Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work. Botto…read moreBros installed a Lochinvar boiler, An Indirect hot water tank and added Heating zones for more than $18,000. They failed to register the system with Lochinvar so I lost a 10 year warranty and instead tried to sell me a $750 a year maintenance plan. They installed the condensation unit improperly in my chimney. The piping was pitched the wrong way, and the condensing unit was pointed the wrong way causing Condensation to run into my basement from the chimney. I spent $3,500 on Plumbers trying to figure out what the problem was, and then another $2,600 to get the problem corrected and repiped out the correct way. I have documentation to prove all of this. Feel free to contact me for details. Stay as far away from Botto Brothers as you possibly can!! UPDATE 4/30/26 **** Had a phone conversation with Chris and explained all the issues. Sent him documentation, pictures and recordings. Although he states that his door is always open and that he does the right thing, he emailed me that he will not entertain correcting the problem, case closed, and his reasoning reinforces his lack of understanding of mod/con boiler systems and how dangerous the condensation is if the installation does not provided proper drainage. As far as asking for money, after he insisted I take the valid review down, I stated I would update it if he did the right thing for what I spent just in the last 24 hours to correct the improper install. The new system they installed work great this summer, and we finally no longer have dry spots and our entire lawn is nice and green. They even gave us a WiFi timer, which is incredibly convenient! The price was also very fair, we got a few quotes around the same price but Dylan was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining how the new system would be installed. He did an amazing job and replaced these leaky bendable type pipes that have been there since I bought my condo with copper ones. He soldered like a champ.
