All my friends know I'm slightly OCD about frozen yogurt. No not the sweet stuff or faux ice cream, but real creamy tart goodness, although if you're looking for the fake stuff they have that here too. Not just fake faux but deluxe faux, as in, every combination of sugar/no sugar/cream/no cream/fat/non-fat flavors that you can think of. They even have one offering that's so free of everything except flavor that you'd swear it's not there! It literally won't be there cause it'll never appear on your thighs as an after thought. This is THE frozen yogurt destination in Tucson on a warm night. Tried the others? Now try the best!! read more

This is the perfect place for a family outing for ice cream. They have the perfect seats and tons of toppings. This is sure to become a family favorite. read more

Frozen Delight - Here is my babies loving on some Yogurt Delight!! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

I LOVE frozen yogurt! I am sick and tired of going to those places that make you fill your own larger than life cup, then you weigh it to find your pockets weighing a lot less. Over priced yogurt and poor customer service is what you find at other places, but not at Yogurt Delight. This is my all time favorite yogurt shop. You are always welcomed by friendly smiling faces! I splurge on Saturday nights with a skinny minnie which is sugar free. They always have different flavors and I recommend the heath bar, mocha and chocolate. It is all the flavor without the sugar...a dieters dream. If you aren't dieting, they have other decadent flavors to try or even take home. You have to visit this place and ask about the punch card. After 20 purchases you get a free one. read more

Great yogurt and excellent service from young woman working today. They serve you insyead of the usual get your own but portions are huge and only suggestions would be greater selection of fresh fruits. read more

Frozen Delight - Huge portions served. This is just a medium. Only suggestion would be greater choices of fresh fruits. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

I have mixed feelings about this place. The cheesecake bites are heavenly, the place is fairly clean and they offer a wide variety of toppings. What I don't like is the cup portion sizes. There are times I want just a small amount and I don't think I should have to pay more for a bigger cup that I am not going to fill all the way. Other than that, I like it here for the most part. I usually get a strawberry flavored yogurt with the cheesecake and I am never dissatisfied. Bring on the cake! I will be back for sure. read more

Friendly staff and they have BOTH fro yo and Thrify ice cream! No matter which you are craving, your belly will be happy.

We love this place! After shopping at nearby Trader Joe's, we usually go here for a yogurt treat. It's definitely our favorite yogurt shop. Always good tasting and at a fair price. Seating is comfortable and they have lots of magazines to read while enjoying your ice cream treats. read more

We used to love it here. The owner was so kind and personal. Other staff not so much and then today was 2nd time we tried to go during listed business hours (on door and online ) and no one was there. No one answered phone. Driving away with two crying kids is terrible and we'll be finding a new favorite spot we can count on. read more

I've eating frozen yogurt for years now, both here in Tucson and previously in California. I've had some wonderful yogurt stores, but I've never known an owner as committed as Alfonso and his wife Cleo at Frozen Delight. Alfonso is more than willing to take suggestions for favorites and make them for me, and I can phone ahead and have my order filled and ready to pick up when I go by. The yogurt is almost always very good, and he's willing to try different flavors or vendors if there are any issues. Frozen delight offers my favorite which is the no-sugar added, but also has low lactose, regular non-fat and others. They're more like family than vendors! I highly recommend them! read more

I admitted long ago that I am a frozen yogurt addict. I love trying new places, and after a long hike in Sabino Canyon, I needed my fix. We decided to try Yogurt Delight because it was close and we could hop into Trader Joes afterwards. The service was friendly, and the set up was cute. I immediately did not like that the yogurt wasn't self service and they had no fruit toppings. They also only had 8 gloves of yogurt available and none of them were fruity. The yogurt itself was okay, but not nearly the best I've had. It was worth a stop in, but I do not plan on returning. I must admit, the ice cream did look tasty when I peaked over to the other side on the way out. read more

We love it here! Great flavor yoghurts and ice cream! Healthy options and delightful sweets. Customer service is great as well, nice people and fast service. read more

Delivery never happened. Called to inquire about status, was told a call back would occur within minutes. Never a return call. Called again after holiday, no solution to delivery issue. More blame that the recipient was not home at one attempt. Requested a refund be given to the person who purchased the gift as it was not delivered. Manager not helpful and no intention to be helpful. Simply says they are busy. Not an excuse. If you are going to be a delivery service for cold items- have the packaging capability to leave at a door without expecting someone to be home just because you arrive with a delivery. No phone calls, no communication. Website comes with a warning and no business voicemail in off hours. This has nothing to do with COVID, just extremely poor business practice. They get the money without delivering the product. Hmmm read more

It's circa 1989 inside. Big deal. They've been pumping out yogurt for at least the past 12 years. Let's see if BTO et al. is still around in 2023? They serve the creamy rich yogurt that is yards better than the glassy icy stuff that the self-serve places put out. It has the rich consistency of ice cream without the guilt. It's local, and the owner will know your name after a few visits if he's there when you pop in. BTW they actually serve you - what an interesting concept! Imagine that. read more

I love Frozen Delight. The yogurt selection is great and offers something for all different diets and tastes. The owner is personable and every time I'm there I am reminded of something important. Tucson needs local businesses and not just chains and national franchises. The support of happy customers and suggestions from customers is what keeps local retailers going. Frozen Delight is a place worth patronizing. read more

Good ice cream too!! Staff is super friendly and it's really clean! There waffle cones are awesome!

I am in love with Yogurt Delight! I would always get one (or two) of the Wow Cow/Skinny Minnie varieties, while my husband would get one of the regular versions and we'd both be 100% satsified. Everything is delicious. It's family owned, and everybody is so friendly! This place is a must if you're craving sweets but are watching your calories, or if you're married to somebody who is! I recently moved back to Portland, and have been looking for someplace similar to my beloved Yogurt Delight, but I haven't found anything. I miss it so much, and its my first stop whenever I go back to Tucson! read more

This place has some of the best frozen yogurt I've ever tasted, and I've been to Pinkberries and Golden Spoons all over Southern California. But let me tell you - nothing compares to Yogurt Delight. The best part: the service. It's great - the employees are always smiling, always willing to do whatever it takes to get you want you want, and they seem genuinely determined to give each customer who comes in a pleasant and memorable experience (they've even memorized all my regular orders!) The service is what makes it so much better than any of the self-serve places in town, where the employees just take your money, swipe your card, flash a smile and move onto the next. And sure, the store itself could use a little updating, but the wooden benches and old signs give it a nice mom & pop feel. It's a reminder that this place has been around since way before frozen yogurt was even the "it" thing. And the store is always clean, comfortable and welcoming. I see some reviews on here that they don't have fruit toppings, which isn't true. I usually come in to get my mango smoothie fix and I know they also have strawberries, mixed berries and a few other fruits to throw on your yogurt. They also got rid of that pesky 30 cent charge for cards, so no problem there, either. I use my card all the time. Yogurt Delight is a local diamond in the rough. If you're craving frozen yogurt and miss the days when people worked hard to provide quality customer service, give this place a try! I've never been disappointed. read more

Yogurt Delight is a Tucson original. They have regulars who come in everyday to get their fix - a beautifully prepared, delicious, healthy dessert. Heck, it's so good for you, it could be dinner. And the yogurt is all Kosher! What I especially appreciate is that they make me a dessert that is actually appealing to look at. Whenever I attempt to make my own at one of those serve yourself places, it looks like something the dog left in the yard. NOT HERE - every bite is beautiful and delicious. read more

I love this shop, it has the best frozen yogurt I have ever had, their vegan flavors are always on par with the non vegan flavors. The boba is really good, especially the blended green tea. The staff is very friendly. read more

You can not have any nicer people than everyone at Frozen Delight!!! From the owners Alfonso & Cleo to the employees....Alisa, Alex, Aracelli, Trevor, Austin and Will (I hope I did not leave anyone out) They make sure you are taken care of! That is just as important as the quality of the product and boy is the product outstanding! The frozen yogurt is so creamy and delicious and so many flavors to choose from catering to every dietary need. This shop was a treasure to find for me. I have been searching for somewhere wear they sold yogurt to order (served to you!)......not the so expensive self serve places. A special thank you to Cleo and Alfonso, thank you for being......you are a blessing! I am a forever customer! read more

Ive been to a lot of fro-yo places in Tucson, most are incredibly overpriced. Yogurt Delight is a breath of fresh air in that category, as well as their incredible selection of flavors. I usually come for the ice cream (their birthday cake is my favorite), but the yogurt is delectable as well. The staff is always kind and genuinely engaging, I wish they would open up a location on my side of town as well. Overall a really good business that I will keep taking my taste buds to on a regular basis. read more

when we think of frozen yogurt, this is the place we go. We use the punch card and get a free one for every ten visits - and it doesn't get much better than that. So many flavors - with low lactose, no sugar added, and non fat. Delish! read more

Well, it is safe to say I'm already addicted to Yogurt Delight. Within a week of coming here for the first time we had already been back 5 times, brought a friend here and filled up our first frequent buyer card (10 stamps = a free small, 20 stamps = a free large). When we redeemed our first card they also had us right our name and number on the back to be put in to win a $10 giftcard! Yep, like I said.. I addicted. Why might you ask? I can't point to one reason but to start I'd say prices! Easily half the price of those fancy foofoo self service place. Maybe they don't have a million toppings and 20 different yogurts but they do usually 10 froyo options (half of one of their machines is down right now though so its been 9) plus ice cream and other treats. Service is number 2 - super friendly staff. Always a pleasant experience and they were very helpful our first time in the store. Third would be that I love supporting locally owned places! They have something for everyone including indulgent ice creams and non-fat low calorie yogurt. Everything we've had is great. The tart yogurt (which they normally have every day) is my favorite and I liked the health bar crunch a lot - add heath bar to it! So basically come check it out. Like their facebook page for their daily flavor posts! read more

Frozen Delight - Prices - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

The best frozen yogurt in Tucson! I miss being on the east side of Tucson for the sole purpose of visiting Yogurt Delight. I spent high school and college working at a frozen yogurt spot, and I'd never been able to find yogurt that matched its deliciousness until I came across this gem in Tucson. Excellent selection of flavors and toppings. Be warned though - the portions are big! read more

Hands down my favorite place to get froyo. I am obsessed with the peanut butter flavor. I also love that they have super healthy versions as well. Everyone has always been so nice and welcoming. The other night my friends and I decided to meet for froyo around 930pm. I called and made sure they were open til 10 and they said they had just closed. BUT they asked how far away I was and if I got there ASAP they would still be there cleaning up and I was welcome to come in. Sure enough, they let us in and served us our froyo with huge smiles on their faces. Not a lot of businesses have this type of customer service. We have them good tips for that :) You guys rock!!!!!!! read more

I've tried all the frozen yogurt places in Tucson and none of them compare to Yogurt Delight. The quality of their yogurt is unlike anything I've experienced before. Amazing! They also have a great selection of toppings and regular ice creams. But the yogurt is definitely something to talk about! Not to mention they have the cheapest prices per ounce I've ever seen. Highly recommend! read more

I can't really comment on the full-fat/low-fat varieties of fro-yo that they sell, because I only ever eat the non-fat, super low-cal stuff, but I can say that I love this place. It is, without a doubt, the best place to come in Tucson for a health-conscious dessert. They sell both Wow Cow and Skinnie Minnie brand fro-yo on a rotating menu of two flavors each. The thing I love about these desserts is how much you can eat for relatively low nutritional expenditure. A generous 9 oz serving of the Skinnie Minnie, for example, is only ONE Weight Watchers point. Also, the list of available toppings is expansive. They have everything from the standard chocolate chips and peanut butter cups, to the slightly less mainstream (e.g. Mochi cakes, Cap'n Crunch, and carob). The only thing I will say is that some of the less popular toppings obviously sit in their containers for some time and can get dried out or decidedly less than fresh. The aforementioned Mochi, for example, is not an especially big hit with anyone besides me, apparently, and often comes in tiny, dessicated pieces. Also, as a word of warning to anyone who tends to live cash-free, YD does take plastic, but there is a 50 cent charge on ANY credit/debit transaction, which seems a bit ludicrous, but what can you do? Finally, they have punch cards - get one! 10 purchases gets you a free 9 oz size dessert, and sometimes the staff feels especially friendly and will give multiple punches, just for shiggles. Oh, and before I forget, even local celebrities like this place. I have personally seen TV's Chuck George here, and the always ebullient Jim Click has not once, but twice while I was eating there, strode in to YD, like the cock of the town, smiled a toothy grin at everyone in the room, and tousled the hair of my girlfriend's young son (I kid you not), like some kind of latter-day Richard Nixon, before buying himself a frozen treat. Wow, is he ever dreamy! read more

YD is a tight ship and serves both ice cream and lo-cal frozen yogurt and you don't pay out the nose for it, or pad the thighs for that matter. The teen lass and I stopped in for chocolate chip mint ice cream in waffle cones (drawback - no toppings) and it was good, but surprisingly un-minty. The shop is clean and Spartan sparse, but the wide selection, affable service, and guilt-free sweet fix will keep me coming back. read more

They also cater to vegan and non dairy crowd. Alfonso, the owner, is a delight. He takes good care of his customers and is always open to new flavor suggestions. This place was awesome! The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and they have the good old "tart" flavor! It was so yummy. The only recommendation I would have is that they change their fruit selection. I asked for fruit on my yogurt, and I got some kid of berry blend that was overpowering. It would be nice to just have some fresh strawberries or something along those lines. read more
