We worked with Aaron today, Oct. 8,2025. Aaron and the entire team are so professional and courteous. Aaron brought to our attention that our condenser is not performing to like it should and that it will be needing to be replaced. He mentioned that we could replace it today since he had the part available or we could just monitor it. There was absolutely no pressure to have it replaced right then and there just that it would need to be replaced soon, he left all up to me. Unfortunately, that "repair" was just as worthless as the first one. I also requested an itemized receipt so I could submit the repair for warranty reimbursement. They never sent it. No follow-up. No professionalism. No accountability. Now, only one week later, my AC is out AGAIN. So, to recap: * Nearly $600 spent. * AC failed within 30 minutes. * Attempted upsell for another $300. * Failed to provide the requested documentation. * AC failed again a week later.
