This is an excellent activity to do in Branson away from all the cheesy shows giving you a chance…read moreto enjoy some of the regional wines and a historic distillery while taking in the sites. Tour is very well organized. The Bear Creek Winery is in an amazing location with great views from the deck. Driver was very friendly although I'd recommend being proactive about asking questions about the area as the tasting and dinner is the focus, this isn't a sightseeing tour per se outside the 4 stops. Dinner was downtown in the new area of Branson and food and service were good but not "gourmet" about what you'd expect as this isn't a foodie tour. You have a choice of chicken, steak, or salmon. Given the reasonable price for the whole experience though, if you are a steak connoisseur I'd skip the steak, not bad at all, but the Salmon and Chicken are in my opinion better options if you are finicky about your steak.

For the price (just under $700) the tour was not worth it. A lot of lights were out during our drive thru at Great Wolf Lodge. We then went through the Joy lights that were pirate themed. Not impressed with either display. At one of the gingerbread stops, our group went to grab some waters/soda, when I informed our driver, she said she had bottled water the whole time. On our way back to our drop off location, we experienced a blown tire. Our driver tried contacting her company and she said no one would answer her. I ended up texting the owner informing him that we were on the side of the road with a flat and no one would answer to help her. I received no response but moments after the texts were sent, our driver received a phone call. My husband and brother in law ended up changing the tire so we could be on our way. Our driver told us the owner would be in contact to "take care of the incident and help she received from our group". A week after the tour, I had to reach out to the company because I did not hear from them. The owner Joe called and had a list of excuses as to why he didn't reach out. He also told me that when he received word of us on the side of the road, he had to step out of a show he was viewing while on vacation with his wife. He told me he fired our driver and she had our contact information. He didn't want to tell me how much he would refund so he didn't insult us. he wanted us to tell him how much we wanted. After discussing with our group, we decided on a reimbursement amount and I texted Joe (the owner). We came upon an amount by saving someone from changing the tire and also not missing our driver's second tour that evening. My second text was to confirm he could just refund my credit card and not mail a check and he said yes. Another week goes by with no credit card refund. I texted the owner again and he finally says he can't refund us the amount we decided on but could give us half of what we requested. He'd also refund us our credit card fee. When I asked if he had my card info, he said yes from our initial registration. Ironic that he now has my info but didn't when it came time to reach out to us initially. If you do utilize this company, hopefully everything goes smoothly so you don't have to deal with the owner to settle things. Good luck!

We started at Hole Mole, a fun and trendy restaurant serving up authentic Mexican food. We sampled a variety of delicious appetizers (do not miss the pork belly dish!) and enjoyed some tasty margaritas. Next, we crossed the street to Smoke Woodfire Grill, where we had another fantastic experience sharing several of their standout appetizers. Kristin was fun, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the tour. Our group tends to be very indecisive, so it was a huge relief to let Kristin take the reins. All we had to do was show up and enjoy! Our third stop was the rooftop bar at Sidecar Barley & Wine. The perfect weather, beautiful view, and hand-crafted drinks made it a truly unforgettable evening. We ended the night with dessert at Rose Rock Microcreamery. It's locally owned and I am not kidding when I say that I could easily eat an entire gallon of their Vietnamese coffee ice cream. It was the perfect sweet ending! Whether you're visiting from out of town or a local looking to explore new places, I highly recommend letting Tulsa Tasting Tours plan your next night out. We're already planning our next tour of downtown spots!

It is a large elegant building with plenty of room for groups, but at times there is a wait. We had the chicken fried chicken and the meatloaf entrees. Both were served with green beans and mashed potatoes. They offer complimentary bread with three types of butter. We really enjoyed the apple butter! And dessert is not to be missed. We had the apple pie, and it was delicious, and more than enough for the two of us. You can peruse the shop before or after your meal to see some of the student made products.

The dining hall is beautifully adorned with cabin-esque motif and overlooks the campus and mountains. The menu has a great variety and notes items that are made by the students (e.g. butters and cakes). Their complimentary, fresh made bread basket with three types of butters was a fantastic start to the meal. We ordered the mushroom soup, the pork belly sandwich w/ fries, and the shrimp and grits. I will say that the pork belly po' boy was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life! I almost stayed in town longer on the second day just to order it again. The pork belly was smoky, tender, and sweet and paired so well with the grain mustard, pickled onions and arugula -- superb balance of flavors. My husband also noted the shrimp and grits was some of the best he's ever had. The shrimp and pork belly in the dish were perfectly cooked and the Cajun spices were well balanced. And we have to tell you to try their fresh desserts. The brown butter chocolate cake was a special ending to the meal. This is an excellent stop and our student server provided excellent service - they're doing a great job there and is a highly recommended of ours during your stop during your visit to Branson.

A meal of baked chicken, pot roast, green beans, mashed potato with gravy, Mac n cheese, salad and roll are all enjoyed during. Menu looks like it might be updated seasonally with the spring dessert being a vanilla cake with berry sauce and cream. I added coffee and our wonderful server brought it promptly. The Rivertown Ramblers are now the headliners. Seeing them perform before at Silver Dollar city I knew they were good but they have really put together a great show for all ages. Truly appreciate the way the honor birthdays, anniversary's, and veterans. A 40 minute intermission and the invitation is given to explore the boat meet the captain and take in a truly beautiful table rock lake sunset. They told us to arrive an hour before our ticket time but we I think we would have been okay even coming 30 minutes before. It's well organized but having that extra time for our first visit was fine. After dinner and disembarking we tried the trail around the lake because we were still full. Would 100% do it again. The boat bathrooms were a little different and stopped flushing but staff were quick to respond. Overall staff were great and attentive! Nice big parking lot. My only advice is avoid the 2nd tier side seating. Go for the floor or 2nd tier facing the stage. The side seating visually cuts off half the stage.

They scan the premium tickets first and then allow general admission. The Showboat is highly maintained and looks so gorgeous! Our server at dinner got our table's drink orders and explained the fixed menu. The food was plentiful and delicious. The musicians play during dinner and then there's a break between dinner and dessert to clean up. During the break, you can walk up to the decks and see the lake and landscape. It's so gorgeous but we only stayed on deck for about 15 minutes before heading in since it was just so hot outside even in the shade. Dessert was delicious and the musicians play until we get back to the landing and disembark.
