I am completely satisfied with the work the man from All About Air did to get my air conditioner back in operation. The service man was diligent and very thorough. He explained the problems clearly and kept at it until my house was cool again. My ac went out Sunday, I called the office on Monday and the service man came Tuesday morning. Was told by All About Air tech, that my part was not covered under manufacturer warranty, I agreed to have it replaced. Later that day I found out that the part WAS covered under warranty, when questioned, the company changed their story and now said that it was covered under warranty, when I asked about the $335.00 charge for the part on the invoice, I was told it was a requestion fee (?), my total bill was $490.00 for a part that was under warranty. The company told me they would refund me $155.00 for the service call, I let them know that the service call charge was fair, but would like to be refunded the $335.00 charge for the part that ended up actually be covered under the warranty, they refused. I had to actually call them to ask for a copy of my invoice, when I received it the place where you initial that you agree with charges had been forged, it was not even the first letters of my first and last name. I received a quote from another company to replace the part for $165.00, but had already been ripped off by All About Air. read more

Got to give a shout out to ALL ABOUT AIR. Our air conditioning went out. As they showed us parts as well as video of the system, it became clear this time we were gonna have to bite the bullet on this one and replace our 21-year-old air conditioner. (They've kept it going a few years now, but warned us that one day it would need replacing.) Brandon, Michael and Marshall brought in a window unit for us to cool part of the house (thank you sooo much). And in two days our new system came in and they were here to install. They paid attention to detail, even making sure a register for an added duct was perfectly aligned with the other and installed straight and put new register covers on both registers in the room so they matched (without even having to ask). Top notch customer service and work! All About Air has taken care of us for years. They answer the phone, show up when they say and always provide the best quality of work! Their technicians always are super polite, and well dressed in nice uniforms. The trucks are clean and they actually where shoe protectors in our home. Their pricing is probably a little on the high side, but very fair. I am always willing to pay a little on the high side for someone I can trust and that will stand true to their work. I highly recommend All About Air! They offer courteous, fast, reliable service. My story... our A/C would not come back on after a bad storm in Lago Vista. We called the service man that installed our A/C years ago and waited 2 days in the heat and finally gave up! We saw a truck that said All About Air and thought, what the heck, let's give them a try. We were desperate and HOT! Brian came within probably 15-20 minutes of our call to diagnose the problem. Up in the hot attic he went and came down with the bad news. The blower was out. Since we were not sure if our previous A/C man had done all the proper paperwork, we did not know what to expect price wise. Brian took care of everything. He got the model/serial numbers and found out it was still under warranty! He ordered the part and installed it very quickly the next day. Immediately it cooled down in the house and we are so thankful! Since then, we have met the entire family (in the Lago Vista 4th of July parade) and they are so pleasant and honest. Definitely a company you can trust! We are so excited they will now have a service truck in Lago Vista! All our future A/C business goes to them!
