Top notch service, by David C.! I had an emergency A/C issue with my rental unit. I had called another company to come out and assess and was told that the entire unit had to be replaced. When I was quoted the price, I got sticker shock. I requested a couple of bids and David immediately returned my call. He came out to the unit the same day to assess and had a quote emailed to me immediately, along with unit specs and warranty details as requested. My ac unit was leaking. Emailed David & he answered quickly. Was able to come out the next day. He checked the unit thoroughly & concluded it could be patched but not certain how long that would work. I asked for a quote to replace the 40 yr old ( yes,40 yrs) unit. Since this is a part time lake house for me, I decided the best course was to replace it. David was very professional & never tried to up sell me but left the decision up to me. David is fantastic. My AC suddenly quit working and of course it was Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend. When I called he was able to get to me same day, told me he would be there at 1 and he was actually early!! Turns out I was trying to grow an Ice sculpture in my AC unit. He took the time to thaw the system out, and then identified that the issue was simply a dirty coil on a very old unit. On a VERY hot August night, my A/C quit working. First thing the next morning I started calling A/C repair places. The first 2 calls I made were too busy to even come out and look at it.
