I would actually recommend this place for first timers. They have time share presentation offers that are honestly great deals if you look at how much stuff they give you. Multiple shows, attractions in and around Branson. Marco took care of us and he was great. read more

Branson Tourism Center - Tours Near Me - Branson, Missouri

Branson Landing is a cool place. Lots to see and do. The shops are a bit over priced, but I guess that's to be expected in a tourist trap town like Branson. We go often, but we go to the shops sparingly since they are so high priced. It's a lot of fun, just bring lots of cash. read more

I used Branson Tourism for tickets to the Chinese Acrobats. I purchased the tickets online, and went to pick them up.I had great seats, plus a 50 cents off per gallon of gas at the Phillips station it's attached to. I normally don't like ticket centers, there's hundreds of them in Branson. This one was the same as the others, except for the gas voucher. I found it very easy for them to find my order. Plus they are the perfect stop for a bathroom stop after driving 3 1/2 hours. The minus is..you guessed it, the time share offer they tried to give me. Pay 20$ for the hold for the time share presentation, go to the time share presentation, get your $20 back, and get the tickets free. We didn't have that time to waste....sorry Charlie. But the tickets were great. read more

My Family & I have used BTC for MANY years. They have always taken care of any challenges we have experienced. We just left Branson from our Christmas Trip. We really like Branson Tourism. They suggested a time share but no pressure. We've used them to purchase tickets ahead of time three different trips. We always have good seats and I need handicap. Everyone there you talk to are so friendly and they will help you pick shows if you have questions too. I suggest you try them read more

This was my first time to branson,I had no clue how to handle this, so I called and talked to Lin the customer service rep.and he handled everything for my wife and I. We were there march 18-21 and saw 2 shows and had a somewhat good hotel room, the food was first class, and the hospitality of the town was fantastic If and when you go back we will call y'all again and want Lin to take care of us. read more

Loved the customer service help over the phone to order tickets for six Christmas shows. When we came to pick up tickets the customer service again was excellent. Asked if we needed any other help. So very helpful in everyway!! The added unexpected item was discount on gas. We were driving to Branson from Iowa and how nice to get a gas discount. Thank you for all of your help. Oh, Yes!! The seats were all great too!! read more

The Branson Tourism Center rocks! They make all the arrangements for you, so all we have to do is show up and have fun We found them online, had the best price for tickets to places that we were looking at.This was my 2 time to Branson, I had no clue how to handle this, so I called and talked to Paul the customer service rep. and he handled everything for my wife and I. Very helpful in choosing venues for family! Only problem is they get overloaded at pickup desk need more agents during these heavy times.

Better than the rest! I found them online, had the best price for tickets to places that we were looking at. Bought 2, 2 day tickets to Silver Dollar City, lowest price I could find. Very friendly staff, when we went in to get our tickets, it was fast and answered many questions we had. Beware of online deals in Branson, or any other on line "deals", Many shows and attractions offer deals at the ticket office. But it got us started on our trip to Branson. read more

It you want sleazy sales tactics and to be inconvenienced, go to this place. There are other places that won't inconvenience you as much or waste your time. And don't plan on getting exactly what they say you're going to get either. Seriously, avoid this place. Check out their Glassdoor reviews of what their own employees say what it is like to work their. read more

Bought show tickets online through BTC and had no idea what to expect. To date, I'd actively avoided ticket centers in Branson because I figured there's always a catch. Was I right? Yes and no. Anyone can purchase tickets and reservations through BTC by phone or by web with no catch whatsoever. Anyone can walk in and get show and attraction information and purchase tickets on the spot (there's also a dry cleaning, a tanning salon, a souvenir shop, and snack shop on the premises). Every person we dealt with at BTC was professional, knowledgeable and super patient. But . . . they will offer you cash to attend a sales pitch at a certain resort complex owned by BTC's parent company. But if you decline, all the other services are still available to you. I will not hesitate to purchase tickets from BTC in the future. read more

This is a sales office for big cedar lodge. There are brochures here for things to do in Branson. And restrooms. But don't forget that it is basically a time share office. read more

Branson Tourism Center is a place you can count on for good ticket prices with no hidden charges or fees. We have used them for years. The only thing to look out for is the time share offer. Just say no! Other than that, they offer a great gas discount coupon and have a membership card that can earn you cancellation protection if you use them regularly to book. read more

The Branson Tourism Center rocks! They make all the arrangements for you, so all you have to do is show up and have fun. We worked with Jo, who made great recommendations for shows and activities. Our favorites were Moses and the Clay Cooper New Year's Eve Party with the Haygoods. When we arrived at the Branson Tourism Center, they provided us with vouchers for all the shows and the hotel. They also gave us a discount card that saved us a ton at shops, restaurants and attractions. They provided us with a discount gas card, and they gave us a map highlighting the location of our hotel and all the attractions and shows we had tickets for. They just made it so easy for us, and we had a great time! read more

Customer service is great . But they stirred me wrong on a hotel. Never again. Stone Castle hotel is bad. They told me it was nice and clean. It's not!! But Branson tourism did give us a great package on shows. read more

This is when we found out that we were to Go to a MANDATORY breakfast. We were invited to the break fast but told her no thanks we were not interested. She also cancelled our second night at the Motel so here we are no place to stay at 10pm at night. We paid ourself to see the shows. She finally called us back after trying 3 times and said it was because we did not go to the breakfast meeting.WHAT!!!! It was a meeting for 6 hours.NOT!!!!!!! We had never been to Branson before and decided to contact you guys to help plan our vacation. Stephen Becker was great. He really planned us a great time. Only thing, I will never stay at the Angel Inn again... that was the worst hotel accommodation ever! (you can read my tripadvisor review on them)... but, as far as the Tourism Center ... I would definately use you guys. Everything we saw and did was a great blend of the things we wanted to see. read more

When I first came upon the website, I was a little weary of using them since none of my friends had ever used them to book a vacation and I'm one of those who likes to use places that people know and trust and have good things to say about them. And even once we got everything booked, once we arrived in Branson, I was afraid we would pull up to the building and it would be some shady looking place. But I had to laugh once we pulled up and it was nothing like I had imagined.... in a good way. If you ever decide to use them, I highly recommend Sean as your person. He was super helpful and even gave us some information about an opportunity to get half of our money back and when that didn't pan out like it was supposed to, he was super helpful in getting our deposit back. read more

Just returned from our 3rd trip to Branson. We have used the Branson Tourism Center each visit to book our show tickets on-line prior to arrival. Each time their agent has booked us outstanding seat assignment for every show - near the front (typically in the first 1-5 rows, and near center of the theater. Just outstanding service. read more

We have had four incredible vacations in Branson. The Branson Tourism Center has helped us plan all of them. We have enjoyed great shows with wonderful seats and experienced exciting attractions as well. I love working with their dependable and knowledgeable agents. Very professional service. This is the 2nd time I have used their services. They listen to what you want and assist in acquiring the tickets and times that you are interested in for each show. They offer suggestions but are not pressure you into purchasing anything extra. Definitely would use them again. Strongly suggest using their services especially if it is the first visit to Branson. read more

I ordered my tickets online and was able to choose very good seats. When I picked them up from the center they were very nice and gave me lots of great information about the area, etc. The only catch is they do suggest that you visit a time share location but there was not any pressure or requirement to do so to pick up tickets. read more

Branson Tourism did a fabulous job helping me plan two different vacations! Everything runs so smoothly. We went once for the Polar Express and just now to visit Silver Dollar City. Going through the Branson Tourism Center made it so easy. We needed special accommodations during our stay and they took care of it perfectly. From the hotel room to the shows I couldn't have done better. Everyone from the hotel to the shows were eager to help and so kind. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable. One last thing, a BIG THANKS to Lynn Crismon for taking care of all of the arrangements. It was PERFECT! read more

I have used Branson Tourism Center for many years as my exclusive booking agent when planning a vacation to Branson. Their website is full of information about lodging, shows, attractions, restaurants, etc. which helps you plan just the right venue for your trip. And if you can't decide what to see or where to stay, the staff will help guide you, giving personal insight to the most popular shows and lodging. There are always good deals to be found via this outlet, and the staff is always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. It's also great to only have to visit one place to pick up all of your tickets (vouchers) to the shows and attractions, and also vouchers for your lodging. I highly recommend them when planning a trip to Branson. read more

This was my first trip to Branson and My first trip ever booked on line or over the phone. Everyone was very helpful and most of all patient. Loved the customer service. At no time were we ever pressured to make a decision. I must have changed my itinerary 4 times before finally booking. Each time the BTC rep was helpful and accommodating. Kyle at check in was happy and welcoming. We stayed for 6 nights saw 6 shows and Silver Dollar City, lots of fun. The only part that was not 5 stars was Welk Resort. It was basically a small hotel room with a very small water park. I feel Welk was geared more towards younger children and our children are 16 & 18. The park was crowded with 12 and under kids. They did have a regular pool which was away from the water park, which we enjoyed. I would not stay at Welk Resort. I will however book through BTC again. read more

Very professional and friendly. Quick service. Made it easy for us to just pick up all our tickets. One of our shows was cancelled and they called us and switched our tickets to another show.. very easy process. They gave us suggestions to some things to do that we weren't aware of. Offered a timeshare presentation, but it was very brief and no pressure when we told them we didn't want to go. This is the second time we have used them and would definitely use again. read more

I didn't realize how affordable a Branson vacay was with their services. I never heard of their site before I started my search for specific shows. I have done business with this company for years, don't know whats going on but not sure it's same people running it as in the past !! Been calling for tickets for a trip planned in Oct, can't get people to answer the phone, when they do answer they make you wait forever to speak with someone!!!! Called yesterday to ck on tickets for a show and the gal couldn't tell me what seats were available so she'd have to call the ticket office and call me back, I waited till late in the evening with no call back, I called BTC back and the gentleman I spoke with checked on it and told me she had tried to leave a message but evidently my mail box was not set up, during those same hours I had three messages others had left !!! hmmmm , I then called a competitor and they were able to pull the info up on the puter for me !!! It seems that the general feeling is "Oh well , really don't have time to mess with you" , Not sure whats going on but I'll take my business elsewhere !! They have lost my business !! Good service, but their gas coupon is a scam. To use it you must present it first to the clerk at the counter in the gas station, who then Jacks up the price by 20 cents then discounts it back 20 cents after you're done pumping to give you your "discount" . The gas station you must use to get the discount is on the same property as the tourism center. read more

They do get you good seats for shows if you book early. But they give you a hard sell to go to a timeshare sales pitch. There is much exchanging of money so you have no clue what they are paying you. The pitch was 3 hours of hard sell. You can't leave because you have left a deposit at the tourism center. They have to give you a voucher to get your deposit back. The more you say no, the slower they get. In the end they are rude if you don't buy. I would be very careful with them. read more

Everyone here was friendly and helpful. I thought they got me a good price on all my reservations. The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars was because the awesome gas card they gave me to use was unusable. They should have told me that I had to get gas by a certain time or the station was closed. Otherwise great company and I will use again. read more
