Communication throughout the process was poor, and I was rarely informed about the status of my laptop. In the end, I was simply told that the motherboard was damaged and the laptop could not be repaired. If I just wanted a second opinion that my laptop was broken, I could have gotten one much much faster and at no cost. The experience cost me both time and money, and I was left frustrated by the lack of timely updates and clear communication.
