When I informed the waiter that I would not be eating the lo mein due to its condition, I was told that I would still have to pay for it and that it did not matter whether I liked it or not. He initially refused to remove the dish from my bill. After eventually taking it off, he told me that he never wanted to see my face again as I was leaving. What disappoints me most is that I genuinely enjoyed this restaurant and had been a repeat customer. The decline in food quality combined with the way my concerns were handled has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

It had lots of different toppings in it which was nice. My husband got the fried rice. It was also really good. The Chinese sausage complimented the rice well and there were plenty shrimp in it too. If I went back I would forgo the dumplings and just go straight to having the entree.

Because it is only the owner working, sometimes your calls will not be answered if he is really busy. I understand that became the customers in his place of business deserve priority over the phone. The food is much better than what you will get from other takeout places. It taste fresher! You get a lot food for your buck. The establishment is also very clean. To the reviewer who thought by asking for the broccoli in his order of chicken broccoli be left off and was upset that he wasn't given all chicken:get a grip!!! You were offered extra chicken for an additional price and you didn't like that. Broccoli does not cost as much as chicken. Your expectation would be the same as going to a restaurant and ordering Steak and fries and asking to have the fries left off and replaced with additional steak at no extra charge. Stopped by fu kee express today, usually pass by this place while going to the mall. My family decided to change things up and try out this place and let me tell you it was the best decision we made! We ordered the crab Rangoon which had a sweet, creamy favor once you bite into it! What a burst of flavor! We also ordered the pepper chicken with onions SPICY! We actually found a Chinese restaurant that knows how to spice up the food! Chicken was fresh and flavors hit your tongue immediately! We also ordered the chicken Lomein which was flavorful and hit the write notes! The owner was extremely friendly and gave excellent service! I highly recommend fu kee express. I eat Chinese food all the time, but this place is something special! Great crab Rangoon, great lo mein, and the beef and vegetables is so tender and flavorful it's better than any I've ever had. Loved the seafood soup too. I would drive an extra 10 miles out of my way to come here, and pass 5 other Chinese food restaurants just to get the awesome food you offer.
