We stopped by with our family on a Sunday night to grab ice cream after checking the store hours before leaving home. Since it's about a 15-minute drive, we made sure they were listed as open until 10:30 p.m. everywhere we looked online. We arrived around 9:45pm, 45 minutes before closing, but were told that only about half of the ice cream flavors were still available because the others had already been put away for the night. We also found out they were completely out of both chocolate and vanilla. We decided to purchase two pints instead and asked if the vanilla pint we were buying could be used to make a Mocha Blast, but were told that wasn't possible. It was disappointing to make the drive and arrive well before closing, only to find that many menu items were no longer available. If flavors and menu options are no longer offered that far before closing, it would be helpful for customers to know in advance or for the posted closing time to better reflect when the full menu is actually available. read more

I have been coming to Baskin-Robbins for 48 years. This location specifically 14 years and my all-time favorite ice cream has always been Chocolate and peanut butter. I purchased a couple of prepacks and looked forward to enjoying my pb&c. I ended up with a mouthful of nuts thinking maybe something was wrong with the peanut butter. I called and told an employee what had happened and she told me to bring my receipt and she'd fix it. I went in a few hours later and I was told it's had peanuts in it for a while. I was dumbfounded and couldn't believe what i was hearing. The kicker is the little boy with painted nails working there who had to go out of his way to get me new "pre-packs" no work involved was upset and started slamming everything he could get his hands on to prove his feeling was hurt. (Yes kid, when you throw a tantrum at work people notice). Before I left he made sure to tell me it's had nuts in it all along which is a complete lie. I have been eating the stuff for twice as long as he's been alive and I never remembered nuts, neither has anyone else I asked. It's sad but I will no longer be overpaying for ice cream here. read more

The female night shift workers are very rude. They alone have made us not want to return. We went today after almost a year and they are still there. They left our icecreams on the opposite end of the counter from where we were and refuse to bring them to us at the register. They also left them out the whole time we were ordering so the first ones were melted. We'll be avoiding that store again. Do yourself a favor and also avoid the hatch rd. location. read more

Ordered through doordash. I must say the ice cream was packed it's wonderfully and they included cones so we could dump the cup into the cone and make a lovely cone. The ice cream arrived still cold and Frozen. However, two of the pieces in our order we requested additional dry toppings, and these weren't included. Now when you order through doordash there is always a premium, and that's for convenience. But, if you're a store that people can go to and pick the items up, we will remember poor customer service such as this. I tried to get compensation for the missing toppings and doordash wouldn't do it due to policy so on top of my $25 worth of ice cream they managed to swipe an extra four bucks for toppings. I get it, there can be oversights... But that's very disappointing. Do better. read more

I originally asked for a MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP SHAKE and I noticed it wasn't the color of the ones I've previously ordered in the past so I asked the lady I just want to make sure it's mint chocolate chip she replies in an upset voice oh you wanted mint. I said yes portably hard to hear me with the mask she turns to the lady ringing us up and they both rolled there eyes, mind you the lady ringing us up was already rushing us out yelling do you want anything else. So, my husband ended up saying hey since you already made the shake I'll take it. She "replaced" my shake. I don't think she even washed the blender and still gave me the wrong shake. This location is very nice, clean, and customer service oriented. They have cute promotions going on during Covid for ways to celebrate eating ice cream. Such as party hats for kids and sundae making kits for around $20 dollars. They also offer door dash for those that want to still have ice cream without walking in. Really bad customer service. If you make a mistake when you're ordering, you are going to pay for your mistake besides your order. Ice cream is good and that's the reason my self and my family go back. Went to this location last night and was disappointed. First of all the place is tiny and it was packed so me and my kids had to squeeze by everyone through the very narrow aisle to go order our ice cream. The girl taking our order seemed annoyed by having to do her job and take our order. I ordered my kids a kids scoop in cups and I got a sundae, yet somehow my sundae had like no ice-cream in it and theirs had more ice cream than mine. This is my go to place whenever I have a sweet tooth. Other than the ice cream, I usually get a cappuccino blast from there. It is AMAZING! I recommend a turtle cappuccino blast. Then one breaks off and helps. I ordered 2 ice creams and a shake. None of other employees broke off from their phones..laughing and joking then one of the girls goes and gets a small cup puts whipped cream in a cup and a scoop of ice cream and starts eating it behind the counter!!!! What the heck is going on here? 3 employees and in the total amount of time I was there only one worked..what a joke totally unprofessional. Not only was I blatantly ignored by the employee at the counter, she was incredibly rude while helping me and seemed like doing her job was a horrendous chore. I ordered a cake for anniversary 24 hours before and I got my confirmation. When I called to make a small change to the letters they told me they received the order online and would gladly make the small change. Turns out they never had my order online nor was my cake ever made. Clearly they don't keep up with their orders online. Now my plans for my anniversary dinner went to shit! When I called they had no idea and said they'd give me a call back to just refund me my money. If you're not trying to get your special event ruined just don't order a cake online from this location. Yesterday I went in to get some ice cream for myself and the store was very unprofessional. There was a man working on the ceiling behind the counter while the store was open. The ice cream and children should not be exposed when stuff like that is being done. The girl who was helping me was very kind but did not have any room to ring me up because the man working on the ceiling was in her way. He even accidentally hit her in the head because he was not being cautious of his surroundings. The store is very old looking and I understand things need to fixed here and there but I think they should fix problems like that when the store is not open. read more
