    Half rack of spare ribs
    Whitney B.

This was my first time coming to this location and I was not disappointed. The restaurant has inside and minimum outside seating . The ribs were good and tender. The half rack of spare ribs had 6 pieces which is not bad. Also, the meal came with bread and BBQ sauce. The customer service was good. I went through the drive thru and waited about 10 minutes which was not bad. Overall, I am satisfied.

Waited 25+ mins in drive-thru only to find they ran out of chicken BBQ bakers. Disappointing.

Visiting from out of town and I was all over the place with what I wanted. Jada was amazing!!! She was patient, took time to discuss and explore the menu with me. As the only person working the register she calmly took care of everyone coming in and delivering food to the dining room. I certainly plan to visit again before we head home.

Albeit I am not from Alabama, nor do I know barbecue as well as some people, but I genuinely thought this place was great. We had a group of seven walk in 40 minutes before close (I understand we're those people), but the staff were still very kind. The food was delicious and had me finishing everything even though I knew I was going to puke later (because of the portions). Did I still finish the plate? Hell yeah, and it was worth it too. Food was fresh, even for the end of the day. Fried green tomatoes are have a nice vinegar/pickled flavor to them, and probably my favorite side. Don't forget the hot sauce & you'll be more than satisfied. -A California Man

"Not enough, overpriced, and no flavor and a HAIR in my burger." Despite reading the reviews for Full Moon BBQ I decided to try it for myself. We started with the pork nachos. It only had enough BBQ to only eat with 2 chips. And the cheese and toppings were underneath the chips in the paper. I then ordered the pimento cheese burger. It was dry, small, and didn't even come with a side. I got the fries to go with it and it was the store bought frozen fries. Only like 7 friends in the container. The only flavor was from the Alabama White sauce they have available. When I brought the hair in my burger to the attention of the lady I believe to be the manger, I was given a refund. She was very professional and kind.

    gross freaking nachos

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. Ive been eating here for years and it's gotten worse and worse over the years. Ordered nachos without olives, it came out covered in olives what a surprise right. Well we asked for them to remake it without and they bring it out with olives again . Not only did it still have olives but it was very obvious they didn't remake it, instead they picked off some olives as well as the sour cream and queso. so the nachos were trash to say the least. All of the ketchup was rotten as well. The restaurant was about 1000° and i felt like i was going to puke with the hot air and gross food. this place sucks and if i got kicked out of this restaurant it would be an honor. a piece of complete crap. if i could give it negative stars i would. 0/10 would not recommend folks

If it's raining outside, the floor is slippery as ice. Seriously, be careful. If you use crutches, just go somewhere else.

The line was long and moving. The service is of southern kitchen, expect someone screaming "next" at the cash register. The menu is at the front by the register, in chalk, so it gets updates throughout the day. While ordering you are informed which items are sold out. Seating is sparse and 1st Come 1st Serve. I ordered the chicken plate. The chicken was crispy, seasoned and juicy - Perfectly fried. All of the sides were good except the cornbread. Just skip tasting the cornbread it will ruin the meal. Overall, it's Southern Soul food; however seating and dynamic menu presents the most challenge in making it an enjoyable experience.

We lucked up on this spot.. ordered fried chicken, collard greens, lima beans, rice gravy, Mac and cheese.. The ambiance was quiet, which made it so easy for conversation. I will say the place was very homely, but a few things could be corrected. I noticed a few items out of place, like the cleaning supplies not in the safe zone. The restroom was pleasant, I never comment on that, but will start. But all in all things were enjoyable

We ordered two Meat & 2's and both consisted of A Big Fat Fried Chicken Breast, Black-Eyed Peas and Mac n Cheese. As always the chicken was cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside with that perfect fried chicken skin and totally moist meat. The mac n cheese was very moist, not really runny and the texture was the perfect chew. No mushiness and no hard noodles. The black-eyed peas were out of this world good. They had a bit of spice in them and cooked good ole' Southern Style...cooked! We ate and ate until there was not more room. We gladly took our left overs for another wonderful meal. As we were leaving I said, oh, no "I forgot to take pictures. So I went and broke in line and took a couple of the cafeteria style food that everyone was so patiently waiting to be served. The staff works extremely hard. The restaurant is very clean. And the food is absolutely delicious. They do take togo orders and sometimes the line is out the door. They are closed on Saturdays. Highly recommend one try if in the area. Prices have remained relatively low while other places have increased their prices drastically. Our two meals which included drinks and tax was about $21. You can still buy a whole fried wing for under $2...it is $1.95.

I had the smash burger and it went great with the beer I ordered as well. Very tender and the fries went along perfectly with it. First, our server introduced herself and explained the buffet menu, which I appreciate. She was very attentive, and I think she refilled my drink a total of three times during my meal. The food options at the buffet were great. The biscuit bar offering sausage gravy, tomato gravy, and shrimp étouffée as a topping was phenomenal. I sampled the étouffée and sausage gravy, and the homemade biscuits all were really good. On the second morning that I went down for breakfast, not nearly as good of an experience. The young lady who is our server, just didn't seem like she wanted to be there, polar opposite from the previous day. Our table wasn't stocked with sugar only had a pepper shaker had to ask for both. Somehow the same hot gravy that I had enjoyed the day before were luke warm some reason, maybe just caught it at a bad time. I didn't have more fruit options out on morning too, which I did appreciate as well. I think the poor service just soured the experience. The third morning I went down for breakfast, there was a long line waiting to be seated. And the person that appeared to be seating people as the hostess, was the same server from the day before. I came back about 30 minutes later, and there was still a line so I decided to skip breakfast. I will definitely give this one another shot, when we return to Auburn for leisure based on that first Days experience and re-rate if warranted.
