My girlfriend and I love frozen yogurt and try to try new places all the time. We ended up here by mistake but it is by far the best frozen yogurt we have ever had. We have tried over 100 different frozen yogurt places and nothing can touch super mom's! We drive an hour just to have there frozen yogurt. My favorite part is they have different flavors that you normally don't see like Root Beer and they are very light but flavorful. I defiantly recommend anyone yo come check this place out! read more

For the last 6 years we've been Super Mom advocates. Over the last 3 years, we've tasted a difference in the quality of ingredients. Tonight, we were truly disappointed. The Vanilla was on the extreme mild side. We may as well have been eating "flavorless". The Heath topping was waxy and tasted stale and of very low quality. The cheesecake pieces were slimy and chewy. The crust of the cheesecake tasted aged as well. It is with a heavy heart that our family will no longer be giving Super Mom's future business, as we have experienced the slow downhill fall in quality. Super Mom's is Super Yum! We have always had great frozen yogurt here. They even were kind enough to accommodate our Girl Scout Troop. They are kind enough to put the child's size in a cup the next size up to my little one doesn't spill so much. You can always try before you buy and they have a great punch card incentive. read more

She didn't tell me them, she just pointed and asked if I could see them. Yeah I could but f$&? You could be nice and tell them to me since I asked nicely. I've never met more rude people who are suppose to work in customer service. On two different occasions. We will not be back. My first review was removed because apparently I didn't put enough detail.. So here you go. The first occasion was when my husband was treated very rudely by the ladies working there and made to feel like he was more of a nuisance than a customer. Our second occasion there we brought our daughters in and two young girls acted yet again like we were a bother being customers. We were all extremely polite and asked for 2 samples. Even said please and thank you. The girl who helped us seemed totally put out that she had to give two samples to my daughters (1 each to help them decide what to get). She had massive attitude and every time we said please or thank you, she just stood there with attitude. She acted like she hated her job. Which maybe it's a terrible place to work, but that doesn't mean you should treat customers like crap! I don't know anyone who wants to give their money to a business who acts like customers coming in is a problem or not what they want. I highly suggest new staff. read more

This is definitely not our favorite place to get frozen yogurt. The workers are friendly, but the yogurt is always half melted. They are also pretty stingy on the sizes. For the amount that you pay, they should give you a good serving, but they put a very little in the cup. I was shocked at the amount that you get for the price that you pay especially since I visit Yogurt Mill a lot. You get 3 times the amount at Yogurt Mill in Modesto for the same price. Yummy shakes and yogurt, but i feel they lack good customer service. I remember back when they first opened the establishment, they were friendly and greeted people, you didnt feel rushed and now it seems like they're in such a hurry to get you out of there so they can go back and talk to their friends or whoever sits off to the side near the drive thru window. A couple of weeks ago, I stopped by with my daughter we were not greeted we got to the order line and I was looking at the flavors and they asked is this going to be cash or card I said depending on what I order....geez no greeting but I felt like they were in a hurry to get me the heck out of there they said that depending on what are used to pay depended on what register they were going to use so I reminded them that depending on what I ordered is dependent on what I was going to use to pay. This weekend I stopped by again and once again, no greeting. It makes you not want to sit there and enjoy whatever you ordered. read more

I was surprised to see that there's even a decent yogurt place in Ceres, so that's a plus off the top! I got the red velvet frozen yogurt topped off with cheesecake in the smallest size they had (for about $3.25). This isn't a self-serve FYI, so if you want to sample something, you have to ask the worker. I'm not sure if they rotate flavors because they have a small selection (six total). But it's a cute place to just sit and chat with a friend while enjoying a yummy snack. I will probably go back occasionally! read more
