I used Branson Tourism for tickets to the Chinese Acrobats. I purchased the tickets online,and went to pick them up.I had great seats, plus a 50 cents off per gallon of gas at the Phillips station it's attached to. I normally don't like ticket centers, there's hundreds of them in Branson. This one was the same as the others, except for the gas voucher. I found it very easy for them to find my order. Plus they are the perfect stop for a bathroom stop after driving 3 1/2 hours. The minus is..you guessed it, the time share offer they tried to give me. Pay 20$ for the hold for the time share presentation, go to the time share presentation, get your $20 back,and get the tickets free. We didn't have that time to waste....sorry Charlie. Bought show tickets online through BTC and had no idea what to expect. To date, I'd actively avoided ticket centers in Branson because I figured there's always a catch. Was I right? Yes and no. Anyone can purchase tickets and reservations through BTC by phone or by web with no catch whatsoever. Anyone can walk in and get show and attraction information and purchase tickets on the spot (there's also a dry cleaning, a tanning salon, a souvenir shop, and snack shop on the premises). Every person we dealt with at BTC was professional, knowledgeable and super patient. But . . . they will offer you cash to attend a sales pitch at a certain resort complex owned by BTC's parent company. But if you decline, all the other services are still available to you. I will not hesitate to purchase tickets from BTC in the future. read more

Our favorites were Moses and the Clay Cooper New Year's Eve Party with the Haygoods. When we arrived at the Branson Tourism Center, they provided us with vouchers for all the shows and the hotel. They also gave us a discount card that saved us a ton at shops, restaurants and attractions. They provided us with a discount gas card, and they gave us a map highlighting the location of our hotel and all the attractions and shows we had tickets for. They just made it so easy for us, and we had a great time! read more

Branson Tourism Center is a place you can count on for good ticket prices with no hidden charges or fees. We have used them for years. The only thing to look out for is the time share offer. Just say no! Other than that, they offer a great gas discount coupon and have a membership card that can earn you cancellation protection if you use them regularly to book. read more

We stopped here to get some pamplets on Branson as we had never been.It said travel center so we figured they would have pamplets on stuff to do.We were greeted nicely .The lady gave us prices of Hotels and shows.We paid her for a 2 night stay in a Hotel.And a show the second night.We understood that (So she made it sound) she called the hotel told them she rented us 2 rooms.Went to Hotel things were great got up next morning did some things around town,went to OUR PAID SHOW guess what SHE CANCELED our tickets. This is when we found out that we were to Go to a MANDATORY breakfast.We were invited to the break fast but told her no thanks we were not interested. She also cancelled our second night at the Motel so here we are no place to stay at 10pm at night.We paid ourself to see the shows. She finally called us back after trying 3 times and said it was because we did not go to the breakfast meeting.WHAT!!!! It was a meeting for 6 hours.NOT!!!!!!! She ripped us off and left us standing in streets with our bags I am more than pissed as we had been planning on bringing our 8 year old grandson to Branson to let him do a bunch of the things there . read more

When I first came upon the website, I was a little weary of using them since none of my friends had ever used them to book a vacation and I'm one of those who likes to use places that people know and trust and have good things to say about them. And even once we got everything booked, once we arrived in Branson, I was afraid we would pull up to the building and it would be some shady looking place. This was my first trip to Branson and My first trip ever booked on line or over the phone. Everyone was very helpful and most of all patient. Loved the customer service. At no time were we ever pressured to make a decision. I must have changed my itinerary 4 times before finally booking. Each time the BTC rep was helpful and accommodating. Kyle at check in was happy and welcoming. We stayed for 6 nights saw 6 shows and Silver Dollar City, lots of fun. The only part that was not 5 stars was Welk Resort. It was basically a small hotel room with a very small water park. I feel Welk was geared more towards younger children and our children are 16 & 18. The park was crowded with 12 and under kids. They did have a regular pool which was away from the water park, which we enjoyed. I would not stay at Welk Resort. I will however book through BTC again. read more

I have done business with this company for years, don't know whats going on but not sure it's same people running it as in the past !! Been calling for tickets for a trip planned in Oct, can't get people to answer the phone, when they do answer they make you wait forever to speak with someone!!!! Called yesterday to ck on tickets for a show and the gal couldn't tell me what seats were available so she'd have to call the ticket office and call me back, I waited till late in the evening with no call back, I called BTC back and the gentleman I spoke with checked on it and told me she had tried to leave a message but evidently my mail box was not set up, during those same hours I had three messages others had left !!! hmmmm , I then called a competitor and they were able to pull the info up on the puter for me !!! It seems that the general feeling is "Oh well , really don't have time to mess with you" , Not sure whats going on but I'll take my business elsewhere !! They have lost my business !! Good service, but their gas coupon is a scam. To use it you must present it first to the clerk at the counter in the gas station, who then Jacks up the price by 20 cents then discounts it back 20 cents after you're done pumping to give you your "discount" . The gas station you must use to get the discount is on the same property as the tourism center. read more

They do get you good seats for shows if you book early. But they give you a hard sell to go to a timeshare sales pitch. There is much exchanging of money so you have no clue what they are paying you. The pitch was 3 hours of hard sell. You can't leave because you have left a deposit at the tourism center. They have to give you a voucher to get your deposit back. The more you say no, the slower they get. In the end they are rude if you don't buy. I would be very careful with them. read more

The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars was because the awesome gas card they gave me to use was unusable.
