As we were walking to our table, my feet were slipping as if there was grease on the floor in the front of the restaurant as well. It kind of made me feel like I was at a Jack in the Box at 2 AM. Our server was very kind and attentive; however, the place overall did not look very well kept together or clean. I would say, on a cleanliness scale, it was a 3 out of 10. I don't recommend this place. The food was truly not that good for the price at all. I ordered four dishes and four drinks, and my total was $77.33, not including a tip. My husband and I both agreed that if we would've gone to Panda Express, we would've enjoyed it more for half the price. If you would like to sit down and enjoy Chinese food in a restaurant, as this one is advertising, I'd highly recommend going to Hunan Lion in Round Rock, Texas. We recently moved from Round Rock to Jarrell, so we were trying to stay closer to home, but never again will I eat here. I'll definitely be making the trip to Round Rock every single time I want Chinese food.

Pretty solid Chinese food…read more Hot and sour soup was excellent (my favorite part). The Mongolian Triple Delight (shrimp, chicken, beef stir fried with onions and scallions) was pretty tasty. It was designated as spicy on the menu but I didn't find it that spicy at all. The Szechuan style eggplant was pretty good (also designed as spicy but just had a kick). The spice designations are just to warn people that this item has some spice -- it's nothing serious (unless you're really sensitive or something). My one small complaint is that everything (Triple Delight and Szechuan eggplant) was a bit too saucy (too much liquid). No big deal, I'd just prefer less liquid in my dishes. Just need enough to soak into the rice and there was way more than needed for that.

The menu is vast and easy to read as you nestle in the cozy, Japanese themed surroundings. Not fancy. Cozy. You quickly forget the strip mall location and vape shop next door. It's a place to settle in for a spell or a quick, relaxing lunch. The service was extremely friendly, smiling and quick. The sushi was delicious, proper temperature and flavorful. The spicy seasonings were on point and the very spicy is appropriately noted on menu. I'm going back for more exploration, relaxation and `affordable quality.
