A family owned show cave that was discovered by their grandfather Arthur Browning in 1925. This is truly an amazing cave to visit any time of year because the temperature inside is constant amid snow, or shine (I did not know that as it was my first time going inside one). If I remember correctly this is a what is referred to as a live cave, which means the stalagmites and stalactites are still forming and there's water trickling at many spots. I was in awe of everything inside. As there were just myself and a friend, we pretty much received a VIP tour ($21 per adult) so we were able to spend as much time as we wanted gawking and taking pictures. The cave itself was pretty easy to walk through without crazy inclines or declines. Absolutely perfect for a first-timer like me. We were somewhat lucky and spotted a couple of bats and lots of salamander tadpoles inside the cave too, my friend wanted to see a bunch of salamanders crawlig on the walls as she'd seen clips of it on YouTube. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and full of personality. He definitely has passion for what he does. There's also a gift shop and a small museum, so the fun doesn't just end upon exiting the cave.

I had the joy of visiting Bluff Dwellers Cave 6/8/2024 with my father. We had the pleasure of being lead by the absolute legend, Boone, our phenomenal tour guide. The tour lasted about an hour, the right amount of time to view the beautiful intricacies of this exquisite cave. Boone told us it stays an even 56 degrees Fahrenheit all year round, it was the perfect temporary escape from the sweltering humidity of the summer. The museum on site was also spectacular, I loved all the history and how this property has stayed in the family for generations, you can truly tell that those who work/serve/own the property really have their heart in it, and it makes a difference. I would 100% recommend this spot. 10/10. I would absolutely come back as well.

This place is so neat! Small, family run and owned. Ask for Cory to do your tour. He did an amazing job! The cave was magical. A must see!

Boone was amazing!! The price may seem steep but it was worth every penny. Close interaction and viewing of the cave attractions. Amazing tour guide Boone! Made us laugh and enjoy the tour overall

I LOVE THIS CAVE! The most strenuous part is the climb up the stairs when you first arrive. Otherwise, the pathways are nice and easy and there are many cave formations to see. So relaxing and the cave guides, especially Cory, are all amazing!

Super cool place to take family and friends!! About 56° in the cave. Super nice tour guides!! Very cool to learn about the history of the cave as well as explore.

Beautiful privately owned cave system, knowledgeable tour guide, neat museum of artifacts, fairly-priced gift shop, clean restrooms.

One of the better cave tours we've been on. Cory was a great guide. Lots of formations to see and even quite a few salamanders. Active cave so be aware you'll get some "cave kisses".

Nice folks and standard prices for a commercial cave tour. The little museum is good for 15-30 minutes while you wait for a tour. The outdoor crawling maze box is fun for kids and they have gem panning as well if you want to spend more. The tour was a little over an hour. Our guide Sue was funny, patient, and respectful. The cave itself has a few unique features like the salamanders we saw and the natural dam formation in the pool. This is a very well preserved cave, but not that visually impressive compared to many I have toured. Worth a stop if you are in the area.

Was a blast to pan for crystals, fossils and arrowheads! Cave was amazing to see! Mary Jane was a Hoot!

Visited from Kansas City, MO, and I have to say this place is awesome! Definitely a refreshing site to experience, gets you away from the city life. The cave was absolutely amazing, our guide was very informative and super upbeat! We picked up a couple souvenirs and got to take a look at the museum inside the shop. Very cute! Definitely worth a visit.

Mary Jane was THE Best Tour ever! My wife & I have been to at Least 10 caverns in the midwest in the past 3 years and MJ was easily the funniest and most down to earth (the deep earth! Lol). She was so knowledgeable and knew where to find even the smallest of salamanders and bats throughout the cave. Bluff Dwellers Cave itself is so impressive. Wide river made rooms in one area and narrow passages with 25 ft ceilings in others. A real Must see in Missouri!!!

What a great surprise in a small town. Guided tour was really good and the cave was much larger than anticipated. Well worth checking out.

Whilst on the road at locations I am not familiar with I usually book a tour guide. If I'm there…read morefor a short while instead of trying to figure it out, why not go with a local. So, after some research I found "Tours of Tulsa." Kelly of Tours of Tulsa reached out to me to see what my goals were as everyone is different. Some people are broad and others are detailed. Some like walking and others driving. Depending on the city and time allotted I usually prefer walking but Tulsa is vast so a vehicle was preferred since I had 2 hours to knock this out. Moreover, when I'm on the road, I do videos for my YouTube Channel. So, Kelly and I did a few emails and the goal was to hit some familiar spots, get an understanding of the spots during the drive so I could inform the subscribers where I was and why it was important. We hit around 8 important locations in Tulsa and I got 6 good videos. Due to train noise and a maintenance worker a few were loud but if you are not filming you would care less. So, if you happen to be in Tulsa and want to do a tour, I strongly recommend "Tours of Tulsa."

She was fun and allowed us to nose around. She answered our questions and gave us suggestions on things to do after the tour. We were impressed!!!
