This is where I go to for prime rib night. It's always good and if it is not up to your standards they will make it right. The staff i super helpful and the drinks are strong. read more

My girlfriends and I came to celebrate a birthday. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of the steak salad I ordered. The salad was good and surprisingly the Brussel sprout appetizer also. I say surprisingly because I am not a fan of Brussel sprouts...but these were delicious! I also LOVED the bacon wrapped scallops! read more

I came with a party of 4 and we were at right away. The service was superb and the entrees were much better than expected. Ironically my favorite thing was the bread and garlic dip (Not one of the Entrees) lol. The only criticism that I have toward this place is the variety of options they have. We were not disappointed and it lived up to good ratings! If we come back to Visalia we will most certainly come back! read more

I would love to be able to fully review this restaurant, but I walked in today to talk to the manager about renting their private room for a Wednesday evening in November, and was basically given the runaround by the bartender and ignored by the manager. The manager, Gabe who apparently also the owner, came into the restaurant at 5pm and had time to chat with a young woman sitting at the bar, but then left and went to the back of the restaurant as I sat there for 20 minutes waiting to discuss a potential private dinner party would've had a tab of over $2000. At most, it would have been a five minute conversation and there was maybe 10 people in the entire restaurant tops. Marissa at the bar could not have been more unhelpful, as all she could tell me was that he was busy. She was the person that told me to come back at 5 PM when I originally came in at 4:15 PM to get information about renting the private room. It always amazes me when you get really bad. Customer service at restaurants as I know their Martians are tight. Anyone have any recommendations of other options for private parties in downtown Visalia? read more

We were in a hurry to get lunch before a meeting. So ordered the fastest item on the menu, which was tacos. We ordered fish and beefs. They came out in 10 minutes and put us on schedule. The had quite a bit of customers. Location is on a nice downtown street with interesting shops and restaurants on both side. read more

I love Fugazzis, the owners are wonderful people!!! The food is amazing and the overall vibe is feels like a night out in city much larger than Visalia. Im loving the updates to the former blue room, the art is so bold! read more

Can't quite deliver what the menu promises. The flavor is all there, but execution is lacking. I've tried this place twice now. Ordered the Thai chicken salad. The flavor of the meat and dressing was great, but it was a huge heap of iceberg lettuce, with like 5 little cubes of chicken. Tried the beef stroganoff. The flavor of the sauce and the steak itself were so rich and complex. However the noodles were carelessly cooked, all clumped together. And the steak was not fully cut, so it was like these chains of cubes of steak. Not really the elegance that the place is striving for. Good flavor but lots of room for improvement in the execution. Had a really kick ass cocktail though! read more

Their free bread and sauce is amazing. Liked the ambience. And they accommodated 2 vegetarian people and made food doesn't exist in their menu ..we really appreciated it. read more

My wife and I are hooked on this place. My go to is the Top Sirloin and she loves the Chicken Picatta. It comes with a lot of food that is all high quality and well prepared. If you try either of those dishes, you will not be disappointed. read more

Will always be my go to place for food and drinks. Staff is nice. Service is fast. Can be busy at times. They have an area for parties and meeting if needed. read more

I think the food is really good. My gripe is that they have 3 different prices. Their online menu shows one price, their "take out" menu at the take-out entrance shows another price, and what I was charged was different from both. Also, why did they get rid of the Fugazzis Dip?!?! That was the best!! read more

We went there for a family lunch just as they opened at 11 on Saturday. My teen children commented on how beautifully plated the appetizers were and loved the eclectic vibe of the place. The food was great, the staff was friendly and attentive. I had been to the Porterville location and was impressed the first time I walked in. I think my family felt the same experience I had when I went. Definitely will be back! read more

I went for lunch today, our waitress Natalie was the worst ever. Had to wait over 20 minutes to order, 40 minutes for food, never got a drink refill, when I asked for 2 boxes, I waited for her to bring them for 20 minutes, I finally gave up and went and got them from the bar, when she saw me do that she finally brought out check. Lunch was at 2, restaurant was not busy. Worst service I have ever gotten. Ordered the cream brulle cheesecake, the top was plain( notbruled) I spent $50 on lunch a small pizza, a sandwich, and a piece of cheesecake , was truly disappointed. read more

Ordered two Pear and Walnut Salads to go for pickup, salads are about $12/13 each and described as a "SWEET JUICY PEAR SLICES AND CARAMELIZED WALNUTS TOP THIS FAVORITE. MIXED GREENS TOSSED IN A TANGY HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING WITH RED ONIONS, FETA CHEESE, TOMATOES AND BLACKENED GRILLED CHICKEN" Where do begin, got home, lettuce was clearly not fresh, pear slices not all with core properly removed, chicken used was not "blackened " and tasted processed...I would not recommend this place. When I go to pickup a $12 salad, I expect perfection, Fugazzis is far (very far) from that. Order at your own risk. read more

All around very good restaurant, with good food, excellent service, good drinks, have gone back often

This place makes the best Chicken Marsala ever! The dish is full of flavor! I am usually not a fan of eating anything too heavy or even chicken at restaurants because it's usually dry. It was so good that we ordered seconds! If you are a fan of Chicken Marsala, I would highly recommend this dish. You will not be disappointed! read more

Walked in on a busy Saturday night and was seated in less than five minutes The waitress came to the high top table we were at in the lounge and got our drink order right away, however the entire time we we're served by her she acted annoyed and had no personality or service skills whatsoever, minus 1/2 a star for her attitude and lack of personality or friendliness she also never came back to ask if we needed another drink I ordered a lemon drop and it had ice in it as well as a seed to a lemon on the rim of the glass, so 1/2 a star taken for the lack of detail to the cocktail We ordered Brussel sprouts appetizer and it was amazing. My husband got the chicken piccata and i the tortellini and they were 10/10 I appreciate when food comes out and it's steaming in temperature as it had just left the pan. The food was amazing it's just the lack of customer service that doesn't hold up. We would definitely try again and hope for better service because the food itself was great. read more

We love coming to this restaurant to get away from work in the middle of the day. The service is usually quick and efficient. The prices are reasonable and the bread and garlic dipping sauce are so addictive. I always get the chipotle mango noodles, but am tempted to get one of their sandwich wraps the next time. Thanks for always providing me a delicious meal! read more

Great place! Friendly staff, clean and good vibes. Met friends there for dinner and drinks. Short wait. Was served fast.

This is a favorite place to visit. The food is great and the service is friendly and spot on.

A good spot for date night except the food is always a hit or miss, a couple of my favorite dinner entrees are always tasting different. The bread sometimes is as hard as a rock and the oil dip isn't always the best. The ambience is nice. read more

Back when I was a kid, a rendition of this word meant the person was a FAKE, PHONY or FRAUD. Not so here. Fugazzi was no Fugazi. The food was awesome. The steak kabobs were perfectly cooked and had a nice crust and tasted great. The burnt Brussels sprouts were not very bitter and I sampled them multiple times. I got the lemon chicken Alfredo with capers. Wow. Perfectly pounded thin, cooked to nice tenderness and the sauce was velvety smooth albeit maybe a tad too thick. Hint to chef, less reduction or lay off the cornstarch. The staff were attentive and nice! read more

the place seems really cool but the Shrimp Louisiana was absolutely atrocious it was bland and dry and the shrimp was burnt and disgusting !! read more

Really enjoyed the food, the drinks, and the staff that strives to do their best when they were totally slammed.

The atmosphere here is perfect for date night or drinks with the girls. The lounge area by the bar is a relaxing place to be after work. The food is also aimed to please! They bring out DELICIOUS bread and dip to begin with. I ordered the spicy chicken chipotle pasta and couldn't stop eating! It's not really spicy, but the flavor is delicious! The spicy chicken wrap is also the perfect dish for lunch! The kids chicken plate was also really good! So why 4 stars? Sadly the steak salad with jalapeño poppers was horrible. It's definitely not a salad. I saw the shocked look on our neighbors face when they brought it out. It's a cold lemony steak topped with chopped cucumber and tomato... NO Lettuce! Avoid this dish at all costs! The service was blonde, friendly, and sadly pretty slow. But the good food and inviting atmosphere make up for any delay in service :) All in all, I will definitely be coming back!! read more

Great service, great food and the restaurant was super clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a positive experience!!

It was not even 9:00pm when we're were rejected service. Took them a whole 10 minutes just to let us know. When waitresses were just walking by. Very unprofessional for a place that's suppose to be "high end" read more

Positives: super easy, free parking - though that could be said for practically anywhere in central valley, unlike in the bay area where parking can be challenging. Good service, okay prices. Wait time for food took a little long. This is the type of place you could impress business colleagues with, for lunch or dinner. Menu consisted of pasta, salads, and plenty other choices. Negatives: none! read more

If I could give zero stars I would! We just had dinner and it was 87 degrees in the restaurant. After sweating through our meal and seeing the staff sweat their bottoms off we asked to speak to the manager. The manager approached us and we asked what the deal was with the a/c she said it was out of her control! Poor thing the entire restaurant was sweating! You could hear complaints coming from every direction! The owner was on vacation and told the manager to call the A/c guy who wasn't available and was unable to fix it. Hope you had a great vacation Gabe! They should have shut it down today. We couldn't keep ice in our drinks! It was melting and had to constantly ask for cups of ice. We honestly should have left after the first drink melted in our hands in 3 minutes. The service was amazing and the manager was open to feedback despite the fact that it wasn't her fault. OSHA needs to come out! We are true to life Visalian's but this is a disgrace. Do better Gabe! No one is looking for a gift card or gift certificate we just want you to fix it and keep your customers and employees cool in the summer! read more

Had a excellent dinner. Celebrated a birthday. The complimentary cheese cake was delicious. This place always comes through. The portions are decent but as is common with fine food the size is probably not as big as some of would desire. The restaurant and staff are always ready and prepared for anything. No wait on a Tuesday night. It seemed like a lot of business people instead of us locals. The jambalaya was very very good. read more
