First, the cost is double what I paid formerly. Next, Technical Support is of no use. 1. My internet/phone service was down for six days, it took that long for a service Technician to come out. The technician, not a Vyve employee, but a contracted technician, took out the battery and it worked! Technical Support couldn't have told me to do that? 2. I had to fight with them to get six days credit for the outage and they only gave me five days. Lied to me about the amount. 3. The VM button, *98, says it is a disconnected number. Technical Support tells me to call my number to get to my voice mail. Tells me there is no number to call. I shouldn't have to call my number to get to my voice mail when there is a drect button on the phone. 4. The display on my phone shows "New Message". There isn't a new message and they cannot tell me how to get rid of it. Please! We need another option in Horseshoe Bay.

Our internet is very reliable and fast now! We can stream movies with no problem. We also use our Wifi to call out or receive calls on our cell phones. Bruce Keene, the owner, has personally come out to our house to help us solve a router problem after the severe thunderstorm and flooding in the Hill Country. It worked for about 5 min before saying the same thing. So I called Astound and was told that I was going to need someone to come out because something was wrong AGAIN! I've only had Astound for 2 months and a technician has been required twice within that time frame. So everything I've heard about Astound appears to be true! Very Dissappointed!
