner is the focus, this isn't a sightseeing tour per se outside the 4 stops. Dinner was downtown in the new area of Branson and food and service were good but not "gourmet" about what you'd expect as this isn't a foodie tour. You have a choice of chicken, steak, or salmon. Given the reasonable price for the whole experience though, if you are a steak connoisseur I'd skip the steak, not bad at all, but the Salmon and Chicken are in my opinion better options if you are finicky about your steak.

We had 9 people to tour the second weekend in December. They were able to get us a driver and van…read morebut had to pay for a private tour due to our group size. For the price (just under $700) the tour was not worth it. A lot of lights were out during our drive thru at Great Wolf Lodge. We then went through the Joy lights that were pirate themed. Not impressed with either display. At one of the gingerbread stops, our group went to grab some waters/soda, when I informed our driver, she said she had bottled water the whole time. On our way back to our drop off location, we experienced a blown tire. Our driver tried contacting her company and she said no one would answer her. I ended up texting the owner informing him that we were on the side of the road with a flat and no one would answer to help her. I received no response but moments after the texts were sent, our driver received a phone call. My husband and brother in law ended up changing the tire so we could be on our way. Our driver told us the owner would be in contact to "take care of the incident and help she received from our group". A week after the tour, I had to reach out to the company because I did not hear from them. The owner Joe called and had a list of excuses as to why he didn't reach out. He also told me that when he received word of us on the side of the road, he had to step out of a show he was viewing while on vacation with his wife. He told me he fired our driver and she had our contact information. He didn't want to tell me how much he would refund so he didn't insult us. he wanted us to tell him how much we wanted. After discussing with our group, we decided on a reimbursement amount and I texted Joe (the owner). We came upon an amount by saving someone from changing the tire and also not missing our driver's second tour that evening. My second text was to confirm he could just refund my credit card and not mail a check and he said yes. Another week goes by with no credit card refund. I texted the owner again and he finally says he can't refund us the amount we decided on but could give us half of what we requested. He'd also refund us our credit card fee. When I asked if he had my card info, he said yes from our initial registration. Ironic that he now has my info but didn't when it came time to reach out to us initially. If you do utilize this company, hopefully everything goes smoothly so you don't have to deal with the owner to settle things. Good luck!
