It was served with a side of creamy mashed potatoes, which was such a comforting and delicious pairing. It did remind me of visiting Germany believe it or not like a schnitzel style cutlet but still very italian if that makes any sense. If you visit, you simply cannot miss the fried eggplant appetizer with burrata. It is divine! My friend got the pulled pork bowl and we decided to get the pancake to share. The dishes came out pretty quickly and at the same time. It was so hearty and filling and wasn't heavy at all. The pancake also had a great taste and crunch from the skillet. It wasn't sweet at all so it was easier to eat. The portions are perfect!
