Our point of contact, Daniel, mentioned that they prioritize customers who spend more with them. We spent over $5,000 with the company, yet we felt our concerns were not treated as a priority. Daniel was often unresponsive, and we also had issues with the technicians' work. They installed a new dehumidifier, and we paid as soon as the installation was completed. However, the unit did not work properly for the next two months. On top of that, the company was very difficult to reach and slow to respond. This situation caused us to lose business. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company. If you do decide to use them, I strongly recommend making sure the equipment is working properly before making the final payment and do not speak with Daniel.

However, I had also been researching the issue and came up with some information that made me think I might be able to address this myself, with the help of a friend who's handy. Even though I was attempting to fix the issue myself, therefore potentially depriving him from the income for a service he would otherwise have made, Ben actually helped me and gave me a couple of tips, which made all the difference between me being able to fix the issue or not. I ended up doing the fix myself, thanks to Ben's help. I would probably have given up on it, had he not generously mentioned something I had overlooked. I may not have hired Ben this time, but I definitely know who to call next time I need anything A/C related! In fact, I hope I get a chance to do it. Highly recommended!

On the day of the service, our technician, Oleksandr, was outstanding. He was incredibly thorough with the deep cleaning and treated our home with the utmost respect. What I appreciated most was how he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing at every step of the process. His work was meticulous, and he left the space spotless.
