We are very happy with the home but the builder made us use Vintage. You could find electricians and alarm install companies that could do a better job for a fraction of the cost. They charged us nearly $2500 just to run coaxial and Rj-45 cable in our home. They wanted another almost $5000 to wire the doors and windows. It's a scam between builders and Vintage. All the Vintage reviews say that they'll sell you a product and good luck ever getting an actual technician or customer support to help you after you move in. This is exactly what happened to us. They told it would be THREE weeks before we could have someone out. I instead bought my own switch, wires and did the hookup myself. I would NEVER recommend this company and if your builder makes you, fight them or walk away from builder.
