I'm leaving this review because I believe safety and professionalism matter, especially when someone is entering private homes. Based on my direct experience, this individual displayed behavior that was inappropriate, manipulative, and crossed personal boundaries. I was put in situations that made me feel uncomfortable and taken advantage of, and the conduct went far beyond what is acceptable for a service professional. I strongly encourage anyone considering in-home services to be cautious, ensure others are present when possible, and trust their instincts if something feels off. I'm sharing this not out of spite, but because people deserve to make informed decisions about who they allow into their homes. If he's put you on a similar situation and we're to scared or didn't know what to do this is a way for him to have to get repercussions for the way he needs to. Had to have them out here 3 times! First time was to replace major parts AC Coil and replaced all ducts. Had to fill the coolant Then they had to come back and fix the new part they put in. Was charges again for coolant that leaked after the new coil was replaced. That wasn't a cheap to fix for a new part. The darn thing still doesn't work right! read more

My upstairs a/c unit stopped working on a Saturday. I randomly chose Kens from a google search. A tech was at my house within 30 minutes of my initial call. I could not believe how reasonable the weekend service rate was. The charge for Saturday was $15 more than a routine, weekday call. After getting sub-service from two other companies, I called Mitsubishi and they recomended Ken's. I called and they were very courteous, and made an appointment with me. I received a phone call the morning of my appointment to confirm the tech would be here. Ivan arrived on time and took a look at the unit, within minutes he had a good idea of what was wrong. I took him about an hour and a half to have my unit working correctly again. I was impressed because two other companies came and looked at it and could not figure out what was wrong, neither returned to complete the repair, or even bothered to call me back. One company I had to call back serveral times, because I was told they would have to order a new blower and it would take two or more weeks to get, but they never called back to tell me anything, just that the tech was out on other jobs and would get back to me. After waiting from mid august until mid September I finally called someone who knew what they were doing and that was Ken's. I was boiling in my house needlessly for over a month. I had them do an AC check and install a Wi-Fi thermostat that I provided. I had a broken wire running to the unit that the old thermostat did not need but the new one did. It took a while to figure this out and a second tech even came out. I was worried what the bill would be but it was a standard $35 to install. I will definitely use them again. read more
