The high traffic areas needed some serious cleaning. The master bed was all caved in and broken. Just a really bad experience. My kids knees were visibly dirty from just crawling around on the floors like toddlers do. If this is what's considered clean, then I would not recommend these cabins. It was pretty gross.

The room was very upscale with comfy beds, I believe blackout curtains, and the best shower/water pressure known to man! The breakfast was phenomenal! Great options for seriously everything. Eggs, meats, waffles, fruits, cereal.. just great stuff. The coffee was also very good and fresh. Overall I would 100% stay here again and actually plan on it when we come back to Branson. The staff were very pleasant and friendly, and the continental breakfast offered satisfying basics. However, the rooms are overpriced considering the condition of them. They felt more like a lower-tier hotel than the 3-star rating with dated, old and worn furniture (one chair had flaking pleather) and a persistent musty smell. Housekeeping was not provided daily. In the past, Fairfield properties have been a reliable choice for me but I unfortunately would not stay at this location again. With some updates, it would be a much stronger option.

Two ladies took our seats we had been sitting in. Another lady took my brother's seat. We told her she was in our seat and she didn't care. My brother who is large sat next to the large lady that took his seat. We found an empty seat. So those three ladies and man who had two seats before the stop, took 3 seats after the stop. Don't know if I will ever do the bus again. Oh and my brother left a bottle of water in his seat and someone still took his seat!

He talked about the area as we drove, had some great stories, and pointed out several things that I definitely want to do when we come back again. The tour went to some beautiful overlooks, we were able to get out at spots to take in the view, and take pictures. Jerry was knowledgeable about the history of the landmarks and you can tell he loves educating others about it. We have two teenagers and he managed to keep them interested in the historical part, and keep them on the toes for the off road part. We all had a blast! Also, the woman working the check in counter was super nice when we arrived. We enjoyed visiting with her while we waited for the tour to start.

I walked by the pink Jeep tours pink Jeep at Silver Dollar city many many times and thought that it must be a great way to learn about Branson and all of it amazingness. Pink Jeep tours made me look like a planning genius and Mel was the best tour guide. I loved when he confirmed things had already told my Uber traveled friend and he really sold Branson as the coolest place to live on the planet. I have a whole list of more things to check out and restaurants to try. We even asked him about a fun place to try in Arkansas and he had all his friends help us find a primo lunch shop combo in Omaha Arkansas. Mel is a magnificent guide and we were so blessed by his humor good nature and amazing driving ability
